The Hilton Innsbruck is located only few minutes on foot from the main railway station and has a good downtown location. The entrance is a bit odd angles on the porch of the hotel. From the outside the Hilton like a concrete block and not very nice to look at. From the inside is this picture however not fort. From the rooms in the higher floors a very nice views of the city, the Inntal and the surrounding countryside. The rooms are very spacious and clean, especially also the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. We had during the stay ... nothing to fault and were very satisfied. read more

Very good, cheap hotel at the Maria-theresien-straße shopping street. A few minutes walk from the city centre and the train station. read more

The hotel is stop somewhat outdated now. Notices about in the bath with the tiles and some other areas. But it is certainly a top hotel, only the restaurant I could during dinner not at all convincing. Twice steak, even fit the garstufe not, once no bread enough. And constantly the apology, it today 'exceptionally' once takes longer.
Check in/ out was ok, rest of also, breakfast is good as well! read more

The Hilton Innsbruck had probably before 10 years its best time already behind itself: brown karierter carpet, dark brown furniture, holes in the tiles, Broken shower head. The weighing of Textilservice is possible the whole day on course ( thank god with clean laundry), the device in the fitness centre are partially broken.

Beautiful modern hotel with large rooms, large TV with sky pay tv. Large breakfast buffet with an outdoor area. I had a room on the 10th floor with great views, unfortunately strong smoky (despite non-smoking ) read more

booked via OBB railways. Great breakfast till late and nice wellness area. I would recommend if you are staying in Innsbruck. As far as I remember there were no issues with this hotel so go for it. read more

Check in in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Underground parking per day about 15 euros. The room had a sufficient size for two people, bathroom with bath tub was clean. General condition of the room a bit old-fashioned. General cleanliness in the hotel was all right we except for the ice Crusher on our floor nothing negative. Have during the check in a voucher for 30% in the new restaurant in the hotel which we in the evening visited. Very friendly staff at the beginning, we had forgotten our voucher immediately to in order produce the was probably ... our' mistake' as we the service immediately after the order (maybe 2 minutes later!) called for their must be notified to the we unfortunately forgot, this was clearly very annoyed and the friendliness from the beginning was immediately disappeared. We were the rest of the evening not served in a friendly manner our table was not cleared, drinks were not refilled always only on demand. ( when other guests next door was all couple minutes asked ) the waiters ran rather empty at us past as from our table a bit clear. Ignored us completely. All. Other tables beside or behind us was the 'butt powdered'. It was unfortunately like humans of second class and the on vacation in such a hotel. We must absolutely not happen. The food was OK, but for this prices not the hit. I have stayed in other pub already cheaper and better. If I think we have been in the normal price over 80 euros paid. For this money I expect much better food and more friendliness. With the 30% have us probably not so much earned what we probably feel left. This was as a guest very uncomfortable and not really nice, but very annoying. In short for us for this restaurant: overpriced, taste and quality the steak was good, everything other unfortunately only average and nothing special and two classes service. The breakfast in the hotel was good we have paid. Without breakfast as US 27 euros for a breakfast too expensive was during the check in we were the breakfast then for 15 euros offered. We tried it out, it was good and was as far as everything you for breakfast but needs 27 euros it would be in our eyes not have been worth. All in all the hotel was well, we would however there not again drive. The reception at the front desk was very good everything other average. We have stayed in better and also more favorable hotels. read more

Unfortunately at night no good.
It was because of the air conditioning system etc. Unfortunately very loud and it had by the window ripped off. You hear everything.
The pads were in my eyes not acceptable.
2 years ago we slept already at the Hilton and were very happy.
This year we have a bad room get. We have but also no suite and lights had what we got.
Inspired we are from the staff, the very helpful and kind.

The hotel is very centrally located on ran the town center with pedestrian street.
The hotel was clean is just a bit dated and from the exterior looks like a 80. years concrete block.
Inside is however everything is great.
Large deficiency are the high costs for the garage (~20 €), since we however our whole urlaubsgepäck therewithin had we in the sour apple bites. read more

Check in rather bad, no welcome any art, absolutely no info, no lovely stay desired, only room number and floor! Not the usual Hilton standard!
We had hairs in the bath and in the bed, the complaint was super treated, we spoke with a very friendly Receptionist, where one noticed that it knows what it is!

from the airport the bus drives direct to the corner of the hotel, also the ski bus goes direct the hotel is the hotel. Very good suitable for a short ski PIDs. Room (standard) was OK, only the carpet is somewhat, which didn't bother me personally. Sauna and fitness room are available, however has the sauna no choice right room, only a few chairs. There is a pool unfortunately not, I had forgotten my trunks but certainly also. Breakfast is very good and varied.
Hilton is, as far as I can by short search could find, the only hotel chain ..., in Innsbruck of high quality hotel has. This is especially important, if you collect points or even a status. read more

Large concrete block with integrated Casino. The taxi can in the hotel up to the door! outdoor area with 3 unkempt Alibibäumchen Underground parking- subject to a charge. we had the half board -details for dining! lobby large-it lost a page just 8 old sesselchen and 2 Minitischchen, huge large counter for front desk -everything seemed somewhat sterile, not very inviting. One comes to ideas as artificially on American trimmed-as change also the photos with Tyrolean motifs on the staircase to bar No. This impression continues in the room fort. I know, the often Asian groups there nächtigen, now were ... mainly guests from Europe and America since. Mostly somewhat older, children I didn't see any. read more

The Hilton Innsbruck is not free in the group one of the cheapest. A bit more modern design would do to the house well. The spa area is not very inviting. And there was also the staff in the breakfast room totally swamped, looked nice and the service was very poor for a Hilton! read more

As was the case in our first visit 2010 we were even this time completely satisfied with our weekend stay at the Hilton.
That the hotel has gotten old, does a pleasant stay in the middle of in the beautiful Innsbruck with its lots of possibilities not detract from our stay.
Friendliest front desk, clean rooms with a great view, cleanliness in all areas and a breakfast with everything, what the heart or the stomach could desire.
A service, in particular for breakfast, as for a Hilton belongs.
Only small negatives a bit too small the bathtub, no flat screen ... tv, which is now used in this class usual, free, wi-fi internet access was missing.
Conclusion: if you wonderful days in Innsbruck to spend would like, then in the Hilton. read more

I had the recent pleasure for 2 nights in the Hilton to stay. The building is unfortunately a relatively impersonal block without the typical tyrolean character. The very friendly and courteous staff, the breakfast buffet more than enough and in the best quality. The standard room with 30 square meter very big and clean. On the 11. floor nice view over Innsbruck and in the mountains. Currently unfortunately larger construction on salurnerstraße, so with noise to to the hotel can get. But also this will again pass.
For casinogänger is of course the directly attached casino Austria recommendable. read more

A really good hotel, gladly again and again, and we travel.
You have to know that the building from the outside rather deterrent effect (ugly with lots of concrete) and inside the hotel is not new. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the food and beverage choices but with a lot of staff made up for it. This is so little feeling of home. We were already often in the hotel and will continue to do so. Very tasty breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very delicious-high prices. But for the children is the kids 'menu (quite favorable food ... such as pizza, salad, chicken nuggets.) and the kids eat free when adults are on the weekend from the map.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, about a three minute walk to the train station or in the other direction, five minutes to the pedestrian area. read more
