Rooms are super furnished it didn't miss anything, it was nice the kettle.

The food was varied, certainly each something found after its taste.

The entire staff was nice and friendly, besides when checking out we had with the front desk staff problems communicating (arrugant ). The waiters gave itself very much trouble with of german, it us very happy very.

We are this year over FTI arrived. On hurghadär airport of a tour guide FTI received, he procured on request a bottle of water (it was so, that the switch of the tour operator with drinking water was supplied. By bus it was to the hotel. At the front desk we are very friendly were taken, an employee asked us in an adjoining room, there were soft drinks and we could check in. The distance to the beach and from the airport is good. For shopping we can't say anything, since we the spacious area have not left.

The hotel is directly at the beach. Family room superior was very huge, beds the mattresses were very comfortable, also here everything was extremely clean!

Lots of different bars and restaurants! We were usually in the main restaurant, in the 4 corners or in the large pool bar. Huge choice of meals, if you didn't find anything here is really your own fault and probably already too spoiled! Even we as a vegetarian/vegan always found something, even if we have to starters or bread had to avoid. Constantly someone was cleaning, waiter very friendly, very concerned to make everything right. I, every waiters or employees on a small tip, but all very pleasant!

Striking was the extreme friendliness and thoughtful service of the staff! On arrival we had to for example the papers not directly at the empfangstresen fill, but were greeted by a nice staff in the bar run, got something to drink and there was everything to us. Beautiful hotel in a great location! The complex is huge, however beautifully divided so that one never the impression has it would be crowded! During our travels many Sweden and russians in the hotel, all but very pleasant!

Very short transfer, you could also see during the day often the arriving planes, noise but within limits! Trip to Hurghada would be with a hotel taxis possible, we did not make!

The family rooms were very big and nicely furnished. There was a kids room, bathroom with hair dryer and shower, extra toilet, bedroom and loggia.

The food was okay. In the italian restaurant was excellent. Us it tasted good.

The staff is very accommodating and fond of children. If you came to the restaurant we were greeted by friendly, there was cutlery and then you still have something with the children joked. There the children and i had birthday we were even somewhat auditioned and we got a cake.

There are more than 18 pools in the hotel. Of which are almost all heated. We were thrilled.

Perfect! This word describes this hotel the best. From the moment of arrival to departure everything was perfect. We were completely thrilled and look forward to the hotel next year again to visit!

The area of the hotel is ok. You have to the hotel but actually not leave. There is everything you need. A trip we have Neckermann to the Mahmya island on the private beach made. It was an unforgettable experience the absolutely recommend can.

Huge deluxe rooms, well maintained and clean. Minibar is at an extra cost. Bottle of water and coffee and tea is free (kettle available). Balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Air conditioning, desk, small seating area with 2 chairs, huge beds, lcd tv (ARD, ZDF, RTL, RTL II, dw), telephone, safe, bath with a shower and bathtub, toilet with bidet.

Main restaurant + 4 à-la-carte restaurant with fish, asian, lebanese and italian (in all-inclusive-plus = can be booked, reservation of the lobby via machine), without all-inclusive plus = each additional visit 8 €), quality = everything freshly, more than enough, wide choice, delicious. 5 bars and disco, plastic cups in the pool area, cleanliness and hygiene was very good. Main restaurant: international cuisine, huge choice, varied. About a tip is very pleased, is however non-obligatory (merit of the staff very low).

The staff is very friendly and funny. Languages: english, german. Room always very clean cleaned, nice changing decoration on the bed. Kids' clubs available. Doctor practice in the hotel, 24 hours service. Pharmacy linkks next to the hotel, about 300 metres. In case of any problems, over telephone, always a quick settlement.

Joggingpfad about 1200 meters. , fitness center with treadmills, bikes, steppers and hantelturm, table tennis, 4 tennis courts, Kicker, Boccia, darts, sports court, water polo, water aerobics, aerobics, 2 jacuzzi at the beach, aquapark with 7 slides, 4 water slides by the pool, aluminum beach chairs with towel included, 17 pools, all very clean, partly heated. Diving center (2 tg = 40 €, 6 tg = 100 €), surf center.

Huge, well-kept complex, circa 1000 rooms, deluxe rooms very big, all-inclusive, wi-fi in of the lobby free (iban @ lobby) otherwise surcharge, room safe free of charge, guest structure: russian, italian, dutch and german.

Hotel lies directly at the beach, airport in about 15 kilometer distance, from time to time one hears and sees incoming plane, to Hurghada-city circa 10 kilometer, taxis always locally, small shopping in the hotel or at the beach, turn left. Nightlife: lobby with music and 3 bars, fantasia disco from 22:00 until 0:00 a. m. drinks including, 00:00 until 02:00 a. m. beverages exclusive. Theater with great shows. Excursions at any time by tour operator (more expensive than outside of the hotel).

Rooms have sufficient size and were very clean. Sufficient traffic possibilities were available. On the television there were several german channels, so that the events in the home can ask. The bathroom is big enough. Recommendable is booking a pool or meerblickzimmers, so you can in the evening also times on the balcony and the view of the beautifully lit pools to enjoy. In the room there are the possibility, free coffee or tea making facilities. Unfortunately the mini bar not included, but you can also drinks from the bars take it to the room. A bottle of water daily on the room brought. (you will need to brush your teeth, that you couldn't drink tap water.)

It is in the hotel a large main restaurant and 4 specialty restaurants. The food we found for Egypt very good. Of the speciality restaurants we found the italian super the lebanese good-from the asians we were disappointed. The fish restaurant we didn't visit. The reservation taken care of you to separate computer-terminal-worked great. In the main restaurant it is because of the lots of people usually very loud-but there are also beautiful corners. Breakfast and lunch could also on of the terrace with a nice view of the beautiful pool area.

Very friendly reception. Problems were solved immediately. Daily room clean super-after a small tip around 2 to 3 Euro there is as everywhere on the world more trouble. Waiters in the restaurant are fast and at the bars worked all super.

It is in the hotel 2 huge pool area with several pools. Some heated. On one side of the pool is relaxation announced-on the other side the hotel ( by a crescent gets separated) is the activities pool with activities and music. Everywhere at the pools and at the beach there were at our time of travel enough chairs. Everyone finds a spot. In the hotel there is a small gym. Several clubs worry about the small. The beach is very clean and very nice is, that the loungers at the beach on the lawn is possible. Directly in front the hotel is the water very flat, so that swimming is not possible.

At the hotel it is one of the biggest plants in Hurghada. The hotel has about 1300 rooms. The complex makes a very well maintained and clean impression. The very clean beach is only partly for swimming suitable, since the water only very low. For swimming there are many pools, the very clean and partly well are heated. All inclusive was from 10 to 24 o'clock usable. To the many guests from Germany mingle mainly scandinavians and russians, the didn't stand out negatively to us. Before the lobby bar there was free, but a little slow wi-fi but easily created from, for a message home to chic.

The hotel is on end hotel Hurghada location. Shops are on foot reachable in a few minutes. The senzo mall with good shops and a grocery store with the taxi for about 5,- Euro distance (beforehand and not more than 5,- Euro are charged ) the historic part from Hurghada is approximately 15 minutes away and a trip with the a taxi costs approximately 10,- Euro. If you in the hotel local taxis useless, you pay proportionally more. So just on the road walk and already the blue-orange public taxis from itself to you. Transfer from the airport takes about 50 minutes, although this only about 10 kilometers away is.
