We have had a great vacation, there was nothing to complain about, the room was good and clean. The food was great. The complex made a very well-kept impression. We had a beautiful room with a view of the sea. The swimming pool was every day neat. To the beach it lasted only a couple of minutes. This hotel is definitely recommendable. We fly again next year there. Felt very comfortable. The staff tried hard, it was in the dining room again and again all right freshly set and restocked. read more

The hotel is at many corners broken, the furniture. Caution verletzungsfahr! The beach beautiful, and the dunes also, very nice to walk. read more

Hotel was class, friendly staff and a very pleasant stay. The hotel is though somewhat older, but top! This hotel has also a fantastic location and lies directly at the beach. In the area it is a bit quiet and therefore, you evenings not 'disturbed'. read more

In october we were back in the 'Platja Daurada' in Can Picafort and it was perfect. Right next to the sea, the beach clean and evenings you could comfortably at the bar or on the terrace by the pool sit. The rooms are renovated, i had a ' old ' room, but also the was all right. The food is okay and the staff very friendly. Suggestions : for breakfast could several sausage-/cheese and better tea /coffee and the sauna should longer open, as well as better heated. read more

This is from the decor not new, but everything very clean and tidy. The wellness area is new laid out and very nice for colder days (travel time> end of October - I could good, use without children, they have a extra indoor swimming pool in the hotel). read more

From the outside the hotel makes a very good impression, one enters the foyer and leaves its restaurant, you will notice the tired seating, holes included. The division the hotel is really good made, there is a high building, the other buildings are jededoch a maximum of three storeys and around the large and really very nice and spacious pool area arranged. We had an apartment booked, the layout and size lived up to the usual standards. Unfortunately, we arrived rather late in the hotel and right when entering the apartments stung us a extreme 'toilets' -smell, which all four ... lüftungsschächten the apartment rausgeblasen was. Unfortunately these ventilation not turn off, which apart from the disgusting smell not was very loud. Several call at the front desk led to nothing, just excuses and vertröstungen on the next day were made. We insisted on, that someone and with is the room, which was very annoying. In the room wanted us the staff tell, that the noise from outside, and he nothing smell could. All discussions did not help and we were the next day comforted. So we spend the first night in a smelly and noisy room, at sleep was not to think. The next morning complained we again and wanted a technician, which assumes. We got immediately a new room, without smell, without the noise. The sea view and the great view compensate naturally for some, but since we were the last five years on Mallorca on vacation were, we also know, what we can expect and were all in all disappointed. The rooms are get rid of, a renovation is really necessary. It was cleaned daily and it thoroughly. However, all the joints in the bathroom moldy, the hair dryer was falling apart, all faucets calcified totally and the windows inclusive framework should you in absolutely no way much closer look at. The beds are very hard, more than a week would not be gone. The meals are ok, but 4 stars for sure not worth. Selection small, mostly cold and not tasty, cafeteria again, we know that much better from Mallorca. The worst is however, the dining room way too small is. Crowd at the buffet, eternal search for a free table. The hotel was, although october, rather full. Sings retiree portion was however nevertheless well over 80 percent, which also directly at 9 o'clock all the sun-loungers around the pool with its handtowel. Children there is very little, so poor was also the kids activities, playground does not exist. The beach is over a small promenade and leaves nothing to the imagination: clean, spacious, simply great, exactly like you want it to be. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella cost 10€ per day. read more

    Directly at the beach, even closer is not. One is also fast on Eroski supermarket, can get cheap groceries. On foot it is only a couple of minutes to the shopping area of Can Picafort.

The hotel trumps with a great location directly on the clean beach on, a very inviting great extensive pool area, however the hotel as such is renovations and in need of renovation ( run-down) The staff you can friendliness and willingness to help high charge. This hotel has after my vacation experiences under no circumstances 4 stars, there is better hotels the only stars have. For persons the only worth it on a clean pool and beach put the hotel is recommendable. read more

We have a week's swimming vacation and had a nice time in this hotel. The beach is very beautiful and right on the hotel. We had the luck a freshly renovated room to get, which we are very very pleased about. The staff in the entire hotel is very friendly and helpful. The food is very diverse and tasty and was again and again refilled. We can definitely recommend this hotel! read more

As book a room with a sea view, then a quiet and wonderful vacation nothing in the way. The location of the hoteles is in can Picafort not to toppen. At the beach definitely the restaurant 'grandpa and grandpa' visit. We will be back! read more

The building is really a bit outdated, but renovated. We had a not reconditioned family rooms. It was sufficient for our requirements perfectly. It was clean, very spacious and quiet. The pools are absolutely great. The baby pool had a light slope, so that our small even determine, how deep it into the water wanted. The sea and the great wide clean beach is over a bridge over the dunes to reach. A small restaurant is located directly at the beach as well as by the pool in the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located for excursions. Parking for ... the rental cars were sufficiently available. A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. To the 'Mallorca-hustle and bustle ' it is only a few minutes walk to the bars and shops. If you don't want, get it in the hotel nothing with. All in all a great vacation in a great hotel in a great location and very friendly staff. We are definitely coming again. read more

You oh man, we had a four-star hotel for relaxation booked. What was that? The hotel you can with 2-max. Three star rate. Guests are welcomed at the main entrance with two full seaweeds infected were no (were even fountains?). If you from the reception in the 1st floor is, wobble the stages from wood and want to just drop them. The hotel is run-down without limits (, although already some rooms should be renovated?), the rooms are an impertinence (size, decor, thin walls ) and the bathroom a cheek ( mold, tiles broken, mountings barely chromed, showers in bath ... tub with curtain ( scary). Absolute disaster: the dining room! An impertinence with mass processing in several stages. You can sit almost the neighbors on the Schooß, everything is chaotic and noisy (and the air here in it.). And, you can nowhere outside on a terrace sit (and 27 °C). Also the complex itself for us is to concreted, the much-vaunted garden we have not found. But tastes are yes different and so do a private picture. Whom it is enough, please. Positive: the people are pleasant and put in the effort. Absolute plus: beach area read more

The hotel Platja Daurada is a simple, medium hotel on the edge from can Picafort. Itself the hotel is in good condition. Details you will find always, if you want. The rooms are clean the food is good to average. A large plus point is in this hotel the staff! All very nice and motivated! The dining-hall should in our opinion also be adapted, you feel rather in the dining room a youth hostel. Also the pool is beautifully and naturally the proximity to the beach great! read more

    The size of the room was all right. We also have everything our things fit in. Also the condition the room was good. ( we had a renovated) great was the walk-in shower and the clean bath. Great was also, that it is a small fridge gave, in the seine drinks cool. Also the air conditioning was perfect. The beds could have been a bit gemütlucher can be. Would be nice also been, if you have a briefcase with information to the hotel and to place with so much, restaurants would have had.

    The food in the hotel is good to medium. The salad bar is great! The freshly fried fish and meat dishes are also very tasty. Only the quality they kept warm dishes could be better.     So the service in the hotel is good! As mentioned big plus point: the nice motivated staff! The chambermaids make very good clean. The staff in the restaurant works friendly and fast and with all of the commotion in the meal times. In the hotel bar one can have good and cheap cocktails received. However varies here sometimes the design and quality the drinks. Also at the front desk is the staff very friendly, but could present his. It was annoying, that you pool towels only from to o'clock can be exchanged, the we know different.

    So the pool in this hotel is very beautiful. Leisure offers? They were not aware, the crew of the entertainment not very dedicated was.     The hotel lies at the edge of can Picafort, here you your peace, if you want apart from that one is fast in the town. You should not the' German gemütlichkeit' let this put you off. It rows itself unfortunately offers, as schnitzel with fries, roulade with red cabbage... etc. Together. Good local cuisine there is closer at the port in san baulo. The daily needs will be well covered. One should Eroski-supermarket, at the roundabout ( from the hotel right the road down) use.     The rooms were okay. It is next to the dopelzimmern also apartments. Our room was on the 2nd floor, had lateral view of the sea respectively A view of the pine forests of the directly behind the hotel new nature park Albufeira. The room was however a little worn, that means the pine furniture were partly worn out, the mattresses were ok. There is a closet with integrated safe, however only a couple small primitive drawers and two nachschränkchen, as well as 2 more drawers in the end. But it was ok. On the balcony there was a revolving clothes dryer, a table with 2 chairs. For those, the on vacation on the box not do without may: there is a flat screen-tv. The air conditioning worked well. There is a small fridge, where one well the supermarket purchased drinks or fruit able. The bathroom was large enough, had partly on the seams a bit mold and the shower head was already getting old, but had worked. The rooms were apart from that clean and everything was ok.

There was even a extra offer for breakfast for diabetics. The dinner is less typical of the country, I would say rather international. But there is luckily also typical spanish dishes, like for instance chicken with almonds and vegetables, Paella or delicious roasted potato wedges with aioli or delicious desserts like for instance catalan cream. One evening there was at the show cooking different freshly prepared asian dishes. Apart from that there were for offer: fresh prepared fish ( for example mackerel, dogfish, tuna), pork, chicken breast fillet, different fresh delicious vegetables, Paella. For the unavoidable there is obviously the mandatory pizza, pasta and fries. Desserts: cakes ( lots of different cakes, where it tasted however no difference was ), ice, fresh fruits, delicious cheese. The food is regularly refilled, was warm and tasty. There was nothing to complain about. Drinks: 0.5 liter mineral water costs 1.90 Euro, bottle of wine ( very good wines from the island or rioja other, both delicious rosados, red and white wine) costs 11 to 13 Euro you can do the service the room number say, on the label on the bottle is written, thus can one on next evening the open bottle comfortable weitertrinken ( rosados and whites will of course only good served chilled).     The staff at reception spoke German, is very nice and helpful. Everything is fast and quickly.     The shuttle from the airport to the hotel takes about 1 hour ( distance about 55 kilometer). The next town ca ' n picafort is only 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is at the start from the resort and is very quiet at the end the natural park of Albufeira. The location is really very nice, one has on the bridge, the dunes is, direct access to the beautiful sandy beach and the turquoise sea with very good quality of the water. At the beach there is also a surfing school, where you every day mornings at: o'clock a taster can show. There are shops enough. In the hotel itself there is a supermarket, where you during the day for 90 cents per 1 liter mineral water bottle can buy or you go from the hotel to the left and after approximately 200 meters on the left side one inter + saves. Apart from that you can leave your money in ca ' n picafort in some beautiful boutiques or perfumeries get rid of.
