We were a dutch family and have come 25 years after hotel achentalerhof.. Family w. and their staff we feel ourselves always like at home we look forward every year ( mostly in february) on a reunion and again a nice week. Great! read more

We were to this hotel for the end of 2012. It was the worst choice in the region. The hotel is not a four star hotel. I would say two stars is a fair rating. Rooms are dirty and dark, have old and broken furniture, bathrooms are insanitary. I was afraid to let my daughter having a shower (please find attached a picture). All the other facilities are horrible. The kids room smell of mould, is dark and have nothing to do in it. Food is far from being “gourmet” as they claim. Is better to eat outside the hotel ..., somewhere on the sky areas. But the worst thing at this hotel is the reception staff. They are grumpy, always asking for money, always ready to make you uncomfortable staying in the hotel. If you ask something, expect that they will answer after hours, if they will answer. If you care about yourself, never stay to this hotel. There are many other places where you can spend your holiday in the region. read more

For me a hotel to ' completely ' be comfortable... The hotel-family and the staff are very accommodating, helpful and always in most friendly and warmest way focused on the wellbeing of the guests. Just as alleinreisnde i did this very appreciated. The staff and staff of the various hotel areas have also always an ear to lend for individual wishes and are very willing to make an effort, these rapidly to fulfill. The fitness -, pool- and wellness area is through its facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere particularly praiseworthy. I will once again relaxing days stay there. read more

Will in june already in 15. calendar year and to my 31. stay (always at least a week) again in the achentalerhof are! A particularly pleasant family climate with personally by the owners guided hikes. I can only again and again for a truly relaxing vacation recommend! read more

Unfortunately we could only one night there -but repetition not impossible. Should be emphasized the good designed, very clean wellness area and the excellent cuisine. read more

It was a very nice hiking vacation one as traveling alone very fast contact to the other Hikers has. The staff are very attentive and the owner Gerti and Franz also cared for everything and are very good Guide! Was to Gipfelwoche heavy there, there were very nice demanding tours which I most took part. It was a beautiful week in not one minute of boredom arose and next year I am probably stay there... read more

We were there for the first and certainly not the last time here. The all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very varied and something for everyone. The children could do every night your special requests. The pool area was very clean. The opening times were ideal. We didn't miss anything. The valley station the chair is right next to the hotel. As well as the toboggan run. A few minutes walk away is also a children's ski school. In the hotel there is also a skiing school and a ski rental. Here you can ... hire an entire equipment your departure with the room price will be adjusted. For us it was a great holiday. read more

There were beautiful days in achenkirch and in the achentalerhof, come anytime again gladly to Franz and Gerti, and staff. I hope it remains so in the achentalerhof with the very good kitchen and wine cellar. read more

very good and rich dinner. very rich breakfast buffet. very friendly staff the hotel is not the guest is only a number. the ski slope ends direct in front of the hotel. the valley station the lift is also available in about 1 to 2 minutes on foot to reach. read more

the room unfortunately to cold -top floor room- window and patio door not close. heating on full power- nevertheless cool in the room. The is however really the only downside. very friendly staff - class food. Diningroom new, wellness new, rest of the hotel a bit getting old. No choice underground parking, large ski cellar unfortunately in the hotel lobby and bar smoking, smoke attracts also in the dining hall( non-smokers)-but smoke in Austria still permitted. read more

For our short get away we had made us a lot: relaxation and still active vacation. They were both we could due to the large range of possibilities for excursions and perfect weather, as well as the recreation offer (two saunas, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, quiet room & indoor pool) thoroughly enjoy. For the elderly, as well as for younger couples a great hotel. We were with the dog and the staff had left us no stones in the way, so that our dog could always accompany us.
