We felt for the hotel decided, because the location and the photos very good. After we expectation at the airport picked up the problem already going on. To longer drive we were the last the now to the hotel should be. But after a hour drive through Alanya the driver said, that he has done. After another hour drive we arrived quite irritated but happy to. Now the problem further, the unloading of suitcase we have seen, the luggages swaps and our suitcase probably a nice retired couple, a few hotels before us have taken had. The bus driver we ... were assured by the travel guide (oger tours) and the suitcase as quickly as possible ( until 10 o'clock of the following day) to us to the hotel to bring. On the next day 10 hours were our suitcase unfortunately not there. On a lot and with threat on consequences we had our suitcase at 20 o'clock and our vacation could begin. The initial problem by a wonderful hotel again well done. Very friendly staff, great pool area, great room. Clear recommendation. read more

Great hotel with stylistischer architecture. Pleasant location and yet close to the town of avsallar. Nice pool area, everything great clean and tidy. Totally pleasant staff, with english one could get everywhere. Almost only german guests. read more

    We had a bungalow allocated, but out of the way was. You are there right next to the sea with its own terrace-but outside of the action. Vielleict for couples, or absolutely quiet. We changed on the 2. day in the main building room 513, absolutely great, very large and stylishly furnished. Great views and great comfortable beds. Large shower and everything really clean.

    Us it tasted good! I was already often in Turkey and found it very pleasant, the the buffet not so plentiful and the usual melon carving than decoration was missing. Instead everything very stylish! In the à-la-carte restaurant, we were very good and courteous. Thanks also to Fikret b., the super good speaks german and perfect service.

    We were extremely friendly and with roses welcome. The staff was always friendly and very attentive and we could already on the 2. day the drink orders at the primary goal. With german, but especially english one could inform oneself super. The (show) cooks would fulfill any request,for example omelet. The room was always on top.

    The pool area is very generously designed and you a great view on the sea. At the beach i thought it was a bit boring, because by the pool just everything else was happening, for example nice music and the pool bar directly there. The slides are excellent! The entertainers for example mr.. Army and Kaan are very willing to make an effort and went on both a. In the evening there was a few quite good live music.

    You should 2 hours transfer count - but it is worth it. Avsaller is manageable and offers sufficient shopping possibilities. Most zeizt but we were by the pool and beach, because for middle november perfect sun/summer weather was. And in the hotel everything is well together and it wasn't missing anything(small supermarket, juweliervorhanden ).

Hotel area good, but not according to the catalog as long-term vacation. Suitable, is not true. It was already on the 16 november 12,so prior already limited risks, which in the course of the remaining unrlaubstag still aggravated, closure of the outside bars and restaurants of the hotel. In the 2. week then already the loungers away and the food did not star hotel. We definitely not again. read more

Deluxe room with Thomas cook booked! But never get because the hotel fully was overbooked, we were always promised morning is free but at some point 9 days to end. At the front desk was a completely overburdened and unable manager with numerous complaints about the hotel confronted. But we have all possibilities the night try, starting in the freezing apartment with smell on the neighboring hotel golden Bay ( notgeöffnet because of overbooking). The this hotel only one and a half years old is you can't believe! On the one hand, chic, modern with style and again there was ... rust, moisture-mold, as well as inventory the appears as if it 10-years-old. The staff were in all areas friendly but completely overburdened, two waiter in 5 stars restaurant are too few. In short: for us, there is no second time! We will be back for our old good hotel facilities in Turkey visit, not always is new also just better. read more

For the paid price I would say: what else could you want expect. All in all it was a very pleasant, relaxing vacation ( weather has furthermore great played). To 1 night in the bungalow room at the sea ( which were catastrophic) found stay in a really beautiful room with a fantastic view instead of. The staff were rather unattentive (despite tip:-) and you could one or another drinks also already times faster yourself. And to more and more areas closed, although the hotel also at this time of the year nor was fully booked (since, it actually ... normal continue and as in the high summer the service offered ) as mentioned if the expectations not too high hung is a booking a recommendable. read more

There to the hotel and in the area actually very much has been written, we will abstain on again to detail. In the summer 2011 and this year we spend our vacation in a neighbouring hotel. We used therefore the possibility this dream hotel from the outside and partly from the inside and were now totally blown away by this resort. We decided on vacation on a reunion in avsallar but in Gold Island hotel and this year and were looking forward huge. We knew, that we were somewhat beautiful expected. When we in october of the many overbooking and ... resulting negative situations of angry tourists read, our enthusiasm so rather in the basement and we had the intention to page. After a confirmation from the hotel management, that we our booked services without restrictions received, we left on the 16 november very skeptical of. At the time of arrival at the hotel we sacrificing only concern, when the revelation of overbooking is. The very friendly and detailed welcome took therefore felt two hour, until we knocked. Finally the smart card to the room (210) got. A hotel employee, our pastries to the room carried, told us on the way there, it is one of the best from the hotel and so it was then also. Exclusive as at all the whole hotel up to goes any longer and with a great view to the bay and the pool area. So could our dream vacation and it was he to last day. We must say at the outset, that we very high expectations and they are in our opinion also in view of the rather low price the off season totally fully fulfilled. Now we are not the types, the of the vacation around the hour bepudert and are also not too fine times a glass of wine itself to serve. One should consider, that you are in a 5 star prefer these and not in a 5 star city hotel in Germany is. Was clear the beach of the first autumn storms already somewhat been damaged. In the summer it was great reasonable. Something to do, would be for last 6 weeks stupid. Also we noticed, that the holiday season of hotel slow comes to an end and corresponding offers slowly were driven. Disturbing we found it but not. The snack bar by the pool was already on arrival closed. However in the house was every day and night for the small hunger occasionally always something delicious to find. The pool bar opened up to our end on 24 november always at the schönwettertagen. Chairs and sunscreens were at any time more than enough available. A comparison to other hotels it is always difficult, since each his own approach. A hotel in this dimension does not need by an excessive and sewn courtesy to points. The other hotels hide this slick their weaknesses, the because of the local and structural conditions inevitably. The only things the us Gold Island annoying: We had to several times in the late afternoon to the front desk run around to ask, that the light in the indoor pool area and the whirlpool is activated. Why? And then the pushy operators from the spa. Something goes not at all! Down there should be no bazaar, but an oasis of relaxation are. There is therefore a departure during the evaluation. Surprised and also a bit amused us the inefficiency the waiter. The guys from the Hotel Yalihan (diagonally opposite) so much better. The hotel was great, all very pleasant. The room was great, large 2 separate large 120 centimeter wide box spring beds. Super nice. All-inclusive was very good. Choice of food also. Waiters very pleasant. Everything very clean. The value for money in november is hardly to exceed. Wellness/massage very cheap packages to book. Great treatment there. Entertainment according to the season. But for us so okay. The here often mentioned overbooking we had not was probably thanks to the season. The Iceland bungalows below at the beach, Were emptied, i do not think one has the problem the humidity there ... and is trying to remedy. We can really recommend the hotel, are like to come again. Our dream hotel Gold Island was the nightmare hotel! We demand the tour operator our money back. But the lost and not taken place day of vacation you can't reimburse! The Sentido Gold Island we will never again see! When we checked out at night at 2:00 o'clock in the Gold Island arrived, we did with full of joy and enthusiasm the hotel admired. It was great lit, and it exceeded all our expectations in the first moment. Our suitcase were Gold Island brought, and the women got a rose and all arriving guests was a drink offered. Very ... Nobel and you really felt as guest welcome! Happened then but nothing at all more. After 20 minutes I asked the staff, when we finally our deluxe room get may, as it will soon be 2:30 A. M. is, and we were very tired. The answer was: 'we are working to'! After 45 minutes wait time, were to our very large surprise, our suitcase again from the hotel out of. To my question which is now busy, said the staff, which we in Iceland rooms a room move to. We did not want that however, because we in the main building to live wanted and this had booked and paid. This was however not possible, we were told, because the occupancy from the management in the daytime regulated, and not from the bat! After we completely disappointed in Iceland rooms were shipped, came the next chok! This rooms are a three-star hotel not worthy! The gypsum plates fall from the ceiling, all chairs, furniture were rusty, it smelled after sewage, mold and it was despite 20 degrees outside, freezing in the room! We complained again with the very nice bell boy, it is not this is what we ordered and paid! We were told, the we could complain about at the front desk from 8:00 in the morning. After a short sleepless night we were with our whole luggage to 8:00 in the morning to the front desk gone. There we were told the management only around 11:00 arrives, we should wait. We went with our luggage, pas, money and all valuables to the pool and waited until 11:00! Since then told us the management the Gold Island was fully booked, and we may 4 nights in the islands room left, then the last 2 nights in the Gold Island move, or we may also in the golden Bay a room received., since it was not possible, the last 2 days in the Gold Island to spend. I asked the extremely arrogant manager, if my booked and expensive paid trip a turkish bazaar is! It was us but no other choice than the approximately 200 meters away hotel golden Bay to look at, as we definitely not in the islands rooms back. There we were 11.30 room 309 shown. This room was still occupied and dirty. However the guests leave the room around 12:00 we were told, and around 13,30 would be this room clean for us. We said yes, and went with our valuables back to the pool. 11 hours is it, we in the Gold Island arrived, and still no room! At 13:30 o'clock we got then to know, the room 309 always not finished yet is, but room 509 on the top floor with a the best prospects on the sea be prepared for us. Us it was all one. We wanted to now only a room! After we had then with our suitcases with the room 509 arrived, and the bell boy the door was open, there was a stench of sewage contrary to, that the bell boy said to us. Here you could not remain. He said also the oberetage after sewage smells, and no one knows why! We should like to point out now room 309 get, if we are still 1 hour patient may! Back to the pool with our valuables. At 14:45 o'clock. 13 hours after we golden Island arrived, one said to us then, the room 309 always not finished yet is, and we now 408 should get. After we arrived there was this room than finally ok! A whole day of vacation was lost with room sightseeing, in a hotel what we not booked or paid and already not at all wanted to stay! The golden Bay, was completely fine. We and all the other guests the a room got, only, because the golden Island over and over again overbooked, should this hotel only for sleeping inhabit. Everything else as food, pool, indoor pool and so on, we should golden Island use. Like the mood of all the guests the golden Bay expelled are, can all imagine. Everybody was stink sour and were horrified, the no one got what expensive paid and been ordered was! In the golden Bay it smelled after sewage, also in the elevator. With strong storms and rain, had to the guests in the 200 meters away golden Island walk. For breakfast and in the evening food! The food in golden Island tasted very good, but the selection was modest for a five-star hotel! The waiters were all stressed out and smile extremely rare. There were simply not enough staff available. There were 2 coffee machines for all of the guest for breakfast, where a machine constantly was broken, and the guests in the queue after a cup of coffee were! Five star hotel? At the pool bar was a angry waiter all the thirsty guests in eil pace a drink after the other pour you, and if there was once a guest wanted a drink, had waiter then around the pool run around the glasses and the waste removed. This man was completely overloaded, and because of its stress, could this man not any more friendly to the guests his! With heavy rain, was the full dining room of the Gold Island flooded, the guests had the evening meal the feet or shoes in the water. The water slides were completely rusted, why are not deleted/painted? The wonderful wood showers by the pool screaming for wood color. Exactly the garden furniture! The blinking great outside lighting was broken on one side, or is this of electricity saved? I would always further wrote here.! A five star hotel should also be maintained, it should enough staff have, the time for their guests has. It must not overbooket are, and guests deport the booked this hotel had, in any another hotel! Guest must king its. Here in the Gold Island I felt only one. I did not feel as a guest! I felt more a burden was, the I was there! Since we end of the season were there, we were as tourist 2. class treats. The last week everything was cleared. I was astonished, in a star hotel no ayran to drink. Most people have everything possible done, other walked three times at you past. Al la carte -restaurant by today on morning closed, without notice. Bustransfeur to Alanya were the people simply not more of Alanya picked up. Your sister hotel the goldcity was 100 times better. read more

We found the hotel simply great. The rooms were always regularly clean and every day there was fresh towels. The food was varied and was supperlecker. We had 2 days unlucky with the weather but it is not a problem there was enough variation in the hotel for example wii, games room, gym, swimming pool and so on. The weather was also at the beginning (the first 5 days) still 28 c in the shade and the november. There were mostly only german in the hotel and the was perfect so. read more

The hotel lies directly on a peninsula far away from the main street, so another way to public bus station. The hotel itself liked it and the room deluxe well deserved its title. The complex is on the hauswirschaftsräumen and wellness area, the beach is small. The building closure at the end of november, so we were the last guests and there were all aufräumungs, and garden work with noise carried out, what the relaxation not was. The variety of food also eingestrengt and only leftovers boarded. On complaints because of the noise, (also came from a neighbouring construction site) ... was not reacted and no one could/wanted this in writing. We had booked a deluxe room. Offered us first a bangalow Where damp and musty was, no window for some fresh air, only the front door. Following the rejection of us a room offered, in the bathroom over the sink cabinet in the bathroom was no light (lamp ) shave only in the room possible. The wardrobe had the width of 0.60 meters and a height of 1.10 metres we had then determined that was a behintertenzimmer. The complaint at the front desk we were from a lady said, that would be standard. Our holiday feeling was in ... nothing! To further push for another room, us after 2 days Finally the booked deluxe room offered. The room was great only the bathroom a bit small, but also ok. Now could the vacation start. The first 2 days of our vacation were lost! For complaints there are from the hotel a fruit basket and a bottle of wine as well as a food in the restaurant and a massage the my wife and i due to health reasons not been able to adopt. The hotel was totally overbooked. read more

We were told in our arrival, that the hotel on 01-12-12 had to close. The last week our vacation did you really say, the we unwanted were. Everything was tidy, the chairs by the pool, the lawn was was mowed. The bus shuttle bus to Alanya was never cared for. First after our complaint it was set in. Also the food became from day to day less and less. The waiters were very unfriendly. Again this hotel we will do not visit. read more

Very nice hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms. The pool is large enough, the bay at the sea has unfortunately taupe sand, but the water is crystal clear. The food at the buffet is varied, otherwise always grilled or freshly prepared meat- and pasta dishes. Also the wellness area is nice but the appliances are unfortunately overpriced. We had no problem on arrival. We could in the morning to 8 our room on the 4th floor relate. read more
