    Double room for single use. Big enough, closet doors only with violence to move. On the television each program 'polar bears in the snowstorm'. Useless! Hair in the shower on the way there. Mold in the bathroom and in the room. The mattress i security looked at! The patio door is a joke.

    All inclusive guests must be a specific restaurant use, for the guests kapazitätsmäßig split.     German in the hotel usually understood, english worked better. The friendliness limited to the conversation, not on the services. Entertainment only for the spanish seniors (bingo and dance).     Until to Palma and to the airport not too far. To the beach a small walk through the ghetto el arenal. Some small shops in the area in march open, as well as some local, many of which rather deterring than inviting. Rip-off by many as a business model is required. Bus service to Palma on the beach promenade some blocks away from the hotel. Bus costs 1,50 Euro and worked without a problem. In Palma is a car rather bothersome. Parking spaces are rare and expensive. Palma's old quarter, one must have seen!

- catastrophic- As all inclusive- guests we were forced to our coffee, juice and wine from plastic cups drink! Mugs and glasses there was just at a charge. Question: why then all inclusive? Of course we wanted to us in the restaurant manager complain, but this was just not Come, cranked again and again his learned beschwerdeabschmetternden text down. I would not go there again. We felt like in the ghetto, the area terrible. The hotel dated. Terriblly loud. The food you will find only on the first day good. By 2. everything tastes the same. Perfectly tasteless and way too fatty. Otherwise seems the hotel constantly overbooked to be, so you get elsewhere're referring to, we in riutort. read more

I found the stay quite good. The staff was nice. The entertainers have tried for entertainment. Otherwise was the worst the food, there was wide choice, but as i have 2 days needed to out content that is tasty. read more

A somewhat older hotel. Price-performance can get one. Food was not so the hit, there were actually everyday the same. Wi-fi costs the week 15 Euro on the beach promenade there are restaurants since you can surf the internet for free. read more

    Small dirty room. The condition the furniture was alright. There was a balcony with a view of a concrete wall. Tv was also available and alright. Wi-fi just on request, with extremely poor reception at extortionate prices per person understand. On the move of the room much us many sand on the floor on, under the beds dirt without limits. From the bed to be silent completely. Cable looked at from the wall, lamps were loose. The bathroom was definitely no hygienebereich, broken sink (water drained through the cracks directly on the floor) Broken shower rod, broken shower fitting, Cleaning only very speerlich. Towels stained There was' fresh ' towels and it was quickly once through swept. Neither toilet was sink or shower were cleaned

    Distance to the beach and therefore to Ballermann 1 approximately 300 meters At the entire promenade there were small shops and supermarkets... To Ballermann 5&6 you can easily walk and then in the middle of the night life (Schinkenstraße, oberbayer, Megapark etc.) Also restaurants are numerously represented, the one with the hotel meal also certainly need. The hotel is located tucked away in a side street and offers rather backyard atmosphere.

The hotel was general reasonable, if you do not have high have expectations. We were with two kids since (8 years and one and a half years), my great daughter was very satisfied, especially with the mini disco, my small daughter has the food in the restaurant tasty, which I was very pleased. The room was too small, but if you usually outside is, it was not so bad. The rooms were clean, the food in the restaurant good and varied. Would go with my family come, for the price you can't complain. read more

The food was for the cheap price varied and tasty. Especially the good bus connection to Palma and parts of the south - eastern coast much, since the buses right in Arenal leave. read more

The complex is really big and you had enough space. The area was clean. The guests in this hotel were from the ages, as well as of the origin very different.     The size was for us more than adequate, if you however long in the room is it too small. For the tv you had to a remote control against deposit at the front desk get, however we would at any time used. Our balcony was unfortunately a little dirty respectively the floor and the walls were strange discolored. The bed was really comfortable and the towels were also every day changed. Our bathroom door you could short from the inside not more open, this mistake but very quickly fixed.

    There were enough restaurants and for dinner there was a precise classification in which restaurant you food. ( in three hotel buildings there were a restaurant for dinner and breakfast, at lunch you could either the pizza bar, grill bar, the restaurant in the main building or the snack bar there). The food was very different, we had once Italian buffet, once mexican ( the was very good) and otherwise always meat fish salad fries pasta and so on at the buffet, noodles and fries were the same every day, meat- and fish dishes were alternated.

    The staff were always friendly and we were never stupid addressed or other. However the foreign languages skills of the staff to be desired. At the bar nobody could correctly English and not at all German, the cleaning staff of course not. At the front desk there have been one or two employee the German, however these were not always there.

    We can unfortunately no that say much, because we liked it 5 days long at least once a day of rain, so we were usually somewhere inside and maps played. There were three pools and a children's pool, unfortunately were around the pools louder conifers and therefore was due to the wind on Mallorca often needles in the pool or other stuff. In the evening there was always a show on the stage, one had however early enough go in order to get a place. Umbrella at the pools are not available, however the trees enough shade. Access to the internet cost what, you could for 1 day 3 days or 7 days wi-fi buy. There was also an entertainer young people from the club asked, whether one not together with the other young people from the hotel in a club wanted to go.

    The beach one reached very fast and shops ( supermarkets) were as good as on every corner. Entertainment possibilities like bars and discos one could very easily and very well reachable on foot. Once we to Palma around shop to go. The bus goes directly at the beach down away and costs only 1 €, one was very fast (I believe 15 minutes at best it was ) in the town.

The hotel is the most outrageous. We were just into another hotel deported much further out and is much worse. Then you surrounding building outsourced, the for guests unacceptable are. After complaint you get finally a room with considerable additional payment. Until there are at least 2 days the time passed. Never again this hotel and never again with Neckermann. Also with other hotel guests is this procedure. Like this hotel to its positive reviews is puzzling. I will definitely to the public shall apply. read more

With luck you can spend a nice vacation. Large room, clean bathroom and nice neighbors. Woe if not. Some rooms are directly at the animation stage, then good night. Food was okay. For three stars. The selection of drinks in all-inclusive is a joke. Only beer and adulterated cocktails without any taste. read more

    We had a big room, however with small beds about 80 times 180. Otherwise everything was there. Air conditioning, tv, telephone. But everything quite old and not really clean but acceptable.

    The service is a little lame. The getränkeholen it goes quickly, but in the dining room areas many their dishes itself way. The cleaning of the rooms limited on an equal footing. We had cobwebs and dust bunnies on the walls which are not cared for.

For a one time vacation with 1 adult and 2 children, nice hotel, clean. The negative judgments ton. Food we could not understand, during the day at the grill and evenings in the restaurant the food was reasonable and diverse. Reasonable value for money absolutely. Hotel not only for party vacations suitable, were many families with children there. No long waiting periods in all-inclusive during the day like evenings. In separate the hotel is in any case also with children recommendable. read more

The hotel is beautiful. There is altogether 5 pools, where the part. Program is offered. You can at the versatile entertainment program participate, as well as just your peace have. The rooms are okay and the decor adequate. Than drawback you can say that for example the toilet is not properly cleaned when we have moved, so we get everything disinfect had. However daily a maid and tidied up a bit on, switch the towels and so on on Einzugstag told us, that the hotel overbooked and they brought us on costs of the hotel in a nearby hotel ( ... hotel Mediterranean Bay, 4 stars) there we spend 2 days, what was okay for us. The food is passable and quite varied, I think there was something there for everyone. read more

The room is beautiful and comfortable. It was cleaned every day. Every day there was fresh towels. The hotel complex was also every day clean and kept clean. The food was also top and diverse. And it has always tasted. We had booked all inclusive and were very satisfied. From the age groups we all had age groups for everyone. We would be go to this hotel again. read more

    We were with the room and size very satisfied. The interior was also good. Air conditioning and tv worked perfectly. The balcony was small, but for the two of us arrived. We had a bathroom with shower and were very satisfied with the cleanliness. It was cleaned thoroughly every day and disinfected. Even you week the curtains before the windows changed. The age from the room was also ok. We were on the whole with the room we had very satisfied.

    There was throughout the hotel area 3 restaurants and 2 bars we use without queue. The eating and drinking was of the quality very good we had no to moan. The cleanliness and hygiene also very big written there. The food was varied and for everyone something there. One was understood very well from the kitchen staff and always friendly treated. The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

    The location is nice are 5 minutes on foot to the beach but it was ok it is right on the Ballermann two out and then another 10 minutes to the Ballermann six but it is fully ok to to the airport it is 8 kilometer with the hired car which it at the hotel there one needs 10 minutes. The maintenance program is varied. And there is many excursions directly from the hotel offered. There are shops as sand at the sea.
