Hotel Suisse Sirmione^{(3 stars)}

We only stayed two nights in the hotel, but we have enjoyed this time. Our room was right next to the elevator, but we have not heard a single elevator. Perhaps, because only our bathroom was next to the elevator. Our room was large enough, had a safe, a full elites with many German channels, a good bed, a small balcony (for the smokers), a refrigerator, two small bottles of mineral water were available for us, when we arrived. The peninsula is at this point, where the hotel is located, so narrow, it depends on one side of the hotel ... a larger building and then the lake, on the other side of the pool is, a road, a narrow park and Lake. The pool was very clean. All beach chairs were washed every morning individually and wet around the pool cleaned. Corresponding neat and clean everything looked from. The breakfast room was facing the pool, the coffee was excellent, there were two days of sparkling wine and mineral water in thermos chest, I have seldom better orange juice the breakfast drink (blood orange juice with pulp ), and grapefruit juice. There was Nutella and other nut-nougat cream, jam (mainly peach, apricot and plum, not my varieties and a few Cherry jam), Italian salami, cooked ham, Mortadella, two types of cheese (rather mild, I would have liked to have seen more substantial), hard boiled eggs, Miniwürstchen, cereals, Quark, yogurt, fruit, bread rolls, toast, bread and also delicious, sweet croissants, a kind of croissants-for an Italian breakfast buffet, it was really great. The guests were 50 plus, above all, we were with 42 and 45 years, mostly for the Youth in sirmione, on Lake Garda as everywhere. Two restaurants are to the right and on the left of about 2-3 minutes away. The Peninsula in the next 10-15 minutes away more, to the mainland to 5-10 minutes to get to the heart of the old city sirmione is a good 15 to 20 minute walk. The city is good visited, but if you see, it is no wonder, access via a bridge, a well-preserved castle at the entrance (4 Euro entrance, from 60 or 65 years two euro). So we were there for one week with breakfast for us the hotel was just right. Very nice and clean pool, sufficient beach chairs available. Nice rooms and nice Staff were nice holiday on Lake Garda. read more

The families run hotel is renovated not too long ago-very nice. Around the house there is free parking spaces available. At the front desk you can go to a computer for free Internet access. In-room safe is free (key at the front desk) used to be. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily cleaned. The staff and the owners of the hotel are very helpful, and very nice! At the clean hotel's own Swimming pool (with Jacuzzi) and there were enough pool chairs sunshades available. All in all a really recommendable hotel! read more

Basic Hotel. To old city if you plan to walk about 20 minutes. Breakfast disappointing. Cheese was damp. Little choice. The quality of the pool was acceptable few beach chairs. Room was renovated. Good size and nice bright decor. In the bathroom there was only a bathtub, no shower. read more
