Great hotel in great location with a great view. The hotel is very modernly equipped and has a hotel own beach. The pool area is very clean and nice. The service in the restaurant is good, but i have already seen better ones. The sport and leisure activities is very good the entertainment team always very friendly and you had always lots of fun. Hello!
Was the 10,03. 13-17.03. 13 in Turkey in the Sentido Gold Island
It was on the 10,03 because 3 day which many mistakes fürte.
The outside lights had damage, indoor pool not heated, rooms had light error, holes in the lounge.
What bothered us most and that should from the hotel be removed:
The photographers, they are so pushy and always want photos photos pictures, no time for yourself.
No matter, wether at the pool, beach, lobby. They came and said again come we make photos.
To 3 days always say no looked it us not ... more and asked no longer, very slippery.
Additionaly is in star hotel also a supermarket the clothes sold and an adjacent schmuckgeschaft.
These shops include there were not, one should also remove.
In the supermarket there was drinks and chips and more to buy, but who needs that if the hotel all-inclusive offers?
The lights outside were up wednesday super repaired and was very good made then.
Have videos and photos that i try to adjust.
The staff in the dining room is very good and very pleasant this is already 6 stars ripe also the food was great.
In the hammam was nice only hamam is very expensive, we paid for the cheapest with 90 minutes to €2.90
The most expensive for a is 85 €which mistaken and we name then 45 minutes rückenmassage 25 €for a and wanted us to go 3 new massages aufreden, those are there only on the money of the guests.
At the day of departure the doctor fish and the kossen for 20 minutes 20 €which is expensive.
The all-inclusive is very weak, because the should already be thereby and also in the lobby the drinks, Martini and cocktails including Sex on the Beach costs which is very weak.
Book all inclusive the everything to stop massage.
In the room was the bathroom not cleaned daily and mirror had spritzers the not at all cleaned.
Also the shower and toilet i had to say the dinstag it clean but they should be passed on wednesday not and said below answer it not cleaned and sent immediately a cleaners up but mirror not cleaned, very weak.
In the lobby were very fun and nice people with one a lot of fun make could only was there a very gräfftiger and glatzköpfiger the in the hotel the boss is and the was very doff and very rude to the staff.
This chef should be terminated and a better there.
To the outside:
Pool is very safe as Germany and super, one only the first 2 days not lit at night.
Entertainment and sport is super good and workers the entertainment was very fun and very pleasant, there is almost no better but ☺
The beach in the hotel was a public and the back were concrete pieces fon a demolition but stort not so much or if waves very strong is it as a fun.
The beach was good but there are better and sauberrer but well is not to the hotel but there are couches without any problems.
If you to supermarkets you have to approximately 500 meters then come small and a gas station and if you on the main street to the left around 20 to 30 minutes then everything came, supermarket, shops, clothing and geschänke to buy.
A bus drives daily free of charge from the hotel to Alanya (20 minutes drive ) the bus goes 11:15 and 16 hours again, from 16,15-23:30 drives the bus again.
Behind the hotel is the smaller hotel, gold bay.
It is nice, but the gold islandnatürlich nice.
Behind the gold bay is a construction site where a 5 star hotel was being built, but you can hear as really nothing at all.
Even if you the 500 meters to as supermarkets then are lots of construction works however in the hotel you can tell nothing.
Under the day where is not a problem but from the darkness, i would not recommend.
Would to the hotel tell:
It is clean and beautiful but with little damage, is as a 3 star hotel in Germany
It is nice to look at but nochmalda is questionable.

Reception always friendly and helpful. Staff in the food area predominantly friendly. The aide for possibly a problem regret everything, but did not help. à la carte once a week is offered, if you ordered everything is already with 2 tables full. Joke. The shop owner was rude as he had noticed, that we elsewhere had bought. As a young lady at the 20 years you could not without passes to by the lobby walk. Lobby was always cold. The elevator is on wednesday broken and until now still not repaired. The food was bad, but it was from friday ... a bit better. Where the 5 stars come from, is me a mystery. Many fellow travellers it was just as. Front desk had room until 14 o'clock extended, that was perfect. read more

The hotel is very beautiful, and the form of fancy. The rooms are beautiful, big and decorated up to date. Safe in the room is free, flat-tv with 11 german channels. Big balcony. The bathroom is small however the shower very big. Cleanliness is ok given. We were there for a week and what we didn't alright found, that the pool not heated was. The water was very, very cold. Swimming or swimming was not possible, and the at the end of march. The staff very nice, friendly and always willing to help.
And still which.
For children or people ..., which want to experience the hotel is not really suitable. A really very nice hotel for all the peace and quiet love, and only swimming or sun want the hotel is perfect.
There is a free sauna, gym and tennis court. For a fee wellness, massage and so on.
For children there was nothing at all. read more

Alone the location of the hotel is the worth 5 stars, exactly like the large tastefully furnished rooms.
Needs improvement is however the entertainment for kids, the very slow grinding screeching. Since the team but still brand new is, i believe, that this in the next weeks positively are going to change.
A note to the shop in the hotel - less is often more. We were sometimes the pushyness of the young-over motivated-seller annoyed. Otherwise, we are relaxed and unfortunately with 1-2 kilogram more on the Waage come home. read more

Nice small hotel in a pleasant location, although somewhat remote, for this very quiet.
Top was the hotel's own bus, the twice daily to Alanya drove and twice pick you up. This service had i ever.
At the time the hotel was of course only lean occupied, we had immediately contact with pleasant guests. This was also the entertainer 'Angel', loaned the gold city, thanks. Angel and entertainmentmanager 'Akin' were great.
Also the whole other staff was very accommodating and pleasant, dealt with requests a.
In the pre-season one must of course with a digger be expected, the winter damage ... eliminated or the beach cleans, that fell but not weight.

We were for the first time in may 2012 in this hotel. Now in march 2013 the 2. time with our grandchild. It is still so great. Please read our very detailed evaluation of may 2012! Unfortunately the sea still too cold, however therefor we had the great indoor pool. All of the staff (from all areas ) were very friendly, cooperative and above all very ; very suitable for children! Our grandson had huge fun. All in all, had once again a very lovely week in the Sentido Gold Island! We will have a 3. visit again. read more

We were from 15. until 22 march and were completely contented. We have a room in the 4. floor-the view was great. The guest care (entertainment ) was very nice, everything without coercion! The food was tasty and varied. Some negatives: the photographer was very annoying, as well as the seller from the hotel's own 'supermarket'! It was our first time staying in this hotel. Of the lobby is great decorated. Here you can feel at home. The entertainment team is very friendly, but not pushy. Which one definitely not needs is a pushy salesman of a shop in the hotel and way too expensive is. The rooms are very spacious and the best was the sea view when showering. The cleanliness leaves to be desired. Already on arrival in the room we found out the floor in the bathroom was dirty. Also it was not really during our stay cleaned. Same goes for the toilet. ... We were on the 5. floor what a great view offers, but the trickle of water coming out the shower more like a trickle. The staff at reception were very friendly and were willing to help. The transfer bus to Alanya is a great thing. What absolutely still trained is the waiters. Some of them see guests more as a burden, especially as a woman it was not always easily something to drink to order. read more

Nice one with heavenly peace and lots of space in the outdoor area. The exposed location on the peninsula in our experience especially good pleased in comparison to many bad located hotel between Incekum and Alanya. We were from 18-03-2013 until 01-04-2013 and were exceedingly friendly in the greatest german greeted. The weather was in the 1. week somewhat cooler, as usual at the same time. The 2. week was nice and warm and calm. Room and balcony were both of the facilities, as well as by the size and the view excellent, only the wardrobe was way too small ..., which in the size of the rooms surprised, as you much more closet could have been able to create. With the food we were satisfied, we've also had more buffets but for the size is so absolutely okay, you can no more than eat. What was offered was certainly very tasty, gesonders the freshgrilled. The pool is a feast for the eyes, however not heated, what solar-straight in Turkey easy manageable would be. The beach is very near with darker was extra filled up with sand. Massages we got not at all recessed, so we had to leave us also not against further fight. The photographer we found not intrusive, but very pleasant. All in all, we the hotel with the entire area and the always free super chairs and covers really enjoyed. 100% there are no, you have to set priorities. Those who seek peace and quiet, no rush at the food or chairs to have would like, if you a lovely room with a balcony want to have, is in the right place here. Already on the way there was after an exhausting flight and about 1.5-hour trip from the airport the hotel with its unique architecture to see! There we were surprised! We stayed from the bus, were very warmly welcomed and innenanblick brought us to be amazed!
The hotel is daily a hotel bus free of charge to Alanya goes!
2 time to Alanya and afternoon and evening in each case back!

We felt for the hotel decided, because the location and the photos very good.
After we expectation at the airport picked up the problem already going on. To longer drive we were the last the now to the hotel should be. But after a hour drive through Alanya the driver said, that he has done. After another hour drive we arrived quite irritated but happy to. Now the problem further, the unloading of suitcase we have seen, the luggages swaps and our suitcase probably a nice retired couple, a few hotels before us have taken had. The bus driver we ... were assured by the travel guide (oger tours) and the suitcase as quickly as possible ( until 10 o'clock of the following day) to us to the hotel to bring. On the next day 10 hours were our suitcase unfortunately not there. On a lot and with threat on consequences we had our suitcase at 20 o'clock and our vacation could begin.
The initial problem by a wonderful hotel again well done.
Very friendly staff, great pool area, great room. Clear recommendation. read more

At the entire bay of avsallar is the Gold Island a focal point. The lighting at night is superb, unfortunately it fell during our stay partly from. The complex is clean, except for the toilet at the beach-/pool area, there must be improved. The rooms are very spacious, with modern, tasteful furniture.
During our stay came the guests from the uk, the Netherlands and from Germany. The average age multicolored mixed, whereby few dominated. read more

For the paid price I would say: what else could you want expect. All in all it was a very pleasant, relaxing vacation ( weather has furthermore great played). To 1 night in the bungalow room at the sea ( which were catastrophic) found stay in a really beautiful room with a fantastic view instead of.
The staff were rather unattentive (despite tip:-) and you could one or another drinks also already times faster yourself. And to more and more areas closed, although the hotel also at this time of the year nor was fully booked (since, it actually ... normal continue and as in the high summer the service offered ) as mentioned if the expectations not too high hung is a booking a recommendable. read more
