The hotel have my wife and i to 2. times. The first visit was in january 2011 before of the renovation the (according to the staff 30 years old) hotels (p. a. then hotel reviews). We had a package with deluxe room, breakfast, a free thai massage, airport shuttle service and 10% discount on food and drinks excellent. In order to make it short, the chance of the renovation was in my opinion not really used. Nice is, that there is now a new spa at the top on the hill, and a fitness room. Otherwise the hotel are, as ... if a north korean designers expenditure-raved themselves. Gray überstrichenes wood and grey, bad mislaid granite tiles, instead of the wooden floors, mediate not the feeling of living space. Apparently from the popular of the guests spoiled, in comparison to then also the service deteriorated significantly. The guest structure is in my opinion now a more european an all inclusive tourist and less the individual travellers. The hotel facilities are only over many steep stairs distance. For handicapped this is nothing. read more

Our deluxe cottage with a bedroom with a large double bed, an open cabinet, a bathroom, a terrace and two beach chairs with umbrella. The facilities shows the senility on. The toilet rinsed only after every 2. press, the telephone was broken and the air conditioner rattled noisy. Internet was faster than before. The pads were already a bit stained. The cleaning only superficially okay. The gray painted wood, the gray granite tiles and green upholstery create in my opinion the atmosphere a north korean living quarters. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Said i, that thai tilers, exactly like with us, the bungling incline. Many tiles were hollow shifted and so badly set, that partly the fugenmaterial was missing. What decent manager adopted a work?

There is several restaurants with different priorities. Two times a week there is a bbq on the beach with all kinds of show cooking, the really recommendable was. You pay for but absolutely european prices. The rest is from my point of view really forget. It is too few typical and too expensive. At the general beach in the place there are really nice restaurants, where you for very reasonable price a top quality gets. There is more than in the hotel, where in the evening the boredom introduction holds. You buy drinks on the beach at the best one with the local families, the to and fro and the things directly at the chair. There there is now also decent cocktails at reasonable prices. Please note: no larger amounts carry forward! Me were at the beach 1000 Bath from the pocket stolen, when my wife swimming was.

The service in comparison to before very much became more and more careless. There is still the same service as before two years, but no complaints. The there is not at the moment, because no season would be. Smooth lied-in the town were sold at each corner and the other 3 hotels our thailand trip were on every buffet which to find. In the hotel info on the rooms is still, that there is a free shuttle service to patong there. Which was not true. This service was simply, without the information to change. It is not with its guests. Check-in and check-out was awkward. Although i on the eve of my bill on the front desk talked over had, it took 20 minutes, until they finally departure pressed and of the credit card deducted was. The hotel manager in the whole time no once face.

The beach is really unique-a true bilderbuchkulisse. White, clean sand, smaragdgrünes, clear ocean with about 30 °c in january. Large advantage is, that it at the beach, as almost privately, no tugs or pushy salespeople there. Towels for the pool and beach you can have so many you want. Now there are unfortunately also in surin the liegestuhlreservierer arrived, the already very early in the morning, some even in the evening, the loungers reserve. The pool is after of the renovation still flat and not up-to-date anymore. The spa is structurally clearly good, but the massages still behind the expectations remain. Completely clear advantage of the hotel is the privileged location. It is located on a small hill directly at the pansea beach. There is only one other hotel (amanpuri ), so that the there was almost as private beach can be viewed. The beaches are in Thailand generally publicly but there are no other tourists back, because the bay on each side of the cliffs, the far into the sea go, be completed. The beach consists of fine white sand. The sea slooped very lightly. From the hotel to the town it was a few minutes walking distance. At the general beach has now also some did. There are very nice restaurants and bars with a view of the sea, the i in value and offer those of the hotel in each case prefer.
