We (age 48-59) are equipped with 7 persons traveling.
The staff at the reception was unfriendly.
We felt not like guests, but as Störenfreide before.
Staff at the pool bar even puts cheeky Sayings.
We have some drinks evenings 't drink, as too much alcohol added was.
When we for somewhat less Alkohohl asked, was laughed and just so mixed as always.
Bad is also the cheap soft plastic cup, in which all drinks are served.
However was the food very good. Waiter in the restaurant friendly and accommodating. read more

Unfortunately it is again and again guests, the other vacations the time in the hotel bad. I v.19.09-26,09. 12 a package vacation ( half board) in the hotel Lux booked. I had a double room (109) for single use. The hotel lies at a slope, the double room is from the street ( hotel entrance) from on 1st basement, from the promenade from hochetagere. During on the ground floor ( from the street from saw) wooden doors prevail, it looks in the basement something different. The doors are gray painted and together with the-not clean and already outdated- carpet
The 1st basement as the cellar of a altenheimes. My room -and also the ... bathroom- was simple, but absolutely clean. It was cleaned every day, every two days gave it fresh towels. ( I had two large and two small whereby the dirty every two days against fresh exchanged ) the staff were friendly and absolutely helpful. The balkonstühle and the balcony were every day wiped. The balcony door opened but not cigarette butts. This is with a possible einbruchsgefahr in 1st basement. ( the balcony was both a wall of the adjacent capacity as well as the pool terrace easy to get to). The room 109 was absolutely quiet and had view of the sea.
For the evening meal you had enough selection ( meat-; fish and vegetarian ); salads and desserts were enough there. Also at fruit was not saved and every day changed the food. The breakfast was normal. ( various marmelade, ham, schorizo (spanish salami); eggs (scrambled -; mirror and boiled eggs) and next to ready-to-bake breads several breads. It tasted also everything, what I had eaten. read more

All inclusive customers are by the pool as a tourist 2. Election run. There is no glasses, only plastic, unless you pay for the
Glass and pours then constantly. As I only 4 days there was, was this outrage just to endure.

The hotel is OK, the location is good. The food could have been better however you always find something from the you get full. We were for the purpose of club trip there, that was okay since we in the hotel only slept. With my family but I would another hotel book. Despite' please do not disturb- sign the cleaning lady into the room and makes their work after your complete satisfaction. The sand in the bathroom disturbed it not for everyone-)
The safe cost 2.50 on the day, the remote control of the TV one could free ... of charge against a deposit received. However is the view of the Bay and the sea, as long as you have a ocean view rooms gets, a force! Small distance to the beach and shops make the location perfect. read more

The room was good, had at the start a 3. bett with us and on demand, whether it out taken could, it was immediately done. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was okay and actually always something there for everyone. There are only people, the unfortunately not to behavior know if their behavior in the dining room goes ( clothes, quantity of food on the plates, etc.).
Good, the entertainment left nothing to the imagination but honestly, Cala Ratjada so lots to offer the I my evenings not in the hotel have to spend. read more

We had a nice holiday, despite some days storm in the middle of the vacation. We were in general with the hotel satisfied, we loved the view and the beach. In the worse -weather-time we went lots of walking, to the harbor, the lighthouse and so on and undertook a travel with the regular bus to Palma, on this day we drove in the rain and came there with sunshine on, so that we a beautiful sightseeing could do with port tour in a boat. Points of criticism would be: end of August there were 2 groups of loud young ... people and adults, the somewhat disturbed, that means ' all inclusive' for it means, already after the breakfast alcohol drink to have. Beginning September they were left. The food was tasty, it could have been more variety of vegetables can give (only 1 sort), but it was 3 star moderate. read more

The hotel is definitely in great shape and for a three-star hotel recommendable.

The hotel is outdated however it is reasonable value for money. You shouldn't forget, the three stars has. The proximity to the beach is very good. Shops are also very nearby. read more

I am for one week with two friends to Cala Ratjada to the hotel Lux and I have to say, that the hotel really perfectly okay and I lots of negative statements partly not at all understand.
The hotel has approximately 200 rooms, the not too large, but perfectly adequate. At least one would like something Cala Ratjada see not the whole day in the room sit-) there is room for the luggages and so on
In the room is a tv, we however not to have needed and because the hotel in 'l' form is the good chance ... a room with sea view to get-)
The view from the room or from the terrace is simply unbelievable great, because the hotel directly at the steep coast and therefore right next to the sea is.
You can not at all enough of-)
At check in to the hotel the staff were really nice. What wasn't that great, was the 3 hours on our room had to wait, because there not finished yet was. The luggages you could eat in a separate room and then you had to imaginably time rum wars.
As already mentioned have the rooms a size which was okay.
Which one however complain about could is the cleanliness.
The maids look like above, so it made the appearance-)
Towels and toilet paper was always regularly and with sufficient quantity changed.
What not so great was, were the 2a 3 day ants in the bathroom. Even if not many were the definitely not his.
The pool was really clean, was cleaned every morning and the hotel bar by the pool was very good. The waiters were extremely nice and always ready for some fun-)
Over the food in the hotel you can't say anything bad!
Apart from you may a bit more variety could bring, but apart from that the food was completely ok! One becomes full and it tastes. The dessert was also always very tasty. One could between fruit, pudding, cakes, mousse, ice and so on choose. As soon as something was empty it was immediately refilled.
You should however all inclusive book, alone simply because the drinks.
The hotel is more something for young people and less what for families. read more

My boyfriend and I arrived at the 20 August in the hotel Lux at. ( economy ) at the reception we were to the room 01 out around for the time being our suitcase parking. This room was 2 floors under the ground floor-> view to an old wall! The room was itself as large as 4 medium-sized elevators. The luggages we have barely purely brought! After we opened the door was already a musty odor contrary to! The sheets were beautiful stained with blood or other flüßigkeiten! Hair on the bed there were also not straight few. Of al ... I then the nightmare on the wall discovered: bottom heruaf next to the bed to cover all of mold! The toilet had no desinfiziertzeichen mood still it was clean! The jets the shower head were totally clogged and rusty. We complained and got the excuse I astma a different room on the ground floor!. (230 ) lots of guests complained about the basement room got however no other. Because we double bed wanted we got separate beds with a ancient nightstand in between! The curtains were dark green as grandmother.
Then we were told that it was still a bit from the dinner buffet there (we arrived at: o'clock at night) it was then unthawed bread dry was over-the-top sausage and cheese the edges already dark yellow was! Then there was a vending machine with konzentratsäften totally over-sweet to 0.2 liter glasses ( a joke if you are thirsty)!
Afterwards we just wanted to sleep (failed ) the air conditioning beeped the whole time, whether with or without electricity> nothing manageable! Thus ohropax for 5 Euro buy! Breakfast was very disturbances however everything without any taste. Because we half board had there was no lunch for us however therefor dinner with pressfleisch and other things the me the stomach so disgruntled teens I diarrhea got! My friend was only badly! So food was partly real under all sow! All inclusive persons allowed to drinks as Cola Sprite Fanta mineral water use! Half board couldn't even tap water or squash evenings drink only at a charge! In case you nevertheless something to drink you stressed the glass was taken away and the content water! Staff were besides that very friendly! Only cleanliness understand the in this hotel not really.! 10 days were we are booked on the 7 day left, because the really too much the good was! read more

Unfortunately not recommendable! Breakfast is totally bad (old rolls, orange juice tasted like from a Cheminfabrik and the coffee is also not enjoyable). Furthermore must one for the remote control in the room some are charged. read more

On the whole I was with the hotel satisfied.
The staff were very nice and on the food you could also nothing say.
The location of the hotel is top, approximately 100 meters to the beautiful beach of Cala gulla.
My conclusion if you definitely not luxury need and no value on big room and a huge buffet sets, but rather more value on the location sets, the hotel is exactly the right thing. read more

I am with my boyfriend for one week to Cala Ratjada traveled and we spontaneously for the hotel Lux decided. After booking, I all the negative reviews and read me not any more really the vacation looking forward to it and had already afraid, that this to 'höllentrip' would develop. Positively surprised I was but then at the latest, when I the door unlocked and we a magnificent view of the see had:-)
The bathroom was not so great and in need of renovation, however for one week it was enough but. The room itself was also getting a ... bit old and could have been a little clean deseamed could, but who are not so extremely picky, can overlook it.
We had the half board and it was all right ( bottle of water during dinner 1.80 Euro) and all inclusive I would have in the hotel also not booked, since one is anyway much on the way and the lunch was in my eyes only a small snack, but each to their own!
The hotel is mostly by younger people, however were some couples and families there. read more

It was good that the staff immediately on all responded. If it in the hallways at night noisy, has the front desk reacted immediately. At all the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately is friendliness not everything. What the cleanliness subject, since the hotel has still some catch up on. Despite a request to the cleaning staff, that please times the soil was cleaned, was and remained dirty. The bathroom was in 10 days not once cleaned properly.
What you need to know: the towels will only be changed, if you specifically wishes.
The restaurant was very badly organized!
The staff ... were also here although it is very friendly, but there was constantly a the feeling given, that you quickly to manage, because already the next guests on a table to wait.
The food was very diverse, but unfortunately everything was very greasy! Whilst we were in the hotel, complained even several guests over diarrhea and uebelkeit.
A very large minus was, that one as not all inclusive guest for everything and each had to pay. For a 0.5 water we must 1.80 Euro are charged. If these bottle finished was, you could also nothing into the room take. My 0.5 liter of wine, which I had ordered and about 4,00 Euro had paid, I at the next evening with much less content refunded.
A employee in the restaurant ( small and thick and old) was even so rude and unfriendly, that it my son (3 years) the drinking bottle prohibited it abused, if he still a second ice didn't want to take.
In short: friendly, but hinterhaeltig and very dirty! For three stars just too expensive! read more

For the first time I would have 2 hours wait until I room had, as it was full. The staff ultra unfriendly and nothing helpful. I am satisfied with everything but actually that was with distance the worst hotel where I ever was. The food sickening has nothing tasted and only a couple things to choose from. I have been rather outside eat at the restaurants. On the whole I recommend the hotel on a scale of nothing until 10 to -5, am just disappointed for the money such a bad service to get. read more
