The location of the hotel is good, but in the month october are closed nearly everything, it drove also no boats more directly from the hotel. This can of course also on a rainy day to have. Size of the room and the balcony was sufficient and even daily cleaning. In bad weather or just in the evening is the lounge with 3 larger tables and seating just not enough. Early coming early secured places and this already with few guests, in the summer, it was certainly no problem, since one can very beautifully outside sit.     The dining room was clean and the service very attentive. One is full, but not more. The selection with the breakfast was very poor, always the same cheese and the same cold cuts, bread was very delicious. If one luck did not have got one also times rolls, was the basket all, was it also. With dinner it was not different, was the container empty, was hardly refilled, apart from the food was only lukewarm, after complaints was at least then the meat a bit hot. The dessert was lost in the freezer cabinet before, a few things were not a nice sight. The cake was delicious, at least if it was fresh, he was probably provided always put them up again, until it either all or was hard. Every day the same unimaginative salads (from the glass?) , as i said, it is full.

    Distance to the airport ideal, about 15 minutes to the town on the beautiful promenade along. Bus drives directly from the hotel and one can everything quite cheap out. Water directly at the hotel, beach is none, only plates, but this is in many areas of croatia sunday

In this hotel there were the 3 but also the last time! The dinner resembles a responsable in the bundeswehr. It is with the cushions on the plates skimpy and only on tougher call hesitant refilled. The drinks are all extra, a tip is always expected. The combination of the food was below ground. The breakfast was the selection or creativity. If the haferflockenmüsli is empty, it will then also empty. With a marking of the food from 1a 6 is it a 5. The hotel itself is nice designed, the rooms sufficiently however unfortunately also with mold! The found ... swimming areas (formerly with gravel filled up) are only meagerly, the existing pool chairs dauerreserviert! The so-called court searches here in Germany equals. The main building (where we stayed ) has gotten old. In the same building there is no elevator, which one with the stairs the suitcases experiences ☺. The rooms have a decent size, but our carpet so dirty, that we only with flip-flops walked around are. read hotel review

    The size of the room was adequate. In the main building, there is no balcony. A fridge is available for a fee of 5 €per day. The seats all had stains, as the carpet. In the bathroom were in some places mould to see and the ceiling there was a water damage.

    Friendliness at the check-in was definitely different. One had already nearly a bad conscience, the three chatting men with the check-in to trouble. Since our passports are not gladly from the eyes leave, i wanted to this after a hour get back.     The cement slabs beach is located on the doorstep. There are not enough beach chairs available, since the staff (so what i have never seen before) the beach sonnt. With a water taxi you can reach trogir in good 15 minutes. Costs 15 Kuna (~2€). In trogir you will find plenty of possibilities though.

Spacious hotel area, beautiful swimming pool with beach chairs and thick cushions, at the sea couches without editions. No umbrellas are available. Mediocre breakfast and dinner (half-board). In front of the hotel is the beautiful promenade, from there boats regularly to trogir. This city you must see. Split is of trogir with the bus good and cheap to reach. We had a suite, the very nicely equipped, unfortunately it gives in the rooms no refrigerators, not in the suite. The bath tub in the suite is very high, and the entrance is hard. Also was the shower curtain in the ... bath tub is very old and disgusting, also the curtains need to be washed. read hotel review

The greatest advantage of this hotel is the direct beach location, only from the beautiful promenade separated. There are beach chairs at the beach without cushions available, as well as small umbrellas. At the pool thick cushions, but this is unfortunately too rarely cleaned. The hotel area was spacious and nice, but there were always again steps uphill/downhill to cope, what the kofferschlepperei in the room hard. We had half board. Hotel was 1964 built with a very ehrwürdigem main building and three houses (2-etagig) with rooms of different sizes. Our room with a separate bedroom was very good. The cleanliness is good, the quality varied but with the staff. Air conditioning was top and also necessary (31 degrees). Unfortunately you could on the walls still the ' jagdverlauf' nocturnal mückeninvasionen understand. The food was rather a small disaster. The ... in-house restaurant was only rarely visited. The guests moved surrounding restaurants and beach bars in front of.     Room was ok, the entertainment electronics leaves the users the heart beat faster, because old and outdated (was to neglect). Mini bar was not available. Bathroom was very spacious, large bath with shower.

    The staff was friendly, no question. The size of the service in the restaurant understood the german/english language.     Hotel is located directly on the sea, the airport is 15 minutes away by car. The city trogir is by water taxi (2 Euro per person) in 10 minutes, to foot needs one about 30-45 minutes definitely visit! Public transport can adequately be used (bus in front of the hotel). Definitely worth exploring the area after the arrival. The walkway are in north innumerable strandbars and restaurants with prices below the restaurant. Is paid despite eu membership still in the national currency Kuna (7 Kuna = 1 Euro). Nice hotel for trips. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the dishes in the restaurant and also the taste and the quality of the dishes didn't really convince us. The complex is nice and clean. The broken seesaw i would not as a playground designate. The pool was always clean and beach chairs, and umbrellas were plentiful available. The bays in front of the hotel were very nice, as there were also a lot of crabs to watch were, only unfortunately the people their dirt there are. Even a used condom swam in the sea. That is then already quite ... disgusting. The taxi boat dock to trogir drove constantly and trogir, as well as Split are very nice. I would in the hotel book no more half-board. Approximately 130 rooms, most were in the neighboring buildings with terrace or balcony. Although we agree with the desire to not ebenerdigem room had us a room on the ground floor with terrace assigned. An older married couple had extra ground floor and were on the first floor accommodated. Only after intervention by the travel agent was a exchange possible, and all were then content. ( the men were all with a einheitshaarschnitt equipped, in other words how itself shorn a centimeter short and therefore all easy to see. But this is on the edge. Accordingly was also the eating culture. The feet not on the table the food at many locations was probably only a coincidence. There were 2-3 portions food to the tables and usually only one meal. As if it was the last food is the one to take would be. We have also observed that the hilfsessenausgeber with the fingers when the meat served. The answer after our complaint after this yucky behaviour, there were only crumbs from the pfannenrand! Sausage and cheese during the breakfast bunch of laminated, just much loveless like a german butcher the discouter.     Our room in the main building was great. Approximately 3,50 meters high with stucco decorated ceilings. The whole establishment was originally a large villa and was subsequently extended.     Concrete surfaces directly in front of the hotel than beach. But it was before booking known. Did not know, the many beach chairs at the water not yet times beach chairs and umbrellas to rent. Most east europeans were in the blazing sun. There was a beach only a mixture of pebbles with fine ground (than road metal used) grit. Dringendst watershoes recommended! Flip-flops help not much. But that goes for the whole coast or islands. If after search finally, found beach chairs with umbrella cost this about 8 €fee.

We were in the pre season in the hotel. 11.05. 21.05. This period as always pros and cons. The hotel, the beaches, the cities and all ausflusgziele are almost empty. You could relaxed everything enjoy in peace. However at this time very few dining (at least in the hotel) open. Excursions at this time not all and above all not offered regularly. The ferries to Split, trogir and the islands not, or very rarely. The taxi boat between the hotel and trogir is only irregularly. However you after 30 minutes on foot in trogir. In the week drives ... otherwise twice in the morning a bus after trogir. The hotel's location, directly on the beach (gravel) is very nice. The pool was on 15 may 13 opened, but we didn't use it ourselves, although the pool looked good and the loungers with cushions were very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant/bar opened only on 01 june 13 therefore, there was in the evening unfortunately no possibilities relaxed something to drink. However, for the end of our vacation already some beach bars in the direction medena open. (within walking distance from the hotel circa 15 minutes) everywhere in the /at the hotel everything was for the season to, every day you could see progress, for example the plants, the painting in the restaurant and so on. Also the bars and restaurants on the promenade have day for day improves and then yes also partially for 20,05. 13 open. The staff is very friendly and always in a good mood. All of the staff the service and front desk spoke good german. For questions the staff gladly available. Even if it comes, organise an excursion. The breakfast was not to our taste, but since there is also fruit, yogurt and cereal, we found something. At the dinner the food was once ok, sometimes less good. (is but also in the eye of the beholder ) the food was mostly not at all or only little seasoned. It is worthwhile oneself rather, only breakfast to book and then on the day somewhere food to go, because it was actually always very tasty. Since we in the late season there were, the staff were already a bit tired and unmotivated, but ignore could, as they in any case polite. We did just notice. The pool was already discharged and one noticed, that the hotel the break had prepared. Apart from that it was really nice with the distance to the beach and at least when someone, the also times gladly longer than only 15 minutes walk-with in the immediate vicinity of the city center from trogir. I think the hotel already reasonable, just returned for the season, as only a few tourists there ..., you lots of space and you nevertheless still everything undertake can, which also in the summer goes. read hotel review

Pool is excellent, as already often mentioned lots of stairs, prams challenge, but doable. Everything neat, all reasonable. There are both chandeliers, but also loose tiles... Motivated and dedicated and yet relaxed staff, waiters friendly, especially to children (regards to Mario and Ilja - you have you already from abdl. Fliegerfalten relaxed? - !). No mass tourism, at least not in the late season. Much vegetation on the grounds, great terrace and great balcony to eat with jwls. View over the water and the island ciovo. read hotel review

    Great furniture in the room, room Lux from the restaurant was really very good, as formerly 2 hotel rooms. These were combined, are quite newly renovated, large bath, 2 rooms, extra closet and dressing room, fridge, solid wooden furniture and a balcony with a view of the whole bay of trogir to the western narrow. View beautiful! Unfortunately carpet, this not unpleasant, however also not completely verschmutzungsresistent. The ' normal ' rooms have we did not see, should be according to other guests, but okay be, complaints we have regarding that. On explicit demand not heard. But not all rooms balcony.

    The priceless and included sensational entertainment for both of our boys the staff was (which over. Already for breakfast from 7:00 was present and in the same occupation even the dinner great care and served-kudos!). Pool was for us as a family and otherwise mainly present german seniors ok, proportions are for vielschwimmwer certainly too small, but tidy separate play area, condition pool and its direct environment (noble natural stone floor!) Well maintained, showers, chairs and umbrellas available. Please note: as almost everywhere in Croatia there is no sandy beaches! Even worse: the waterline is the main building of the Hotel Jadran by betonflächen dissevered, scandal! But nothing. For adults there is from these areas down ladders/steps to wonderful adriawasser (also there showers ), for families are great pebble beaches in the immediate area, also directly in front of the hotel in nice little bays.

    Distance to the turquoise adriawasser approximately 30 meters, however with some steps to get there. Direct location on the promenade, from this either direction Unesco-world heritage city of trogir (easily reachable on foot - unfortunately with short, unavoidable junction with march on main road - about minutes) or direction area medena. Super close to at the airport Split (transfer from there by normal public transport with migrating in trogir easy mögl.!) , however almost zero aircraft noise disturbance this. Bus station directly in front of hotel, line after trogir, from there buses to Split. Atm in seget (direction trogir at the Marina and on the main street above Marina, directly at the small supermarket), 10 minutes away. Water taxi for 10 Kuna (1,5 Euro) pp hourly from investors hotel to trogir.

The hotel was to us as a couple without children very good, we had a beautiful large bathroom with a bath, but not the rule, the property, you can almost apartment hot, it was a small living room and a bedroom a big balcony with a view of the sea, so better we couldn't meeting can, have to say that it is better if you are in the neighboring house bay, which we also made, in the main building does not exist everywhere balcony to the sea. The food is good one has larger selection as you would expect, and ... it tasted good. The swimming spot is in front of the hotel and a swimming pool there are also it is not so big, but you can easily refresh. The sea was but 23 degrees you could still swim quite well. Nice location: only unofficial red light district and promenade separated from sea; beach rocky, narrow, partly but well-built very clean intact room; room small, difficult if one itself (partly) board would, no fridge; very friendly women cleaning of the rooms; breakfast buffet with enough choice, well prepared; beautiful breakfast terrace pizzeria was at the time (at the beginning of october) closed good restaurants to short walk enough nearby; ferryboats after trogir at this time of the year there hardly more, bus connection not comfortable recommendable tours, catalogs in the hotel; hillside: somewhat difficult stairs. The hotel tn jadran in seget donji is a complex of a main building and 5 other buildings, due to the hillside location with plenty of stairs. Already the front desk in the main building one reaches from the parking only over stairs. The neighboring house, in the our room was, radiated the charm of the 60 in the eastern bloc. The complex was clean, but partly in in need of renovation state. We had a family room with half board booked. Against end of the season were as expected lots of pensioners in the hotel, mostly from Germany or ... Austria. Furthermore were several tour groups there, for the in the restaurant various tables were reserved. read hotel review

    The size the family room is the category accordingly reasonable, also the bathroom with tub was big enough. The balcony, each rooms reachable was, was barely deep, that one to the sea looking to sit, but the full width of both rooms passing by. The interior was old, but mostly in good shape. A dripping water tap on the tub was repaired immediately. Surprisingly was the high water pressure and very hot water heating, which have a boiler in separate room is, where the closets are accommodated. In other reviews described clairaudience can we confirm, but we still had the luck, in the upper floor accommodated have to be. A mini bar respectively a fridge we have no (s) found.

    The dining-hall with attached terrace is in the main building on the level the front desk. On the promenade there is also a (public) restaurant, not as a part of the half board can be used. Because the hotel for end of the season still was well occupied, it was from time to time difficult to eat a table in the open to get. The waiters were hard and prepared quickly newly available places for the following guests, what however with us the impression a hectic essensabfertigung only increased. Altogether was the planning the dining for breakfast probably not for the quantity of the guests furnished, as regularly geräumte empty spaces in the buffet ( no rolls, milk or nut nougatcreme more since, only a sort of jams and cold cuts) to find, which do not or only slowly refilled. The quality of the breakfast was modest, drinks only from teildefekten machines and no variety in the selection of the meals. The quality of the dinner sank with the end of the season beginning October on a level, the us in a 1 star hotels not yet met.

    The reception staff were friendly and could sometimes also German, however our English knowledge was in some cases asked. The check in limited to the usual, short information about the hotel and went as the check out frictionlessly. The cleaning of the rooms was in the morning, during or shortly after breakfast, the at: o'clock ends. In comparison to unhook in the main building there was daily fresh towels and several fresh bedding. The cleaning of the balcony had the cleaning staff however in the entire week probably forget, apart from the empty the ashtray.

    The small, longish pool was, at best, for bathing but not for 'real' swimming and flowed partly a strong chlorine smell. The open shower area by the pool pointed out several broken tiles on. Further sports facilities, we have not seen, respectively used. The hotel's own sunbathing areas at the sea are concreted and the way into the sea via ladders. Within walking distance you will find however possibilities on gently sloping pebble beaches into the sea to arrive.

    The neighboring house with the family room ( respectively suites) is above of the pool, this rooms have direct view of the sea. The other other buildings are across the main building, and through a narrow unofficial red light district with trees separately from the promenade. During our travels it was pleasantly quiet in the area and, specifically, on the promenade. The promenade ends in the direction trogir shortly before a small village, which has a simple, but recommended wine cellar will take place. The rest of the way to about 3 kilometer the removed trogir you have to due to the in between the yachthafenanlagen on the main street recline. Much simpler the way over the water with the small boats, the regularly to the harbor promenade in trogir commute. From trogir you can by bus or easily Split reach. Small run errands you can market the nearby campsite complete, its price but clearly higher than in the further away supermarkets on the main street direction trogir.

The hotel is, aptly with a tour operator luguru, lovely managed. For the peace searching tourist, the occasionally selfconsistent a bit undertake want, a ideal domicile. Note: who animation searches, is here wrong. 1 time per week discreet live music, more is not! And: with disabilities the paths are difficult, there are hardly any spaces, the without steps reach. Excursions the tour operator run over regional central in sibenik or Split. You should know that, since the transfer plan must-but you got the trips with beautiful küstenblicken 'free'.
