We were very friendly with a welcome drink. The rooms are not large, but for a few nights enough. The bathroom is quite small but clean and functional. The breakfast was very plentiful and tasty. Parking spaces are rarity. We have a garage additionally booked ( a night 6.90). A large car but can problems with the entrance have. It's very close to. For the return trip we have a lunch box received. We would visit this hotel again. read more

Simple, but good city hotel (without elevator). The hotel lies between main station and fair. Small, but well equipped room. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff and a lunch box for the farewell, what more do you need. read more

For a short stay this hotel is highly recommended. The location is very central with a metro stop right around the corner, from where you can enjoy the Essen highlights (gruga, fair, and so on) very easy to get to. As 'Hotel-candy ' guest for the duration of their stay a complimentary ticket for the duration of urban public transportation (area VRR).
The front desk at the hotel are very friendly and helpful (also different people!). Complimentary drink was offered at check in.
The hotel is older, but in good condition; the rooms equipped with convenient and friendly, what the ... guest needs. I was a little bit small single room, but for a short stay was sufficient.
Sensational is the breakfast with everything, what the heart could desire: including homemade bread ☺, two kinds of scrambled eggs, hard and soft boiled eggs, various homemade salads etc. You won't be able to try everything.
There it is worthwhile, even if only for breakfast to go there again. read more

Quite centrally located hotel in the rüttenscheid district only two tram stops away from the main train station. The price is for each day a public transport ticket costs, even with which one can drive and Dortmund. Clean rooms with a very small toilet/shower. The breakfast compensated but. Very large selection of different breakfast variations-hot and cold. Very friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet corner in the district of food-Rüttenscheidt. Different entertainment are available in the surrounding area. The public transport facilities is good too. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was quite small but was fine for our needs. Only the bathroom was much too small. Highly recommended is the excellent breakfast. We took the Sunday to us. weekends and weekdays Whether it is so I can't review. In sum has convinced us the value for money. read more

This small hotel had discovered on the Internet and contacted by telephone. Very friendly phone call! I was, because I wanted to travel by train, before the trip a combination ticket sent Hotel, so that I could use in the check. This has cut my travel! The hotel offers luxury. Is not for the demanding VIP guests. No minibar, room service or Spa. Stay here quite normal tourists with rather small budget-but that, in relation to the price/performance ratio, then wonderful. The hotel is located in a nice residential area, a short walk leads to a small shopping center with ... a lot of different restaurants. Bus and underground station just as close. To the city center is not far, good access to the main railway station. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the decor friendly. The bistro offers a small, but well-stocked food and pass and take a packed together. The meals were delicious, the portions enormous. The staff is very friendly. particularly for a single like me very crucial! In food on a training part. By chance, eight other participants were in the same hotel. After the first evening we ate in the bistro, we were on the second evening initially disappointed in front of the only large table. Since it was already reserved. But for us! The hotel is located in the rüttenscheid food. Parking is a few available, are public. But it was no problem, right in front of the house to find one. From the outside the hotel is rather unscheibar but inside it was really okay. The rooms are functional, clean but only on the stairs (no elevator). The reception and breakfast room are newly renovated and in very good condition. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar, which doubles as a restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate. My single room was a bit small, but for two nights it was absolutely okay. ... But the bathroom was bigger. Small tv, no safe, pay tv, the about eight minutes can be used free of charge.
The price for EZ hrs is €46.00 absolutely okay! read more
