Our room was very clean and big enough. The complex offers enough space to at any time also outside of the room a cosy place to find. You can both in the quantity sit, as well as for itself alone. The furnishing was not the newest, but completely okay. The view of the garden and the sea was great.

Both breakfast, as well as evening buffet were very good, both the diversity, as well as what the quality subject. The impression some of the other guests here, that there was always the same, can we do not share. There are daily the possibility international dinner buffet to eat, 2 times the week a canarisches buffet offered, 2 times the week an andalusian buffet. In addition you could a table on 2 evenings with the mexican or 2 evenings with the chinese reserve. Is also at the buffet offered. We found the food at the international, the canarian, andalusian and mexican buffet as delicious. Chinese we didn't use. The lunch buffet in the main restaurant we didn't use, since we at that time never in the hotel were. From time to time we were at 16 o'clock in the snack bar by the pool. Burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, as well as fruits and cakes were also at this time were offered. The offered drinks is despite all inclusive of good quality. Some cocktails with, so we found it at least, with fertigsäften touch. We have a rather fresh cocktails including Mojito and Caipirinha drunk. These were delicious.

In all areas the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good german are available.

The sports program we never used them. The evening animation 2 times. This reflects strong at the average age. For us thus rather less suitable. But on the terrace bar was also without music always enough space. The disco we found than entertaining than the musical performances afterwards. Wether the pool, as some writes here, too small we could not really judge, since we only the beach and the sea for sunning and bathing use. Enough space is in any case. If we the complex leaving and coming back were however still enough sunbeds freely around the whole day all-inclusive and activities to enjoy.

Huge hotel, but beautifully built and not seems crowded. The hotel is in a good, clean, but partly older condition, hence the renovation this year. Thanks to the great service, good food, the location and the all-inclusive offer a hotel which excellent to a week to relax. Even though we only for breakfast and dinner in the hotel were, has all-inclusive still worth it for us.

The location is great. The great dune beach was about 15 minutes walk, but due to the nice and clean promenade were very pleasant 15 minutes. Bus and the central bus station Maspalomas/melaneras are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping possibilities, also upmarket category, start only a few meters away from the hotel.

We had a double room side with a view of the street. Equipped the room was with two armchairs and a coffee table, A large bureau with many drawers, A tv, a large mirror and of course telephone. A fridge was in the dresser installed. There were several german channels. A double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. The double bed was 2 twin beds remodel. The mattresses were a little hard, for me just right. The safe was in the closet. The room was carpeted. The room was very badly soundproofed. You could the television program the neighbors appear, if not on room speakers Had made. We were probably the deaf neighbors. The bathroom was very big, with a bath and a shower curtain and a bidet. Enough counter and a huge mirror were available. A powerful hair dryer added the furnishings. Towels were changed very often. Put it on the floor, they were replaced immediately. Duschshampoo, soap and so on was replenished every day. The shower head was on the side a crevice. The complaint at the front desk was this within a half hour were replaced. Also here you can only good things to say. The balcony had the whole zimmerbreite and was surrounded by a wall from the neighbors separated. On the furniture could you already wear see. There were two large main restaurant, the restaurant roque nublo and the restaurant Atlantis, as well as a smaller restaurant las brisas. The two main restaurants are in the main building of the hotel, the smaller las brisas in one of the pools. The dining rooms were very attractive. The tables were also this year, all with a white tablecloth. At night we had white cloth napkins. The drinks for lunch and for dinner there was white wine, red wine rossee, beer and a variety of soft drinks. On sunday there was sparkling wine for breakfast. The dishes at the buffet were in the nature of the preparation and in the diversity was unique. All kinds of fish, such as lobster, shrimps, mussels, squid and tuna were to be found here. Also meat from the veal, beef, lamb and pork in different preparation. Different salads, pizza, potatoes and a variety of pasta that changed daily included of course. Alone for breakfast there were up to 6 different preparations of eggs. The dessert buffet was the icing on the cake. There were never empty trays. Was always refilled, so that there were no cold dishes. The plates were all warmed. There were national and international alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The cocktails at the bars were already prepared. The breakfast buffet there was at the roque nublo and in the Atlantis. Continental breakfast a little later the snack bar las brisas. Lunch from 12:00 a. m. in the snack bar las brisas and from 1:00 p. m. in the restaurant Atlantis. Afternoon snacks from 3:30 p. m. in the snack bar las brisas. Dinner from 6:00 p. m.: In the restaurant Atlantis: buffet international from monday until sunday In the restaurant roque nublo: canarian evening: tuesday and wednesday Andalusian evening: thursday and friday Buffet international: saturday, sunday and Monday In the restaurant las brisas: asian night: from monday until wednesday, Mexican evening: of thursday until sunday At 18:30 o'clock the first group and at 20:30 o'clock the 2. group. For these evenings we had before at the front desk places. Also here everything was in buffet form enough. The tables were with colored tablecloths and napkins. The waiter served, as during dinner in the main restaurant, the beverages. Here there was a very appealing atmosphere. Opposite the las brisas, on the other side the pool area was the pool bar. If you the hotel lobby the direction of the park leaves, is located on the right side the terrace bar with very, very lots of tables and armchairs. At the wall along an extra number of non-smoking. In the bar salon there was an evening program with shows the entertainers. As the service industries is usual, was pleased also here the staff over a small tip. The waiter at the terrace bar, bedankten by pressing a horn.

The staff's hospitality was also this year not to beat. Here you could no differences ; no matter wether reception, service or cleaning staff. As well as the speed of the staff was second to none. Hardly had a guest leave the table, it was immediately again newly restocked. There were no waiting times. Even the saalchefs were the service staff helpful. The bartenders had just everything under control. They were always ready for fun. Also here we did not have to wait long. Pushing ahead had no chance.

The leisure facilities was very extensive. Amongst others there were 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, and a boccie court. You could air rifle shooting, darts or table tennis. An entertainment program, spread over the whole day, no matter wether for adults or for children was also offered. Here i would like to the enormous creativity and the friendliness the entertainers mention. For children there was of the pool bar a private area with a pool, playground and Kids club RIULAND. 3 süßwasserschwimmbaden and 2 jacuzzis, partly under palm trees, were between of the pool bar and the snack bar las brisas, surrounded by enough beach chairs and umbrellas. Towels were free of charge and could daily from 9:00 to 12:00 to be changed. The quality of the water i cannot judge, since we every day at the beach were. In the lobby there was an internet corner with pay wi-fi, and a tv corner. To change were cabins available. Also here there was the habit of the guests, that already before 7:00 o'clock the reserve of the chairs began. Partly not only with a, but with two editions. Stood the loungers not as expected, they were postponed, even if you a way covering. If we in the afternoon from the beach arrived, we had the bad luck, we only on the other side the pools beach chair mattresses found. If we allowed ourselves, to ask, if the chair is still free, was only under protest the newspaper bild or other reservierungsgegenstände away (books or glasses).

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff-for the 2. time the hotel RIU Club Gran Canaria is located in a very quiet area at the start from Meloneras, not far from the lighthouse Faro away. It's right next to the sea, only separated by the beach promenade. It is a very big hotel with a 5-story main building and two side wing with 3 floors. The apartments are located opposite the main building on the other side the hotel. The large hotel area with the pools and the various bars. Impressive was the park with lots of palm trees, cacti and flowers arrangements The hotel, as well as the entire area were very clean and made a clean impression. According to information the front desk the hotel can up to 1500 guests house. The guests were mostly from Germany and Holland, as well as from France, England, Austria, Italy and Spain. The average age very, very high. There were few families with children. In general it was very quiet. The hotel isn't more brand new and by april until june renovated. Compare favorably you could see. Guests, the compare favorably had seen, were thrilled. We had booked all inclusive.

The hotel is situated right at the sea, but without a beach. To the sandy beach of Maspalomas one needed by using the exit on the waterfront approximately 15 to 20 minutes. This outcome was until 22 o'clock open and by a coworker supervised. The next larger shopping possibilities, the cc Varadero is on half way to the sandy beach. In the hotel there was a hairdresser and a Riu shop. To the airport Las Palmas there are 37 kilometer. the bus connections in every direction are very good and also very cheap. To the bus station You have a walk of about 10 minutes. Excursions were offered by the tour guide. We were with the bus of the bus company global on the way. There are timetables at the information office next to the shopping center cc. Yumbo. Entertainment every evening from the hotel and in the bar salon.

Room size was sufficient. Storage space enough available. Safe is also included bathroom was rather small and perhaps 3 star+ I would say. The furniture in the room needs updating. We had a balcony with a view of the neighboring hotel del gonde, which was no disadvantage, because it was very quiet. Tv and mini fridge are also available. The carpet from the room looks very tired.

So there were two main restaurants and a pool- restaurant which in terms of size were sufficient, almost no waiting times at buffet. Hygiene great everywhere and the quality of the dishes is certainly the case, the something for everyone is. New year's buffet was perfect, very well organized sparkling wine on every corner, Also the wines were great. Waiters were great always in a good mood and forestalling.

So the staff is in my opinion really great, always friendly faces and very attentive. A lot of employees speak good german. Staff in the buffet restaurant especially great with the clearing. The cleaning of the rooms worked very well.

Sport and activities we didn't use it, but there was always something offered, but not pushy. The entertainment team Also in the evening a lot was offered, really good value. The pool area is in the winter big enough, however in the summer sure too small. Chairs and sunscreens were always available, also still at noon.

Very good check-in, very accommodating. Large complex with a great service At the buffets was something for everyone. Daily cleaning the room was ok and the rest of the property was always clean. The guests were mostly From Germany and rather over 60 At the bars you were served immediately, i had rarely seen such attentive staff.

Nearby is everything you need. Shopping center -Varadero, various bars and restaurants. To the beach on Faro past about 15 minutes on foot to the beach from Maspalomas. Taxis cheap and sufficiently available. I would say in Meloneras there was only 4 and 5 star hotels. We didn't go on any excursions, since we were already very often in Gran Canaria were. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel when direct driving directions around 35 to 40 minutes The hotel is right next to the sea, therefore very fresh breeze, especially in the winter.

The rooms are very spacious but with carpeted floors. The furniture somewhat older however in good condition. The bathroom was a bathtub but everything very clean. The room had a balcony with a view of the garden to the sea. The safe unfortunately very deep in the closet accommodated however therefor free. You could get water at the front desk free and take it to the room. A fridge was available. The mattresses were good and there was enough room for clothes and enough storage space.

There were two main restaurant, as well as a pool restaurant with theme restaurant in the evening. The food and drinks were very good. The christmas and new year's eve menu just great. The cleanliness in the restaurants was very good. The tables were immediately cleared, the beverages in the main restaurant at the table.

The service was just great. Despite a fully booked hotel for christmas and new year's we always found a table and the plates were also immediately cleared. The drinks at the bar were of good quality. The speed and friendliness of the staff in the bar-lounge and the terrace bar was very impressive. The reception at the on arrival at the front desk with a glass of sparkling wine and besem service simply great. The rooms were quiet and always clean.

The pools and the loungers are in a very good condition. There was at any time enough loungers by the pool. By the pool there was daily animation with strong participation of the guests. For children there was a private care.

The hotel is situated right at the sea and the promenade, surrounded by a wonderful garden and pool area in Meloneras. You could comfortably on foot several shopping centres, shops cafes. To the sand beach it was only a short distance on the promenade through the back exit. The hotel is although older however the rooms are cozy and very clean. The service leaves nothing to desire. Especially impressed us the speed of the staff in the bars and the good quality a drink despite all inclusive. The christmas and new year's eve menu was a highlight of the kitchen and the service.

Right next to the sea and the promenade in Meloneras. In the immediate area of shopping centers, many shops bars, restaurants and cafes. Excursions you could in the hotel and outside book. Taxis were opposite the hotel and the bus station was also comfortably within walking distance.

As bad, as it was sometimes described here, it is not. If you have a 'large' bay, shouldn't be surprised, if it in the restaurant also a little bit louder. The food was good as always (we are the 4. time have been there). If you stay here over the unfriendliness of the staff grumbles, seemed not really been in this hotel to be. Everyone, really everyone starting at cleaning lady, to the restaurant manager, we were greeted friendly. Drinks were always (!) In the evening brought to the table. The 24-hour all inclusive package was in the form of drinks very well offered, and in the evening in the hall. Even if you no midnight snack more got, had during the day enough time to food. From normal breakfast, late riser breakfast, to the lunch, coffee and cake, as well as dinner, you could almost around the clock eat. For sure is this hotel really needs some redecorating. The construction work had now in december already begun (during the day was very loud in the room). But we have it accepted and not also visted. We heard, that this hotel from april 2013 to middle of june 2013 to power, to fully to renovate. I respect the opinions of others, but it is just a pity, that some hobbyhotelbewerter each chipped tile on the internet. Man people, relax and see the beautiful things on vacation. We fly 3 times every year in different hotels (and countries). There is always something to complain about. Who absolute luxury to have wants, must stop to Dubai flies. We had fun.
