We had 1 week a wonderful vacation.
The hotel was the smallest the hotel, the pool was surrounded by the hotel and thus relatively wind.
The staff was polite even without giving any tip. Especially we could us with the kitchen staff or the chef make friends, the us each desire meet could.
Beach and sea are super, the water very clear and the corals also still well-preserved.
We thank dar el madina for 7 relaxing days.

We are at yesterday's 24 march 13 to Germany returned.
The hotel you can with best conscience definitely recommendable!
Especially praiseworthy the service during the whole trip. From the friendly and competent check-in to check-out!
Especially we would like to highlight:
1- the excellent pool, every day there was a water sample taken around the water quality to check. Guests found it too cold, they immediately reacted and the temperature to the satisfaction of increases.
The cleanliness there was impressive. The whole pool area including the loungers were cleaned daily.
2. the food was good and tasty, a bit more ... variation would not hurt. The subject but only the lunch and dinner. The breakfast was great!
3. the pool was friendly and accommodating.

Our 2. visit tied directly at the good experiences from last year (easter 2012) at. Remarkably, it is, the hardly any turnover have taken place. The staff, from the 'boy' to the ' great service forces' and the management is the same. They are all very friendly and around the well-being of the guests concerned. Minor repairs will promptly and immediately fulfilled. The conversation music in the evening (live music every 2. evening) has fortunately the year significantly increased. The entertainment team was not intrusive and not upset, if one instead of archery rather water polo to play wanted.
Maybe ... gets the hotel management the small problem with the lack of disinfectant in the gym to next visit %blank%. And this visit will certainly give.

During the last years we were very often in Egypt, however in Marsa Alam for the first time. (unfortunately)
This hotel is a absolute dream for everyone, whether large or small. The only fault is the live music. The singer has a great voice but it is just too loud and the wrong place where he sang. At the bar is no entertainment more possible if it begins. Unfortunately.

All-inclusive is very weitgefasst. You could sandwiches, fries, daily specials, cocktails and other cold drinks in the hotel as at the beach bar and even in the fantastic slide park get the next door is. My mother and i were for 8 days for the first time in the hotel el-medina.
We can only say 'many thanks for the perfect vacation' !
The service, the food, the people, everything was really perfect!
The hotel is not too big and so everything is very easy going. For us it was crucial, and we have to 100%.
The area is large, where you without any problems and by the other two hotels can give. At the beach everything is clean and you could also here a beautiful walk.
The room is cleaned every day, the rooms are ... very clean and equipped with everything, what you need.
The food is very diverse. Every evening there was the possibility something grilled food and in the interior area one can between various warm and cold dishes. Pasta is the own taste directly from the chef.
The service is very on the ball and always tried, all wishes from the eyes.
The pool is clean and heatable.
Animation (pippo/omer) super and funny! It was a lot offered, but it's not too much action, it is therefore also very comfortable. The evening shows offer a variety of entertainment.

Even this year we had a fantastic holiday. It was our 8. the madina and we will come again. The friendly-and warmth of the staff can't be beat. As regular guests you almost to the fixtures * grin! Guests staying at this hotel made, you knew what you talked about.
The crowning this year was the evening entertainment with live-singing of ibrahimo! So a stimmgewaltigen singer we had never!
For the elderly people of the guests has Fritz k. from Holland for atmosphere, so that there is something for everybody was. We had every 2 days our fun. Unfortunately, you ... always someone, the had to complain.
We can our next vacation in dar el madina not wait.

Beautiful weather (30 degrees), light breeze... Great vacation that we again next year acceptable. The pool is beautifully arranged, that means you can even good entpspannen.
Really good is the one from the Marsa Alam Airport only a few minutes need at the hotel to arrive. Much better when after a long flight or a hour the bus to spend.
For families with 3 children (1 toddler) is no proper separation of the rooms. The usual division in Egypt with curtain is a not so against if the children to bed and we still stay up would. read more

The hotel is small, the staff very warm and attentive. Wishes, such new bedding after a workout fieberausbruch, additional beach cloths or problembehebungen other guests were always dealt with. It was our first time in Marsa Alam. We liked the hotel, since it's a small complex was. It was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. The food tasted us every day very good 8. was also varied. The hotel is not in the first row to the beach, but the gehwegstrecke was not too long. Unfortunately, there was no sea view. The beach was always very clean and you could entwerfe over a long jetty, or directly from the beach from into the water go. Therefor the hotel is for parents with children recommendable. Lovely hotel with a great well mannered stuff. We arrived for our honeymoon, our room was very nicely decorated and we were assigned top floor room as we requested.
Everyone is very friendly and tries to assist in every aspect and any requests are dealt promptly.
Food is good for all inclusive and chef comes every night to ask how you like your food to be cooked in case you do not like to options available. Rooms and all areas in the hotel are clean and modern.

The all-inclusive package, there were three full meals and standard non-alcoholic beverages (water with/without, Cola, nasty not -Fanta/not -Sprite, very sweet pineapple/orange 'juice' -blending (freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast costs 2 Euro per 0.3 liter-glas), very delicious coffee variations, Tonic, etc.) Also-terrible - alcoholic beverages: egyptian beer, weisswein, red wine, rose, various standard cocktails, spirits/liquor (for example Wodka, rum, sambuca). But beware, see below.
Guests in the winter and early spring are to more than two -thirds of german pensioners, and for me as initial lump-sum holidayers it was really remarkable, that this through the bank obese were, brown to red-burned and, no one spoke foreign language (in styles: 'if the employee my broad bavarian accent not understand, i will repeat the same with the same accent and the same speed, only louder.'). Room size perfect. Very clean in the room and the hotel. Even at the pool swept and the loungers cleaned. Daily! So what i have never seen. All-inclusive -hotel with great friendly waiters. Wlan costs unfortunately, the best in the store number 3 a stick buy, 40 €for 4 weeks.
Warning: the pharmacy required for a medicine 25 Euro. Normal price 1,60 Euro. The pharmacy before the aquapark use. There it costs only 2,20 Euro and the stores and supermarkets there were also very cheap.
The staff is extremely child friendly.
Special requests were more than satisfied. I ... had the hotel written down and around a few flowers asked for our 5-year old. Gigantic. Picture see annex. We loved it from the socks off.
Guests in the middle ages. Partly families, no eye-catching guests. Very many regular customers, and that for good reason. Here belongs to the family. We were also in the stafflounch from the staff invited the shisha. Here i can only say: great. Treated here the hotel the staff as human beings and not like in Hurghada as slaves.
