Contrary to the sometimes poor reviews of the hotel we have nevertheless determined, to book the hotel and we weren't disappointed.
For Kenyan standards, a very clean and tidy hotel.
We had booked all inclusive and it was in the morning, afternoons and evenings a very large and tasty buffet.
Furthermore you could at the outdoor bar still small snacks order, the freshly produced.
Merely the prices for the massages are totally exaggerated with 40 €for a full body massage. You go however at the beach a few meters ( approximately 300 meters) to the left, there, there are full-body ... massages already for 7 €.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Our maid 'Patrice' has every day our room cleaned and we have then also with gifts rewarded. However non-monetary benefit, but we have made our clothes given, the also very grateful and daraüber it was pleased very much.
The only thing which a little gene FFs has, the beach vendors. These are very annoying, however you should definitely with this Act, if you want to buy something. The prices are very overpriced!
However with a beach vendors a great deal manage for a safari.
If someone is interested, he can go very gladly of me directly! Our Kenyan guide spoke fluent German!
All together seen, is the an excellent hotel, very clean and tidy.

the rooms are of facilities and location okay. Had beach and were in the club accommodated, because of 'all inclusive'. Rooms and complex are clean. Beware some baths have hot walls, faucets getting old goes however. read more

Because of Internet reviews and the presentation of the hotel on the hotel's website we have us a picture did. These expectations were unfortunately not met. The hotel is a simple, clean area with very large, bright rooms. The staff is friendly and also not intrusive. This has for us gestummen. Didn't like the bathroom in the room; tap and shower are dated and working poor. Tv in the room you can forget about; has partly LCD's in the rooms, the reception is however with the exception of 3-4 channels was very bad. The pool was clean but extremely high ... chlorine or other chemicals; white swimsuits avoid at all costs, it is very strong yellow! Whether this is due to the fact, that especially at Sunday many Muslim guests with their Ganzkörperbadkleidern swim in a pool? The beach was so far OK; but as most of the advertisements the hotel't tally with the brochure. It has many beach boys and merchants at the beach and a bit of seaweed. What we all but the least favorite, was the food. The selection at the buffet was small and dull and invites you not to linger or a feast (visually less appealing buffet). The quality and taste was OK. Food is in our opinion not more than a three star hotel. read more

beautiful offering a clear view and not to crowded hotel, disturbing were the beach salesmen at the beach, the often Unbearable Heat in the restaurant ( too few Fans) and nevertheless was the men long pants for dinner. As the times mentioned in the years the hotel come ' suffers also in the pool area including (Skimmer the not more abreiten, as pipes are rusty; chemistry makes it possible but the bathing suits suffer as a result). As well as the manager wants, that in the restaurant in the all inclusive-area not on long pants is skipped (3.5 star club hotel). If the number of the few fans in this area is the increase I would understand, but so not. 7/8 ' trousers or skirt for women to Tel also not more acceptable. Now the third time ... were already in the hotel but now will find us another. A shame, because it was a nice hotel. read more

I have been in this hotel also 2010 for 2 weeks. When I arrived this time I was forced to wait for my room for 2 hours. Other peple arriving after me got rooms before me. Friends of mine had booked room at the hotel but when they arrived they were refused rooms because they had not payed in advanced. But there were witnesses that there had been an agreement that they were booked and that they could pay when they arrived in the morning. After that I moved to Whitesands instead. The best hotel on the beach. But I ... can not recommend Travellers. read more

A clean, well-kept hotel. The dining room is unfortunately very stuffy, warm and to small. The food is very good.

We had to move to where we were in the time since the room change three times. Had booked with sea view. Room size was OK. Rita, Chief has mastered the change the with the good. Almost each evening was a show with changing themes for example, African dance, amphibian show. To recommend is a safari tour. Highly recommended. We have our tour on the beach with Freddy booked (to the half cheaper than in the hotel) were also been sceptical at the beginning whether everything worked, but everything was excellent and super

The room or the furniture is worn, so is the atmosphere in the room not so beautiful, but everything is still available in full. Also the lighting in the room is not comfortable (fluorescent) absolutely, but actually is you are also only there to shower and sleep in the room.
The balcony is very beautiful and with two chairs and a table.
Otherwise, room and bathroom were very clean, towels and bed linen also. Both is changed daily.
Safety deposit box is also available in the room worked-unfortunately I notified the opening code not solve the problem and has lasted ... for more than a day-not so beautiful, but at least I get back a day for the safe rental.
The pools and grounds have me very well fallen, in particular also the bar directly at the beach. The restaurant is OK, but something large and maybe depending on the table, not especially comfortable. The food was always good and varied.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As a family we were more than two weeks here with interruptions. (.Made between safaris) from the price/performance ratio is it a great hotel. Food was good, service great, all very friendly, what more will Ma. There were enough beach chairs available, pool very clean. simply only recommended. read more

A Pleasent complex, the a Indian belongs. I guess, it smells in the rooms climate but something musty until musty. Safaris can be conveniently located by the beach boys, especially Isaac is extremely reliable stressed here.
For some people the many stairs in the hotel not suitable be.
Kenya coast June is for not the best travel time: November sky, storms and rain, however, 24 to 28 degrees for. read more
