We liked everything great -only that such a large star hotel is not able for your 'smoking customers' a lounge available to bodies, is not nice. Since the cigarren with very wide selection of the bar are offered. read more

I have this night present, that means a coupon of from the hotel has been sent. In spite of the we neither for the night still the full price for the dinner pay had, we had a junior suite (in the coupon was superior ) the food was absolutely amazing. We were at the front desk welcomed in a friendly manner. Also our car in the garage and drove on the next day brought it again. The room was massive and absolutely clean. The bathroom a dream. Also very big and absolutely clean. This hotel i can absolutely recommend. read more

The hotel lies wonderful centrally located at the lake. It is worthwhile in the Hotel Schweizerhof to stay, the gastronomy, the view and much more to enjoy. With a few steps in the old town from Luzern, has many shops and many sights are also within easy reach, like for instance the museggtürme, the lion's monument, the gletschergarten, as well as the museum of transport.
The transport connections are ideal, excursions in the immediate area are ideal to plan and execute and a cruise on the lake of lucerne is again and again a highlight. read more

This was our second visit to this amazing hotel. The beauty of it's lobby, the spectacular view (balcony room) of the river and wonderful alps just leave an amazing memory. The best service we have ever experienced as well as the concern of the staff explain why this 5 star hotel is a must for us when visiting Luzern. We even spoke with the general mgr (clemens) who ran the Luzern marathon and even greeted my wife at the end of the race. The breakfast is the best in town and so spacious and warm is the dining area. The ... spa and the services offered were so up to date and very professional. We just cannot say enough. Patrick and Michael (owners) are to be commended!!!!!!! read more

A shame,
I had ' only a room with city view booked, since i anyway because a meeting little time would spend, that it then rather a wall was, so well.
What annoyed me was the smelly drain in the shower, the carelessly, rather dustere decor of the a bit winding room, the transformer of the the whole night crackled and only peace gave the zimmerkärtchen rauszog. And an indian stirnschmuck the winner on the lampshade had stuck, as long as to dusty, no idea.
Otherwise a very recommendable hotel, i would not so have been included, i would sooner ... to ask for relief, so i have only for the return trip done, let the subsequent guests benefit. read more

we had a coupon for a double room superior, but were given a suite. Very clean, except a few Confetti on the floor (this did not bother us as waschechte Lucerne). With lake view and small balcony. Colored carpet took some getting used to, but probably belongs to. Fine furniture etc. Two TV and Wi-Fi free. Large breakfast buffet with fine bread, various teas, Konfis etc. average age was rather over 50 years old; had famous guests as Karel God or YB player, but also families from a big birthday party. Anyhow we felt really good. A large fitness and ... available with great views of the lake. read more

Already the lobby with your venerable portico (including exhibiting antique Stehuhr ), the intricate stucco ceilings, beautiful Mosaic Floors, plush Seating and extraordinary Floral arrangement promises traditional Grandhotel-culture. the building features five with plush looking red Veloursteppichen tiled hallways on approximately 100 rooms and suites, which are on a gorgeous staircase or comfortable lift (with Sitzbänkchen, understands.) to reach. the hotel is not only a good place for tourists and locals, businesspeople should here be comfortable, move the communications ... devices on allerneuestem State. There at all rooms normal and quick connections for internet- connections, can be purchased from 4,00 euros per day applied, in the Business Center next to the reception is the access to the internet free of charge. the guests are erfrischenderweise young and old, come from all continents, during my stay met for example a very large group asian travelers a. A parking garage is conveniently located next to the hotel entrance( free Valet. -Parking), this fall per 24 hours however about 25 euros at. all together offers the 'schweizerhof' a very good and solid performance, price moves the hotel in the upper Segment, be prepared for a room with views of the city from about 200. 00 euros/ night. Sometimes you find discounted Internetraten, I paid about Expedia 175. 00 Euro without breakfast. read more

the hotel is very centrally located, very large selection and good quality for the breakfast the service with the breakfast is very good the rooms and the bathroom are very large and clean. The nice location of the hotel on the lake and in the middle of the city allows you to explore and experience of lucerne, just as you wanted. No parking, the lake in front of the door, as well as close to the shops of lucerne, over the bridge the museums, the KKL concert building and Schifffahrtanlegestellen. And even if you Lucerne conquered and needed a break, after desire and mood the terrace, the restaurants, the bar, the room did not visit lake (despite the location very quiet with closed windows and good room service), you will enjoy the view ... or the vitality of the city. The complete staff and all services including supper with the back ground music from the bar, have totally convinced. The location of the room was with a balcony and view on the lake was perfect. Very well insulated windows-no night noise. There were numerous, really positive details, like for instance an attentive and well considered gepäckanordnung, by the staff, in the trunk with the car over-we have already had two large bags biscuits in it. Almost unbelievably, all the details. One is close to perfection. read more

The hotel is located in central location, soundproof Windows is still pleasantly quiet and offers from the rooms a uniquely beautiful South views of the city, the lake and mountains. The staff is motivated, the guest to offer the best of everything. Fresh flowers in the general areas and small touches in the room were above average. In the small center will advise the guest individually and professional treatment, without some were touted. The hotel bar is the ideal meeting point for hotel guests and guests of other nationalities. All in all a city hotel with heart and history! read more
