After we in April 2012 this hotel selected, we were with the friendly and courteous service satisfied. Now in September 2012 we were with the attentive service also satisfied. The dishes were opposite our first visit much better. You can tell, that the new chef special emphasis on variety sets, so that next to the stomach and also the eyes' partake'. Also the bbq are very attractive.
The Attraction this hotel is in our opinion at the three pools with Poolbarszum, as well as the nearby, clean beach. You can at low tide very far in the flchen Gulf of ... Aquaba go. This makes especially smaller children a lot of fun.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Room very big, pool area very nice. The hotel complex is very nice. Beach not for snorkeling suitable, since very flat to far into the sea. Docks of neighboring hotels must not be used. The food in the main restaurant has even after 2 weeks still tasty. The waiters was very friendly, professional and efficient. Very nice garden - amazing pools with swim-up bar - unfortunately without greater slides complex for the kids - super open-air disco directly at the beach with a pool and restaurant ( Direct Payers ) - weather in May LAG at 35 degrees and pure sun - water is gorgeous-warm, shallow to hip deep, from 800 meters reef to snorkeling - we have great fish, sea urchins, brittle stars and unfortunately sometimes many jellyfish-essen delicious with daily fish, meat, type. Dishes, Noodle bar, salads, cakes and desserts. Staff are really friendly until very unfriendly - everything available! We had a ... unforgettable beach vacation in a lovely area with good catering. But - luxury and high expectations here you find it here. Italian hotel chain with animation in Italian and English, which with interest various actions for old and young offers. read more

Very beautiful hotel, massive outdoor area with numerous pools, much attention to detail. The daily cleaning of the rooms and general cleanliness was very satisfactory, but the housekeeping even personally and on every wish and furnishing. With the all inclusive offer you are well taken care of. Breakfast/lunch/dinner, Snacks in between, all drinks and even the bath towels, as well as one-time the sport( for example Squash, tennis, fitness studio) are included. Furthermore there is a large spa area with treatments however cost. As the guests almost außschließlich Russian or should you Italie in British definitely good English skills since ... the staff no German speaks. read more

We had a wonderful week at the Laguna Vista beach. The check-in process was a breeze. The rooms were very large. The staff was always courteous and very nice, every employee has presented us personally (about a small tip the will, of course, why not, the boys did a great job for us to give us a beautiful holiday). The beach is depending on the room location pretty easy to reach. At the pool and at the beach we got a place at any time, without any early at six o'clock to rise and to reserve beach chairs with towels ... (there are however also-() is very important, you should know, you should be able to express in English, which one for concerns. German was spoken very little, why? Well lt. According to staff, this hotel is mostly Italians, Russians and English. I think this has to change. this hotel makes all German fun (and more German, the staff are also prepared a fourth or fifth language learning). read more

We have liked it very much in Laguna Vista beach. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. And, without tips! The location is great, lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity (Metro supermarket, Burger King, and so on. only a few minutes away from the hotel. If you have a Smartphone need Internet access, you should buy in the Vodafone shop opposite the hotel an Egyptian SIM for a few euros. Works just fine and is very cheap. Definitely bring bug spray, there are many mosquitoes. read more

From 50 $tip up you noticed. The new rich Russians the rates broken. The hygiene in the restaurants was just a disaster. We had a bungalow and were great. To the beach it was only three minutes. For lunch we were in the restaurant on the beach, it was OK. You always found something. We became acquainted with very nice waiters, they are very fond of children. The resort itself is very nicely laid out, but poorly maintained. Therefore, for example, broken umbrellas and beach chairs not repaired or replacement.
We booked a bungalow as a family, but we noticed when we arrived, the second bedroom only a bed and there is no possibility, a second bed with instead. Therefore, we had one of our children with in our room. The bungalows are very geräumisch and well furnished.
During our stay there were about 40% Russians, Italians 30%, 10% 20% English and other nationalities in the area. Unfortunately we have very bad experiences with Russians Carina, robbed ... us. So we were stolen, for example, the hotels own towels, but I could even watch the thief. Part number (only in language enlischer) was blocked at the reception first. One was of the opinion, that I had to pay for the damage. Only when I asked for the manager and I took the tour guide, for the matter, one looked from the payment of damages from. We were also stolen private things, such as shoes before the door.
The service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Chooks re-filled almost empty food containers were slow and when I asked for refilled, so that you got the impression, they did not want to spend too much to save.
Furthermore, we are sometimes three plates on our capacity, since the waiters it did not consider necessary, that dirty dishes clear. The drinks during the meals often only after complaining order, if you really not needed.
There was no entertainment in the area, if at all, only in Italian, since the entertainers were an Italian travel agent.

At first glance the hotel made a good impression. The rooms and grounds were always clean and well-kept.
For service to the meals we were practically non-existent. We were only seldomly asked, whether we wanted to drink. If you didn't arrive on time to begin the meals was present, you found the tables and the leftovers from the previous guest before. If you wanted to have the table set, you had much patience.
The food is poor, everything was pretty much the same seasoned. There were almost no fruits (just apples and oranges). You could not drink the coffee. It ... is on the other roadside a great opportunity to drink coffee. All-inclusive guests should expect a lunch snack. The only on request and 1 (a) consisted of cakes for all inclusive guests in theory.
The entertainment was only in the Italian guests. Fortunately, there is a beautiful reef where you may snorkel super.
The pool chairs were very limited, very old and damp.
In the course of the flight ban/ash cloud we had to stay longer. For the first two nights were taken over by the tour operators and we could stay in the hotel. By the third day we had to bear the costs themselves. The Laguna Vista beach hotel has this situation mercilessly exploited and wanted for an overnight stay on euro 100.00 per person.
Fortunately the hotel Tropicana Grand azure (3 further Häußer) not so rude and took us to the catalogue prices a 48.00 euro there again.
Egypt is worth a visit, but for us the Laguna Vista beach not more in question. read more

We stayed at the Hotel Laguna Vista garden.
The location is fantastic-the beautiful and large.
Language barriers? -With English you wonderful through.
Food is plentiful-so everyone something-especially nice were the buffets at Oriental evening.
Diarrhea? -No sign, if alcohol, ice cubes in the drinks and replace on zugucken in nothing happened.
We will definitely go back to this hotel! read more
