We have a very pleasant stay in the hotel and were welcomed in a friendly manner. The rooms were to pool side, so that you a nice view could enjoy. The staff were friendly and partly for a fun. The food in the hotel was good. There was a rich the range of dishes on offer, so that there was something for everybody. Tasted especially in the evening partly traditional spanish kitchen, but also something for spoiled German. In all-inclusive very much self-service near drinks. The pool area was always clean and attractive. The entertainment lady was getting a bit ... old and partly somewhat annoying, but if you like it, please. We were with the selection of our hotels very satisfied and it just for a short break recommend. Otherwise is the hotel this year still undergoing renovation, and the chef has something on it! So have fun! read more

The food has we did not like... Who would like to decrease Bay all inclusive, we have 2 kilo down! So unfriendly staff we have never experienced something like that, except for the maids, the always very polite were. Paguera liked it, we will be back, not only to this hotel. read more

This hotel has its good time already behind itself. The it is clean only the structural condition was very worn and should urgently be renovated. The air conditioning needs a urgently review. It smells musty and extremely after mold. The solution of the hotel there was a bottle of air freshener xxl. The same solution there for ants in the room the masses by bad integrated doors to the balcony arrived. The furniture was in a bad state. Broken schbladen, doors the kleiderschrakes so wrong it is not closed. read more

Am this year 2 time there that means am now the 2 times here had respectively have booked all inclusive and got as it should be. Was 5 weeks skittles club here can simply say everything was great here. Good with the entertainment it is not the best but therefore I am not here, but for relaxing. Staff are very friendly you never really had long A empty glass on the table if you evenings by the pool sat. My 1 stay I was here with 8 bowling brothers here we are in the age of the recent (I) 47 ... years to the oldest 58 years were all thrilled by the food, except to the rooms in a slightly old-fashioned condition but clean and there is everything you need if you are only there to shower and sleep. Beginning August were all age groups represented where now end of September mostly from 60 here is. They speak mostly German, a little french, Russian and spanish, but as mentioned it is mainly in German hand. read more

Unfortunately there are also here lots of people, the my you need to the loungers reserve. Sun screens were also not enough available. Free wi-fi there were only at the front desk.     The size of the room was ok. The beds are very good. Not worn out. Everything already quite old and partly broken. The tv was really mini. The balcony was really very big. That was nice. We had however a room to the street it was partly very loud. Depending on what a rig therefore drove. At night it was fine if you the windows however had closed, then you didn't hear anything. Early in the morning you through the tramp other guests, or through the putzgeräusche the cleaning lady in our own and a floor higher woke us up. Cleaned always. In-room safe and air conditioning, telephone are also available.

You have a small clubhouse for the kids, but that is moldy and it would all stored, where the children not to us. The place itself offers lots of possibilities. Especially evenings for going out very much is the matter. Somewhat older hotel with too many older audience ( from 60 upwards). Friendly staff, the but rarely order for all inclusive guests very satisfactory. One had the beverages yourself. For the return trip was breakfast packaged prepared. - unfortunately had it some night owls run down, so that we, on toast and cheese had to use. There hotel is altogether strong in need of renovation. The rooms are rather small, however well cleaned. I had booked with half board, but six of 11 days eat out. Guest structure is too many German, a few English, french and russians present. Four-star standard missing always. Here would be considerable investment urgently required. I wanted the small empfehlungsquote not believe-the reality has overtaken and this vacation quickly forgotten press. read more

We went as a couple in september there. For us was the pool clean and large enough. There were also enough chairs available the were not reserved. Because we walks on the beach are for us it was however also not important. The food was ok. In any case loads of choice. We liked it very much. We had a room to the pool page on the 4. floor with a great view. Because of the partly bad review we also had no to high expectations what the hotel subject. The beach we found not too crowded. The beach section ... the toilets was relatively empty. read more

We have us in this venerable hotel very comfortable. The food is regionally coordinated and something for everyone there. The rooms are always very clean and the staff are also to all friendly. There is a beautiful garden and pool area, the to relax only as invites. It is about 300 meters to the beach and the same distance to the shops. Taxi ranks and bus stops are also nearby. So something for everyone! We would and will definitely come again and it is also good, that you will be included as good friends. read more

In some spots one noticed the age of the hotel, the towels for example were changed daily, but couple of which may had flaws and may from the laundry -circulation be removed. The furnishing of the rooms is optically little ageing, but in principle the rooms very clean. The food was varied, even if it seemed, as if the performance of the dishwasher for couple plates not enough for us. There were rather the exceptions. Staff were quite friendly. The location at the beach was perfect, really only a couple of minutes to the beach. Pool in the hotel was ... also beautiful and well-kept. All together we had a nice holiday and have no reason to moan. read more

A thoroughly good hotel, in the anytime again would drive. Very good value for money. In particular is the food to praise, there was at the buffet almost never waiting times, although the hotel was fully booked. read more

The rather poor recommendation rate I can understand. We felt on vacation good, but basically we would not again to this hotel travel. It is the vacation too expensive and 4 stars not justified. We are really not exaggerated demanding, but it was too few things the US really fully satisfied. Exception: the very friendly and good children's entertainment. The staff were just 50/50: partially. Friendly, partly. Extremely rude and unmotivated, although we always tip given. One noticed often, that the hotel don't rely on, That was more to come. There was also noticeable many duplicate reservations. Guests had first ... 1a 2 days into another hotel. Problem at the hotel: very noisy. Already far before 8:00 o'clock Mega noise by the cleaning ladies, the on all floors the cleaning van back and forth the corridors drive. Also the road and the area rather through loud. New guests for the hotel and neighboring hotel, as well as Shipments with lorries, etc. From early in the morning. The pool is nice, but also very small ( not of the photos be fooled). The food was also only partly OK. Partly. You couldn't tell, what was provided. For a four-star hotel I think with water stretched milk not enough. Either one has booked all inclusive or must for the food for every drinks immediately extra are charged, which in addition to the money. The staff in the dining room was very unfriendly. The air-conditioning devices in the dining room was constantly broken and dripped. The service was not always really clean. The offered food was not diverse. Leftovers from the lunch were for dinner again warmed up or warmed up to other food processing. To complain about is, that the bathroom and in particular the shower curtain very moldy is. A fridge was not available. Just because of the high temperatures would be a mini bar or a fridge - as in the description advertised-would have been useful. The tv in the room ... was also very small.     By car or motorcycle rental each town easy to reach, since I cannot comparison with other countries have, I think the prices for loaning reasonable go. ( example: achtsitzer bus, from morning 9 hours -20 hours, 100 Euro, everything included) Many shops, it repeats itself much, but comparing prices in the individual shops makes a purchase erlebnissreich. For kegelclubs and clubs an excellent address. Very good rich and varied food. Clean and enough big room. All-inclusive offer sufficient. As a family hotel not really so good, as entertainment and leisure facilities for children not so sumptuously is available. Apartment was clean and very big. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite. The food wasn't so good - meat was often not through-roasted, not very varied food, many desserts were indefinable... Dessertcremen in all colors (also light blue, greenish... Very artificial looked) Dishes and cutlery at the table were not clean! Plates at the buffet were dirty. Four star has this hotel not deserved... read more
