Very warm welcome, good atmosphere, Quick elevators, Room & bathroom large and very clean (The bath tube large enough for swimming exercises) Soft, large towels, high ceiling of rooms give a generous space feeling , large bed, very good mattresses,
AC control, Large TV set, Minibar, Hotel seems to have an efficient maintenance department.
International Individual & Business travelers. Attractive breakfast. Request for extended check out time very friendly & efficient taken care of.

Nice, centrally located hotel. About 5 minute walk to the wenceslas square or the main station modern and well equipped bath with a bath. Unfortunately was the duvet spotted what could crumb. Apart from that however altogether very positive. read more

All furniture in the house more cheaper design and at diverse spots chipped/worn.
Beds good.
Breakfast buffet good and plentiful.
Cleanliness of the room good.
- Bath simply (already short showers leads to floods, drain in tub and washbasin bad)
- sauna was clearly due to a limited conference next door closed (probably because of glass door to the sauna-Vestibule)
In sum, certainly not 4 star. read more

Prior indicated Westbus from Wien was very cheap and on time; location of the hotel great; the main station only separated by a park; on foot 2 minutes from Wenceslas Square

The hotel convinced through its (for rail travellers ) amazing location, near the main station, but also very near the town center. With a very good value for money would recommend it for those on a city break only be recommended. read more

Very disappointing hotel, have for the price somewhat better expected. Despite six-month Frühbuchens & demand it was the staff not possible 3 persons on a floor to get, we were over 3 floors. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. On our Canopy were angegessene Smarties, the towels were changed but they were threadbare and had holes in them. From the bathroom ran during the. The water into the room, but anyway not much damage! Apparently we have the utility closet gotcha, therefore the hotel we can also at all not recommend. The only enjoyable exception was the barmaids ... in the evening, very accommodating and very good language skills. read more

We are from the Viennese falkensteiner hotel the Prague falkensteiner hotel traveled. A difference as day and night.

Had a very cheap hotel over Expedia and had to of the price less than expected. The room was very spacious and furnished nicely. There were small flat screen, coffee machine, mini bar and kettle. Internet was inclusive. The breakfast was delicious and rich.
The shower was however difficult, only a small glass door protects the water from. So every morning was our bathroom flooded.
At night, we were of drunk guests in the hallway woke us up and kept awake. A phone call at reception to no avail, the seems in Prag often to be. One sees stop also ... many ' Saufclubs '.
The location of the hotel is great, everything in walking distance to reach! Gladly again! read more

Was already our second stay in a falkensteiner hotel - and again an all-round successful ( short -) vacation. The hottest weekends of the year with a child in Prag! Thanks to the friendly hotels no disaster - the air conditioning worked very well, the quiet sleep was secured, the room big enough, breakfast very good. But the best is the location of the hotel - 5 minutes to the train station and all major points easy to reach on foot. Our granddaughter Lund we were again from falkensteiner convinced. read more

Our' designer' bed were two wooden beds a la IKEA. A bedside table was no more fastened, this was a bed on. Because of the slippery Holzfußbodens moved the beds with the smallest of movements. At relaxing sleep was not to think. The staff demanded that when the instruction on the broken bed unfriendly to, that it is a' designer' bed if. It was the view of the neighboring rooms the same, upscale category clearly, that this beds subsequently, unprofessional been built are. A room changing was not possible. A shame!
Later we appealed again to a-prudently - other Receptionist. ... This was our complaint friendly, competent and prompt after. A room changing was now possible, so that the last night quiet could spend. Furthermore we were as a comparison a small discount granted. This nice and professional handling of complaints we had already when the first complaint we could have hoped for!
In short: it is very important, at the lady one device. For the service in the second time full score!' read more

The hotel is as regards facilities, decor and standard really good the published descriptions and it is entirely possible, that lots of guests comfortable there. Two individual experiences have my stay however very greatly reduced: my room was on the 5th floor directly next to the lift. Every time if the lift at 22. 00, stopped and especially if on my floor the elevator door opened, was the noise so great, that a quiet sleep was not to be thought. Otherwise there was in two nights unpleasant incidents by drunken hotel guests, in the hall directly in front of my ... room door lock-maker randalierten. It is certainly understandable, if you are by such incidents as a business traveler much bother me feel. All regarding that complaints were the staff at the hotel - both the employees at the reception, as well as the management - however brush off; it was not to be recognized, that you have, to remedy (' after all, we cannot just call the police, if a few guests besides behavior'). Also afterwards there was no apology. Therefore I will certainly not go back in this hotel again. read more

We were on Easter in the Maria Prague, the breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast room was very nice and hardworking.
The superior-rooms I had greater expected, the bathroom is new, has however only a washbasin, although for two space would be. We had a small CRT televisions in the room, the regularly itself again and afterwards no longer harass left. Also he had a image error (Green bar along the narrow face). On our complaint was reacted unfortunately not, as we with the check-out as again a technician pointed out into ... the room.
The hotel lies on a small park in the main station, wenceslas Square is in a couple of minutes easy to reach on foot. We had the city usually on foot explored, it is worthwhile in remote lateral roads to walk, since there the prices considerably cheaper are. Here recommend the Al Capone because of the very reasonable cocktails around the 3 euros. The subway is good available and 24 kroner cost for 30 minutes, but also the streetcar runs through the whole town ( we had however not used ).
If you're lucky you get parking directly on the street in front of the hotel, at weekends and vacation days parking not applicable. Since directly in front of the hotel at least one, or even two Police Vehicles the whole day were, we had no fear for our car. The hotel offers but also a garage to, costs according the homepage 24 euros, at the front desk but 26 euros. Have fun in Prague, very worth seeing town. read more

The hotel makes in the initially a good impression. The entrance area with its steps nothing for guests with baby carriage or wheelchair.
The staff at reception is partly hard, however cannot due to the language barrier (neither english, nor german well understood) not or only insufficient be clarified. read more

This hotel captivates especially because of its location, the main station, the metro and the tram are in the immediate area. Almost all sights are within walking distance. Unspectacular front entrance area, the check in and out went without any problems, through German speaking front desk.
Small superior double room, as the good equipped bathroom separated from it. The Badglasschiebetür was somewhat geräuschanfällig. Modern minimalist style, somewhat hard ledersitzecke.
Negative the older Tubes - tv-device, a flat screen TV is however for a city break not necessarily required, but probably for a four star hotel standard. Comfortable double beds, some ... possibilities to counter available.
Great we found the Cafissimo -machine with 4 pads; mugs and glasses available.
We would like to highlight but the very rich lush breakfast buffet, what is included.
Tip: restaurant Novomesti Pivovar with Böhm. Live music or, the at the hotel located clean nice restaurant Sherwood. (a Bohemian platter-plenty of for 2 people for about 11,00 euros)
In short: book early and March kommunistische, October/ November the wonderful golden city visit Prague, then this is the value for money in this hotel reasonable.
We felt comfortable and can recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel is very central. We have everything we need in the immediate area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers next to daily massages, a small fitness room, sauna and steam bath. However very small- rather for 2-3 people and that could have already cramped. However these premises hardly used. The hotel has for german standards rather only stars! Breakfast is great! And the audience is mixed. Important: it is only in english spoken. read more
