Great beach, however in the hotel mostly the guests from Russia. We had booked all inclusive. Furthermore, there are still costs for the beverages from 22 o'clock, or for the cocktails, for the chairs at the beach (3€ per couch); griechischabend 10 €and, and. In the the near 2 shops, the prices are ok. To recommended is the bimmelbahntur, the best at the start make, so you will be directly the area know. And as mentioned - mostly the guests from Russia, accordingly also the atmosphere. Quality a drink in the restaurant - well-for the three stars ok. In the ... water you can snorkel good, but the floor many hedgehog's. So take beach shoes with you, or flippers ☺ read more

Without words! Have 3. weeks malya bay booked, was however 2 days before departure closed! Then in this totally outdated hotel bundled, employee protect all Eastern Europe! The hotel corridors are reminiscent of a hospital. In the lower area dining room, one means you are in a hustle. Brilliant but it was the food, the would you prefer ma the many street given, was of the opinion that I am at the feeding the poor. Needs K. If I to think! Breakfast the same, the bird was downed with the coffee, more inedible! In short: better 2 days on the ... street life! read more

A quite big hotel right next to the sea. Several pools there however hardly free chairs. All of russians occupied. The chair at the beach costs 3€ per day The that are vacant, are broken. The city around 20 minutes away on foot or taxi 7€ Best, you learn before Russian as German hardly one. read more

    in the sea crystal clear water however the beach partly rocky. The location is mountains surrounded. We rented a scooter And have done a great deal. There was but also things to do From the tour operator offered. Drive to the airport with stops about 1st hour

    The chairs by the pool all broken, so that you at the beach a liege pay should 3 Euro per beach chair and even the are not more reasonable. Only plus 3 minutes to the beach. Animation in 2 weeks 3 times only music from the cd einkauflsläden 3 small stalls, apart from that by taxi to Malia go 7 Euro for a drive.

    The furnishings in the room left much to be desired. 1. Air conditioning is subject to a charge ( for 2 piece, the 1 room we had to 10 Euro on the day pay!) 2. Children's room with a balcony, parents room without-why are the parents not evenings on the balcony sit? We then the beds pushed together... 3. the dirt (sand amongst others) was daily from a corner in the next pushed together, a dead fly accompanied us 2 weeks, but always somewhere else... 4. broken objects in the room- with the move the curtain fell the curtain rod apart, klopapierrollenhalter wrong around angeschrabt etc.

    On the basis of the too small dining-hall one noticed, that the hotel all around has increased, but the hall is never increase- That means. This for all of the guest in the high season too small was, by wait in front of the dining room and pushing in front of the buffet noticeable made. The food was okay - but the mentioned dining room was a disaster, as the buffet at the self-service just was too complicated. That means eternal line up and also the büfetttiabdeckung were incorrect around installed, so that one bad ran came... On the day of departure we have no lunch more, although our transfer to the airport only 3:30 P. M. was... As we were then and had to watch, that the children something to food!

    There was 3 pools, 2 with salt water, 1 with chlorine - definitely however far from enough are! We as a family with 4 persons have a! Chair, but also only, because my husband at half past seven get up early and a reserve and just as already often were all away! Evening animation always changed, but also in the back areas of the hotel partly until o'clock very loud.

We had a really great and relaxing vacation vacation the Phaedra beach and will definitely go back again. The hotel is located somewhat away from Malia. You could reach the city without any problems on foot or with the taxi. Supermarket and good taverns are in the immediate proximity. A absolute plus is the short distance to the large sandy beach. For cleanliness in the room and the hotel great value. The staff are friendly, helpful and cares for the guests. We are already looking forward to next time! read more

A great beach vacation in a nice, quiet hotel. We'have never had so clean / clear sea water as here. If you're looking for action sets, should directly to Malia go. This hotel is perfect for relaxation suited. Recommendable: bathing shoe for the beach/ water Excursions to the nearby Excavation site ( on foot) Sand beach Bay exactly this former Palsat of Malia( on foot) Trip to the leprosy Island (with bus) Tavern directly left and around the corner( jannis -tavern) extremely delicious and friendly. read more

Back home from a great vacation, we had a wonderful time at you're hotel for tree weeks. laying at the sunny beach swimming in the sea enjoy our drinks and have a great time at the beach bar. The staff was friendly and helpful as all way's. The show's, and the entertainment was wonderful. And the BBQ was great (thanks to Manoli and his team) The food and the rooms were perfect as all way's. Miss you all and one thing is for sure we're be back next year that's for sure!!! Nice hotel with several pools and directly at the beach. Staff are very friendly, polite and good language skills. Especially the man at the reception ( from afternoon) and the soul the beach bar ( Vassily). We felt very much at ease, despite plastic cup:-). read more

Good Hotel , exelent service very nice people the food was oke for the price you pay you get more as you espect . Entertainment or sports is for the children age 10 en 13 a little pitty Only a view machine for to play air hocky and pool can be better , total conclusion is good Hotel we are coming back thats for sure. read more

We were satisfied but some things we found not so nice. -no internet connection (only for a fee on the computer, half Stu. 2, -€) -no shuttle bus into town Malia there are about 8 kilometer there and back, is very far. - sun screens and loungers only for a fee 6, -€ - pool lie too few circa 10 piece these are however from 6 o'clock mornings. - very lots of Russians about 80% - every evening events, are very loud about until 24:00 o'clock mostly longer, so small children can not sleep no matter what room man. read more

The Phaedra beach is great for a beach vacation suited. For relaxing it is superbly located, somewhat secluded from large street but nevertheless one is in 20 minutes on foot in Malia. The food in the restaurant was really good and if you're outside want to eat, we can Yannis tavern recommend. There there are the best Ouzo in the area. The rooms were big enough for two people, gmütlich in the Mediterranean style, the bathroom was not the biggest but to freshen up it was good enough. If there a problem was the staff were always willing to help ... and if it only the procurement of a shovel went. So I would anytime again go back, but the next holidays are back in a year read more

A great hotel with directly at the beach, pleasant staff. In front of the hotel drove several times daily a regular bus from the one in the capital, Malia or other places, for this to explore. The rooms are average large and every evening a program offered. read more

We have spent 7 days in the Phaedra beach hotel. The room and the Hotel is very clean,the personnel is very very cool,we have discover the biautiful Creta with a quad,the meal at the restaurant is good,and at least a wonderful beach. All the people in this hotel are very nice,and often they offer us the "Local Raki",a big generosity.Every night a good animation at the beach bar!!!
