The whole hotel is very, very dirty, we had 3 double room, in a was the walls angekotzt, and in the shower there were hair from our predecessors, in washbasin were black stains, it was a hole in the wall, in the next room was the used underwear the predecessor, there were still teaches bottles around, in bed were still barrettes, in the 3. Rooms were brown stains in the bed sheet, the shower head fell with the holder in the shower from the wall, a wall was a about 30 times 40 centimeter large hole with a piece green ... plasterboard locked, without scraper or color. In all the rooms and in the corridor were the walls and the carpet dirty. Dirt on the floor was ( in the rooms and in the hallway) was throughout the stay not vacuumed, the carpet was everywhere broken, had holes, joints and waves so large that one over it stolpern can. read more

The cleanliness of the rooms is poor. There were no only time the towels were changed, let alone the bed linen. The vacuuming as it was probably also not very much. All inclusive is worthwhile in the hotel also not. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel has its best time behind itself. The entrance area is only acceptable. Announcements of hotel management are from the staff neglected ( change of towels is the guest a). The breakfast and dinner buffet are monotonous. There was no variation the food, 7 days long one and the same selection. The coffee was not enjoyable. The rooms are badly soundproofed. The hotel was not description the intranet. There was not even a safe with us in the room. Well the only one of the harmless's are. The room dirt überbuddelt in the bathroom yet stains the predecessor in bed were brushes and makeup tube from the predecessor, the ground was full of dirt and crumbs the balcony totally filthy my body itched from the sight. The room was only after massive rebellion cleaned, and then but also the first and the last time. During our stay was the room not cleaned, let alone enter, after several complaints and back and ... forth then who, the discarded trash and ziehte bed lacquers straight, na great what is the do. Food truly 2 weeks in the morning, afternoons and evenings 1 to 1 the same food we knew without to watch where it is located also there went on complaints not one. No matter where you are in this hotel befandest it was dirty and disgusting. The staff always unfriendly and nothing tried sat in the corners and phoned. Whoever dirt and disgust erregendes food can here journeys. All negtiven reviews here match reality. Everything here is positive, is from the people drinking D were and not interested in. For a party vacation with friends it is absolutely great and recommendable! Over half of the guests were young people the party people were. The hotel and the entertainers have the best, and have a wide offer of foam party, Paintball, to bar crawl. To get to the numerous bars and discos, which of course also explore and often not more than 10 minutes away on foot are. However you should as a family with small children not even bother. Nevertheless one saw from and in between a couple more families sit, probably do not quite understand, that Bulgaria the party center has developed.     The size of the room was completely sufficient. There was a double bed, a two-couch, which you could unfold.     The staff were always very friendly and willing in case of any problems to help and you out of the way to create. Some from the staff could very good German, other again only a couple broken or nothing at all. All together however this was rarely necessary, as a most of the staff of the staff immediately understood. The cleaning of the rooms barged several times daily into the room then again to disappear. Nothing happened, before we the room had left. With toilet paper supplies was quite saved and also otherwise there was in the entire week only once fresh towels, and the bed sheet were every day folded up again, and the trash thrown away. It was then but also already everything to cleaning in this week took place. The only positive at the hotel was the central location. The rooms were however in a reasonably good condition. However has the air conditioning 't work at all. The staff were not very friendly, pushy and annoyed by their guests. The food was very disgusting we often had stomachache and had several times of which passed! This could for example due to the fact, that the same food 2 days later in a other the form was served (sausage on one day as main course were served, were a day later in tomato sauce for spaghetti untergerührt. They did no ... great effort was made to hide). The drinks were there next to cheap fake brands disgusting vodka, cheap wine and the worst beer that it in Bulgaria returns. Apart from the fact, that we the whole day vodka drunk and nothing have noticed we had to then still in addition all our drinks even buy, as this in the hotel not enjoyable were! To end on a good note a friend of the hand in the pool cut, because the randplatten canceled and therefore very sharp were. The ' good ' pool bar was neither by the pool still it was a bar. I don't know what most people therefore expect we were satisfied, not more not less. That the food is bad, must slow time everyone know. Apart from that the diamond as very good starting point to the slope to go. We were altogether 12 guys and are all at our expense came =) building of the hotel we had also agreed, since the pool good to have an overview was. And what the location of the beach goes on, my God then it is evenly times 10 minutes however therefor you saw a lot. In short: if I so some ... reviews durchlese, can I only with the head shake. So i have to say that i'm really skeptical was very a lot of bad reviews but i was then positively surprised! \u263a staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, the towels just need to lie on the floor they were changed! Food was also reasonable but i must admit selection was not the greatest but okay! One had in any case every day something else and if it is only in a other variant was! Noise was with us also no problem as it in other reviews it was often written! We had room pool sided and were totally ... satisfied with it! Shops, bars, discos, restaurants everything on foot in 2 minutes reachable! Beach was clean and also in the immediate area! So you in Bulgaria the 4 stars are not with a hotel here with us comparisons was us immediately at travel agency i said but i think for this money which one there and then in the high season may/i can absolutely nothing to complain about it was a great vacation and i would recommend it recommend with a clear conscience! Man must from the start know that you don't comparisons can! I was now for the 3. time in Bulgaria and i have to say i was up to now actually never disappointed and next year so 2013 see me the people in the hotel diamond again! read more

We had initially a bit scared, because of the many bad hotel reviews here, but we were positively surprised. The hotel lies very close to the party mile. What however not a problem is, as you most of the time on the partying and at the Sonnenstrand anyway never your peace has. To the beach is about ten minutes across the party area. The hotel itself is quite large and perfect for party vacations. Music just the whole day and at night are also mostly some drunk in the hallways on the way, for sleeping one comes here not so ... much. Families I would this hotel, but also the Sonnenstrand general, not to have a vacation recommend. For young people, the also gladly times partying and not the very large money I can only recommend the hotel, since it's really cheap. You just mustn't the same expectation at a four-star hotel have, you in Germany has. To the cleanliness: it is criticized much the, however we had no problems and in case you a problem has, at the front desk turn, here is a helped immediately. The food was always same and anyway not really good. After the 3. day we went out to eat gone, what the Sonnenstrand but no large problem represents, because everywhere restaurants and one for 10-15 leva (5 - 7,50 Euro) a full meal with drinks get. I can definitely recommend this hotel, to party is the Sonnenstrand simply great! read more

Great hotel for Young people. Is great as a party hotel, offers but also good possibilities to the relaxing beach vacation. Despite pool and other possibilities for recreation rather no family hotel. And because of the volume, music, party there also nothing for the older generation. The hotel is very central, about 5 minutes to the beach and to the party mile, super shops! There is a big pool refreshment and lots of possibilities for sunbathing and relaxing. Several hotel bars, big buffet ( but most the same food!). The staff were fun and the rooms reasonably clean. This hotel is rather something for young people who like to party, there are also sometimes a bit louder and everywhere loud music runs, there are also almost only young people in this hotel. You can sleep there, really good, despite noise, but the food you should not all too much expect. read more

The hotel is quite large, but in my opinion a bit too small pool, as well as too few loungers by the pool. However represents the hotel also many chairs ready. The complex is in any case kept clean and one is endeavors. We booked half board and were very satisfied. All inclusive is worthwhile only, if you your vacation by the pool to spend. Mostly are lots of young German in this hotel, but also a few russians. At the end of our stay ( end of August) were also some fulfill families and older people there. read more

    We were as a couple in a massive room accommodated, we were very surprised :-) There was a tv, a small fridge, air conditioning and so on The room was more than fine and 'clean'. Always vacuumed only, if new people the room changed. However I think, that reasonable value for money.

    There is in the whole hotel just a restaurant, as well as a all inclusive-bar. The food was good. Every day there was pizza, rice and fries. Much selection has one not, but that which gave it also tasted. Salad was also every day available. Meat there were mostly only one type of. The staff were really fast with clearing up the plates. But they try to keep everything clean.

Our room was daily 'cleaned' and there were also at least every two days fresh towels there. A doctor is available. Complaints in our opinion were taken serious and you did a little.

    The drive from the airport to the hotel is approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how lots of hotels you'have still went to. The beach is in any case in about 10 to 15 minutes to reach. One walked through the shopping area and can therefore on the way to run errands. The hotel is very central. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are in the immediate proximity. Several supermarkets are right around the corner. This hotel is great as a starting point for all kinds of activities.

Preliminary remark: we (22 to 25-years-old, 4 persons) have this vacation exclusively as bathing and party vacation used. The rooms are very spacious and there is very lots of space, also was a fully functioning tv, as well as a good air conditioning for everyone. Also there was a couch and a table available, the balcony was equipped with a table and two chairs equipped. A comfortable vorsaufen and depend on in the room was ideal-) The rooms were in a clean state, unfortunately by our cleaning lady never cleaned, which our own fault however was. Reason: we mostly ... until o'clock slept, however the cleaning lady was every day there. So our own fault! The whine respectively complaints we also not! We had all-inclusive. The lunch we took however never used, because we only got up. I can therefore also no review over the lunch to deliver. While we were there of the stay from 14,08.-28-08-2012 were too many only young people there. It was very international which I found good, however were many germans there. read more

    In the hotel there was a small kiosk, there were however never in it. Also there was a lobby bar, a pool bar, as well as a large restaurant. It was in general very clean. The beverages at the all inclusive bar (in/out privileges on the pool bar) were reasonable, if you are over the Cola ignoring. The kitchen style was rather classical ( during dinner), the breakfast rather with easy English twist. The atmosphere was so far also okay. The prices for the cocktails ( not included in the all inclusive included) were for German standards cheap and quality reasonable.

    The staff were altogether very friendly. Especially I commend this the front desk. The front desk hard-working all affairs, who also outside their zuständigenkeitenbereiches was, around to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible. Also was the reception also very well in the different languages of other nations prepared, to that extent was the communication very simple and that's why very pleasant. On inconvenience, questions or credits were well react and to our complete satisfaction answers, no matter what time of day. Also with drunk partyleuten good (we 4 a example to name but a few). This once again thank you very much and keep it up! Perfect. The cleaning of the rooms, as above already notified, during the two weeks not handled. As mentioned, the cleaning lady can you will not reproach make, it was several times and daily since. However we have every day too long sleep, so it was our fault. However was on request towels were changed and also toilet paper issued. The lobby bar we visited once, however the staff were something cool, that's why was the feel-good effect not very big, and another visit we didn't need more. We booked our trip over Neckermann Reisen. This was a young gentleman called Julian our contact person from young & fun, animation club. Julian is the best partypromoter at all, had with him a lot of fun, he was in any case for questions, also outside of the nightlife available. It was everything great answered. It was always great mood, in spite of the stressful time with drunk people. Respect to Julian and thank you once again for the wicked party vacation. Other services from the hotel we didn't use, like for instance doctor, child care, laundry and similar...

    The pool was clean, there were many loungers around the pool set up. Also were some tables and chairs available, as well as sun screens. There was also a small internet cafe the we once used, reasonably priced cheap. Table tennis you could play, we have however not used. Entertainment program was every evening available. Also was in a few minutes shops available. To the beach: at three days was the sea extremely algenhaltig, afterwards not more. At the beach definitely towel take, chairs and umbrellas cost extra, is however not necessary. Beach was otherwise ok.

    The distance to the beach was approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk, so it was completely reasonable. To the airport it was by bus about 30 minutes. To Istanbul and Burgas were excursions offered, took this however did not use. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities there were very many. You could go shopping circa 5 minutes from the hotel. There is each quantity of shops for shopping. Entertainment there were plenty of, starting in the hotel. There was every evening a band or something like that. Also invited numerous bars, discos, beach parties and much more a. Excursions there was enough, took it but did not use.

Initially once the review rather young groups the party vacation and want to make definitely not on families or people the relaxation want. So my review accordingly well for this hotel. The hotel itself makes a good and sound impression. Actually, there is always everything was clean and in good condition but as mentioned the hotel is nothing for families and chiller. Especially because of the volume in and outside from the hotel. In the hotel walk until early in the morning to the sunrise drunk loud blaring in and around the hotel and outside go the whole night so ... strange partycheeps with speaker and brute loud music rum for some partytouren a friend-) Eating and drinking I personally acceptable but 3.5 stars varni not completely. Especially the beverages at the free hotel bar. I (21) and the rest of my 6 -headed travel group 18 to 24 had in any case great fun in and outside from the hotel. There are many very good party offers, the location is very good only 500 meters footpaths and one has everything from disco until Burger King around and it can crash leave. And also due to the mostly young hotelmitbewohner I can only recommend the hotel. Excellent party vacation and until now the best I have had! read more
