I was already several times in Defne Star and overall the hotel has unfortunately deterioration. My wish was not nearly taken into account, because apparently everything was occupied-but not accurate as subsequently out. The staff at the reception was none if prepared my request to fulfill, although i now also already some years the hotel visits. The evening entertainment was horrible. There was every evening the same music from Andrea Berg, Helene fishermen and Roland kaiser. - the plate i know from the last year. Apparently is you here because of their ability not ready, a change-probably, because this otherwise ... complain would. Some of them had a change loving happy. One evening a bulgarian tape-grotten badly sung-this is simply unacceptable. The food was good overall but too much on the dauerurlauber laid out. There was many germans courts the slack seasoned and mashed potatoes for the 'toothless'. The waiters are very pleasant and accommodating - there you feel good service and you have to really for the hard work very praise. The 'over winter' lead on the co-owner of the hotel. Here, i find it sad, that this behaviour is accepted. Starting at vise every morning the loungers to occupy, even if a day then nevertheless not be used. Not a soul says that. A shame. I am for years to come but these zimmerpanne and the 'evening entertainment' me very angry. I will now probably with a heavy heart to another hotel need to look. read more

We are regular guests in the Defne hotels, in the Defne-star we were for new year's and in march 2013 it was As always very nice. Very good staff ( Hüseyin and Osman). Good well-kept garden and beach (machmut) overall a perfect vacation. read more

We are the 2. time been there, the hotel is really needs some redecorating! Very dark decor, Regular guests (from 70 years) are preferentially treated. The hotel has a great garden. The staff tried hard, try to fulfill every request. We had ants in the room, the opposite rooms were white lizards. But immediately tried to help. Had unfortunately on the first evening already a snail in the food. The waiter gave us daruafhin a luncheon voucher in the à la carte restaurant. Evening entertainment is often only a cd ( anderea mountain etc.) But at the time it ... was probably normal. We will next year however again drive, since the staff so friendly and nice, and there the garden and the beach really super nice. read more

We visit this hotel since 1997 and still highly satisfied, although the hotel a renovation would do well. The complete staff one can only compliment. They were always attentive, nice and a laugh. Big praise also goes to the chefs for your tasty food. The only thing which we don't mind, the bar stool in the bars, they load not for long staying in. read more

It is a very nice hotel. Cleanliness is largely written. The state of the hotel is rather good, every year part of renewed, or there comes a newly built surprise in addition. You can either half board or all-inclusive. Half-board and was totally enough. The hotel guests were in march somewhat older as in the summer months. It is almost exclusively to german guests. read more

    The rooms are very well-kept and clean. You get every day two bottles of water, the at night be drunk can. Tv, air conditioning, balcony and so on, everything was there. The bathroom includes everything, that you need. (toilet, bathtub, hair dryer, soap dispensers, shower gel and so on.

    With the half-board and the breakfast and the dinner in the main restaurant in buffet form served. The lunch you can at the beach bar nehmen. (à la carte), very cheap. Drinks are also with the half-board and the whole day with enclosed. The dishes were delicious and very varied. Everything was always clean. The cuisine is international. The atmosphere is good, the waiters received from time to time a little tip. Independent of the tips is the service always friendly, quick.

    The staff is very friendly. It is speak german. The rooms are very clean. A doctor is right at the hotel. There is a kids club. We didn't have any complaints, when will wish tried, as fast as possible to accommodate.

    The entertainment is very beautiful and pleasant. There were several sport offers. At the beach will Boccia and Volleyball played. At the pool bar you play darts. There is also water aerobics in the pool, stepärobic and morning exercises (in the garden). Every evening there were different shows, the mostly the entertainment represents, sometimes apply also ordered outgroups on (dancing, music and so on). There is also a kids club, in the evening you can dance. The dance music presented dj Murat. He on personal music requests of the guests gladly.     This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful beach sections of the Turkish Riviera. It is located directly on private, on-site, fine sandy beach. With the taxi it takes away from the /to the airport about 40 minutes in the hotel there is a shopping center, but directly on the street is a large number of shops, cafes, etc.. Directly in front of the hotel there were taxis and the bus also stops directly in front of the hotel.

We liked. We'll gladly come again. The entertainers are very hard and always friendly. The themed evening shows were worth seeing and fun. The dance music, because of bad dj not so good. The music needs to be updated. Particularly has us the darts with the entertainer fun. The outdoor pool is available in march/april with 17-19°c to the swimming only for the abgehärteten suitable, but for the moment there is a warm indoor pool. read more

A great hotel in order to make vacation. We have three children 12-14 years) have been there. The average age is very high. Guests under the age of 50 years ago, you could at 1 handful. Mostly everything german guests. But since we only peace to have wanted, it was perfect. The hotel was not busy. In the summer is the peace and quiet certainly no more guarantee. The weather we were only on 1st day left in the lurch. When it rained like from buckets. Otherwise about 20°. read more

    Rooms were pleasantly large. We had a family room (2 rooms with connecting door). Very nice with 5 persons, that you per room a bathroom had. Both rooms were with a balcony. Only one negative: there was no separate shower. The shower was in the bathtub (with shower curtain). I think personally not so great. The hair dryer in the bathroom was on 5 minutes from, since he hot was. Very inconvenient with 4 girls ☺ Otherwise was the room clean and the water was every day refilled.

    The food was diverse and plentiful. Always different offer for lunch and dinner. It was perfect delicious. We had no problems with the stomach, which one has from the southern countries. The dishes were mostly european. I would have liked more dishes typical of the country desired. Therefore one point of criticism.

    The hotel's location is great. Hotel-owned beach... To the airport it is about 1 hour. Shops are just on the other side of the street easy access to 3 minutes. The market, you could comfortably in 20 minutes on foot go. After side for shopping with the taxi one paid 7 Euro. Taxis are mostly already the hotel.

In january there. The hotel is older. Four star hotel. Average age of the guests is very high. Actually only german. Service on the whole hotel leaves much to be desired. In the winter is the hotel not good, because you almost always somewhere in the free to somewhere, or high, down, have to back up. Somehow obstructed. Hauptbarbereich was quite pleasant. read more

    Had basic double room. Compared to the rooms we otherwise had quite large. Plenty of storage space. Huge beds. Were too hard. The safe was now december 2012 inclusive. It was very little going on, so we had it really quiet in the room. But if all rooms are occupied, it becomes because of the clairaudience certainly noisy. There was carpet (except in the bathroom). Also in the corridor in front of the rooms.

Little fish. Seafood at the fish day friday were not so great. During of the vacation 2 times good eat fish. This is significantly better. Chips get the not. Desserts, what you know. Variety poor. Good : the dishes are germanized. So little is' ziegig'. Was overall quite good. You could various salads good food. Good salad buffet. 5 minutes eggs were just perfect hard. Fruit was partly salesman who brought shelled (is probably the average age payable) i thought it was good.

    We rather bad experiences made. Room heating was only from 5:00 p. m. salemp. If you became ill and stay in the room is the unacceptable. No solution by management. Shower didn't work really, rooms very cold, we have to change rooms. Room cleaning was really not good. ( despite tips). It was actually performance ratio in the lower third of our Turkey holidays. I have used table-ware in the restaurant very often itself remove must, because probably none responsible felt. So this annoying 'too fast clearing' which one otherwise in türkeihotels finds here is exactly the opposite.

    About every 2. evening entertainment. But on small flame (about 45 minutes). Fremdinterpreten were quite good. These evenings alternating with dance evening. Here really old kamellen played. But it was very pleasant. Of the sauna- hamam - spa is really quite nice, and during this time little busy. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean. With more visitors, but in both areas surely very loud and wiselig. Billiards is included. 3 tische + 2 small.

After you so much good for christmas in Turkey hear, we dared. On recommendation of our travel agent we chose this hotel. And it was perfect. The rooms, the food, the pool and so on. In the evening there was often live music where you great ap dance could. The complex is really nice decorated for christmas defendendo. In the lobby there was free internet. The was perfect. The coffee machine but also. We were completely happy. We will come again and recommend it. read more

The hotel is no concrete block, but is architecturally from several romantic charming houses with a fantastic and spacious garden and pool area! Everything is very clean. The rooms are fine, it is extremely difficult, that you 'room with a partial ocean view' gets! It appears to have, that lots of guests once any room and only, if you were complaining and in writing to have wants, that no booked room is free, then you got the possibility, after a few days in the appropriate room to move and you must then sign! Us it was issued and then we ... have slipped tourists is, the as experienced, or even into another hotel 'ausgelagert' were, because the hotel was overbooked! The hotel is soon 20-years-old - accordingly old the furniture. The dining room is very bland and bad, additionaly with an uncomfortable cold light. The bars are with such heavy armchairs mistake, that you with the meetings or if you with other guests together, hardly move can and uncomfortable sits. The few chairs are always immediately occupied: in november is the average age 75-80 years, many long term guests will with the hotel old. Opposite the street (directly on the street) just an additional new Defne Hotel – 'Defne Defnem' – built, an infinitely large concrete block. It is in march 2013 be ready. The guests of this hotel to access to the beach a tunnel under the street received. The wide and extremely generous seashore is this of course for the guests of the 'Defne Star' greatly diminished! The hotel states, it will be 'only 40 meters'! Between the wassersportstand and the Defne-star berth abgezwackt, but this statement is simply absurd because of the high extra numbers of persons, places are probably merged into each other. The many guests the new Defne Defnem will enjoy ridiculous 40 meters certainly fortunate. read more

    Beautiful spacious size, lots of space for the personal things, great, good oversize beds. Very clean! The bathroom would be ok, but the ancient shower curtains are a shambles and the strongly discolored, brown and leaky bathtub also (hotel perge, room 3051)!

    1 large restaurant, 5 bars. We had the half board 'plus ', that means, we all had (including local alcohol) drinks free, also at the pool bars. Only for freshly squeezed orange/pomegranate juice, cocktails and foreign alcohol you will have to pay. Daily there was lovingly prepared and really delicious food! : in the morning an amazing, huge breakfast buffet with all the bells and whistles and in the evening a fantastic buffet with cold and warm courts with a boundless choice! The chefs, the during the meal times fresh preparation, are extremely nice. The kitchen is mainly geared toward german. It is a pity that it from time to time so primitive guests, the when the dishes all 'grope'! A woman took even a fried egg with the fingers and put it in the pan back with the comment: this is me too small! The chef did us very sorry, he had to restrain oneself!

    The staff the food and at the bars has good german language skills, is however only partly friendly (in november perhaps no more desire?) – we have the friendliness with tips bought. The kitchen staff was very nice, the 'restaurant manager' was badly arrogant, a greeting replied he didn't! Our maid was really very tidy and pleasant. Bad, very unfriendly and indifferent at the reception you are processed, especially a young lady. The complaint relating to of the room without sea view was only very reluctantly taken! With the departure we heard no 'how did you like it?' , no 'good bye', no 'good journey' and no 'come again?' Obviously it has this hotel are no longer necessary, the guests to 'foster'!

    The hotel is located by bus 1 hour away from Antalya. Directly on the beach (see under hotel general!) Location, only separated from the promenade. From the hotel it is only 20 minutes on foot to side! Side is an old beautiful city with many preserved sites, but also good for shopping and strolling at the beach you can walk for miles. Is conveniently located for excursions direction Antalya, perge, aspendos, green canyons etc. , but also direction Alanya. At the beach are the loungers in the 1st series already in the morning at 6 o'clock! All 'occupied'. With tips everything is possible. Very friendly staff, Tolga from of the pool bar get the largest compliment from us, a very well maintained hotel, clearly arranged and large, no stronghold, the proximity of the beach is at, altogether leaves the hotel the best impression, we will be back. read more

The hotel we have already for the 4. time in jahresfolge visited. The hotel is marvelously into the landscape integrated and by the years wonderful grown garden area hardly as a hotel to see. Everything is carefully maintained and absolutely clean. We have ' half board plus' booked. That means roughly, that it is' all inclusive ' is, but the lunch is excluded. The promenade between the hotel and the spacious clean sandy beach offers benefits for people with disabilities and/or wheelchairs. In front of the hotel, on the main street, waiting taxis. Dolmusverkehr is regularly available and, of course ..., much cheaper. The audience is about 95% german and what the age partly far beyond the sixty. Lots of pensioners and long term, those who know. Little to not any children. read more

    This time we have poor learned, that damned bad room. On the ground floor, in the house aga, we got a room with a view of a hoarding and to the left, where actually the sea should be, we saw on the newly built large water slide. Our complaint was from the 3. day met. The room found my wife and i, like in the years before big enough. The usual huge bed with two consoles is still a small table with two armchairs and a large desk. The balcony is big enough. Safe, telephone, tv, air conditioning and mini fridge (bigger than a mini bar) are available. The bathroom offers a large vanity and a tub. The high entrance and shower partition made of plastic are unfortunately to complain about. Guests with physical disability have problems. Everything is clean, but outdated, as one says so beautifully. Beware! The hotel we have over the hotel-own travel company ' mr.-travel ' Oberhausen, booked, because we thought, it could be at least a zimmervorteil soutenant. The is not at all that. The rooms are only for sea-s i t e offered. This means in the catalog language 'no sea view'. Sea view is our experience anyway only with difficulty possible. About from the 3./4. floor. Many in the amount grown palm trees blocked the view on the sea. After talking with a very friendly travel clerk of the travel agencies in Oberhausen you didn't have any influence on the assignment. We will not stay there again. Because of deficiencies in the given our room unfortunately only three suns.

    In the main building is the huge restaurant. There are in the outdoor area two bars ( sahilbar and pool bar). The sahilbar closes so gg 5:00 p. m.. The pool bar remains depending on cold, so long on, as guests were there. Quantity of the food was amazing with many different appetizers. About 10 different types of warm meals, by at least five to six different dishes at the grill bar supplemented. Oh well, then there was the possibility for completely spoiled gourmets, the exclusively to spaghetti bolognese and fries bold. I forgot to mention, that vegetarians and diabetics a balanced food counter will find. ;-) With the desserts you had this year the beautifully ornate large cake. They were formerly partly only raised and left mostly to three quarters of pristine again the room. During our stay the ges. Restaurant after each occupation completely swept. The kitchen style alienated unfortunately more and more towards the Europa, although with the plentiful number of dishes a lot court in local style is to be recognized. It is always amazing, how low the noise level in spite of the mass of existing people. The most beautiful is the fact that it firm assigned places. They are all tables for two, the demand further away, but also closer to the neighbor table can be put. Tips were not requested, were or other body certainly welcome. It is so, as everywhere. The prices for additional items are quite low and reasonable. A special highlight is the fresh flowers decorated table the abschiedsabend. A really friendly and not everyday guests.

    The staff is in its entirety, absolutely friendly and at all times cooperative. Almost all speak really good german. The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily. Thursday has the cleaning staff free. A laundry service is offered. A friendly competent doctor was at set times in the hotel present. Child services is available, but because of the small number of at least in private's not used. Animation finds in narrow framework pleasant place inconspicuously. The handling of complaints by the staff at reception will sadly always arrogant, but still than helpful to look at. What seems possible, is made possible.

    In the reception area there is a internet room with seven computer. Free use. In november was spread out over the day little going on. In the area of the large pools were free wi-fi.     The hotel is directly at the wide sandy beach. If you want, you can on the promenade or beach about minutes to side and the other side on the promenade to to Kumköy hiking. At the exit of of the hotel, on the main street in the direction are lots of new buildings with shops. Kumköy is completely newly built. Everything is in a uniform way. Many businessmen are the 'old' we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately kind won local of the past no longer available. Directly opposite of the Defne Star the large sister hotel 'Defne Defnem'. A tunnel under the street and grounds of the Defne Star, to the beach should the guests access to a separate section of the beach offer. Drawings are everywhere in the Defne Star to see.

We were for the first time in Defne Star but already more often in Side Kumköy. Beforehand i saw this hotel only in to pass, this time we were guests and very satisfied. If you cut back wants, clearly finds what, but hello people;is it with you at home every corner as leaked? Benken you should how much guests per year live! Turkey is cool again and again! read more

The ideal facilities and the lush space available and the hot showers at the beach, have contributed, which we already for 6 years always stay there again. Since we always lay in the November arrive and very lots of guests also repeated at the same time have a vacation, it is like a big family. You know, the pleasant staff pleased with the reunion and so begins the vacation already in the first hour. We only hoped, that the facilities not change, if the new defnem hotel in may 2013 will be opened.
