The specified 5 stars are not justified. At the hotel entrance itself, was already a star taken. To German standard here probably three stars appropriate. In general you have the impression, that the hotel a former residential building is incurred. The small reception area is reasonable, however the rest of the building seemed very empty-no color, no pictures, no plants. We were in a apartment with bedroom, small balcony, bathroom and living room with a kitchen. The furniture was very ok. Air conditioning for living-and bedroom was good, a fridge we had tv. However no mini bar and no safe in the room. Use one noticed the furniture in general at. It was cleaned daily, however it was never 100% clean. Trash was not removed, so also ants to create made. All towels were 2a 3 days changed. Bed sheets we didn't know, that during the week times was changed.

For the whole complex ( approximately 250 rooms) there were in our opinion just a restaurant, which way too small was. The quantity the food was not bad, however also not especially good, it was ok. However were 90% of the offer was always the same. Some was not at all refilled, if it was empty. The fruit stands the whole time since, so a lot already brown. The offer was nationaltypical and from the western european region embraced. A small terrace there were outside, directly at the beach. On the whole it was not very comfortable.

The foreign languages skills within limits. A older receptionist spoke German, all other understood hardly a word of English. The cleaning staff could not only speak a word of English, the cleaning took place however daily. We noticed, that there is a children's animation in the hotel was. The feeling, that the staff always friendly and motivated was, hardly came on.

There was animation for children, a fitness room and in the lobby was the wi-fi access possible. A few small stores were also right on the hotel, but the big shops has even in the center of pomorie not. About kilometer away from the hotel there is a Penny-market. Canvas chairs at the beach and umbrella were at the beach for ever 7 leva available. However pflasterten you the entire beach and hardly possibility without umbrella and chair to lay down. Was clean the beach not 100% ig and this was at the beach along also not better. The pool looked at really good from (1.05 meters deep ), the loungers were but from around 9 all occupied with towels.

The beach is really directly in front of the hotel. To the airport Burgas one does not need minutes by car. It is located at the extremely outskirts of pomorie and to the center one has 2a 3 kilometer. Only in the center are better restaurants and bars. In the direct environment is the offer very well arranged. Excursions there was on the tour operator some, which however rather expensive. Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, however one considers oneself, whether one moves forward with the buses rides along. Taxis are also next to the hotel. Directly in front of the hotel had the time of our vacation a streundendes hundepaar with puppies nested, not very pleasant. However street dogs and -cats were in the entire city to find.
