The hotel does not live up to the standard of a 4 star hotels. Everything one inklusivleistung erwaren would cost extra (wi-fi, bathrobe). Especially the food is a catastrophe. The staff was very nice and concerned. The furnishing, mainly from 70. years, is uncomfortable and bar rarely occupied. The waiters spoke hardly any german. The guests mostly came from the eastern european area (Poland, Russia). We have us in every ski welcome and better service than in this hotel. read more

    The dining room was too few heated and we stayed at the food frozen. Dinner: salatbuttet rich but offered little imaginative and always the same; before and main course: dishes far away from ' tyrolean cuisine ' (for example dry hähchenschlegel with french fries as a main entrance), poor quality of meat, bland, lifeless, partly not through cooked (gnocchi inside liquid); käsegang daily three cheeses; dessert with damaged cream, etc. ; we are despite half board times better in town eat out; Breakfast: full, fresh juice; cereals large but unhealthy (cornflakes, schokoladencornflakes etc. , no grains, no oatmeal), eggs only on demand, Cappuccino costs extra

    The hotel is in a very good location right next to a practice slope for children and in addition to an indoor pool located. The center from St. Ulrich is within walking distance 5 minutes away. Ideal for families with children

Good kitchen with a lot of traditional, but also new Ideas. Service was excellent, staff very nice and helpful. Good location and a lot of comfort and in the hotel (good ski cupboard with heating, beautiful Sauna area. read more

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and right at the ski lift. The staff gave a lot of effort, but the rudeness of the management of the hotel don't compensate. The atmosphere was somewhat oppressive, old heavy furniture, heavy drapes. The wellness area looks nice, is however very small in comparison to the entire hotel. It is hard to find, as it was in the last corner of the basement is accommodated. The breakfast wasn't't very varied. The Sunday, there were a few slices of wholemeal bread warmed up white sliced! And all this ... in a four star hotel Tyrol! read more

The furnishing in the lobby was already a bit older. Praise-worthy was above all the cleanliness of the room and all other areas. The wellness area is very small, we are glad that we at because of the nice weather actually did not need it. The staff are very friendly, but this does not apply to the lady at the front desk. Family-friendly hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The service, especially in the restaurant, was excellent. Extra wishes were always taken into account. The location of the hotel on the outskirts is very nice, relatively quiet and yet centrally located. The room in the booked category was a little small with extra bed, the bathroom was large enough and very clean. The pool next to the hotel is free for the hotel guests, the fitness center in the house as well. read more

The greeting by the manager of the house fell on the cool side, also what changed in the course of our stay not. You always had the feeling the if you to much was it a question has it. The food is good only something more spice could do. The waiter was very nice and accomodating. The room was always very clean. The sauna was unfortunately only on request turned on and told us also only on demand. Ideal starting point for hikes and excursions. read more

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, has a great sun terrace with panoramic views. As described is it a great many hiking and excursion possibilities from the place. The South Tyrolean cuisine have we experienced much better, but the food is plentiful and varied, something, they were unimaginative, is the price we paid andereseits also again in a good relationship. The management made a lot of effort but not also only to friendliness at all, let alone it shows interest in the well-being of the guests, never experienced, better, if you depend not on it is! Service ... in the restaurant is OK, room with old, but decent furniture, very clean, bathroom is new and comfortable. With small drawbacks at reasonable price very recommended! read more

We have now stayed the third time for our holiday at the hotel bright, because it us very well has fallen. The hotel is very centrally located (close proximity to gondola-SEISER ALM), only a few meters from the nice town center with bus stop in all directions, but nevertheless one can enjoy the peace and quiet in the hotel. The staff is nice and attentive. The food (we had half board) was good-each day fresh fruit and a variety of salads. The room had a nice balcony, was always clean. We will definitely return also, because it so many destinations ... and have we us in the hotel very comfortable. read more
