The rooms were big enough, the small adjoining terrace. In the summer you might on the terrace on the couch relax want, is however only on a beach chair. Perhaps there is a 2. on request, i don't know. Air conditioning system i did not found, did you however also 't miss (march not so hot). The restaurantmahlzeiten ranged us. To complain about but the bathing possibilities, warm water there was, raft but very sparse. The available furniture ok, tv and fridge available, also okay.

To us the breakfast was as well as the menu in the evening more than enough. Every day there was enough opportunities definitely not the same food as the day before to take, the selection was very large. Only minus would be that the place is not very sufficient. One has in 2 different periods the possibility the meal income, nevertheless is a bad crowd and a certain restlessness in the dining room available. The refilling empty bowls was excellent. One has at least in a week very varied can eat. The drinks were not overpriced, the cleanliness in the restaurant was okay.

The staff at reception spoke sufficient german, the service staff in the restaurant less, our wishes concerning a drink but were understood. The rooms were properly cleaned, the towels often enough changed on request. We used the child care not since we almost exclusively at the beach or otherwise on the way were.

The leisure facilities was perfect, something for everyone. Even the small had a lot of fun. The pool was clean, i can't say more, was impossible, since only at the beach. For children very much was offered. Our son has said, that we next year please 2 weeks stay.

The hotel is a relatively large area, that however also on a huge area. The rooms are slipped 2-3 storied laid out. We stayed ground away from two pools, therefore very quiet. The premises were more than enough. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned. The blankets again and again differently folded and very affectionately on the beds put, even the by our son (4 years) own stuffed animals were lovingly on the bed distributed. We booked half board. Understand you could in the hotel almost every guest, since almost only german at this point were present. Very many families with micro-and small children, however also some seniors present.

The distance to the airport (about 60 kilometer) was known to us, therefore no surprise. The distance to the beach but not from the travel brochure. On the 1. day we are right from the hotel to the beach, saw the stone not to stay a while inviting beach. Are then all other on foot on a rocky section to the main sandy beach followed. This was okay. Also enough room available. Like this one in the peak season looks can i of course not tell. We then but by chance a shorter and lighter way to the beach found, in other words left around the hotel the short hike high, over the street down to the beach. For shopping there is a few shops, if you larger shopping (shopping), you might be better to Jandia or anywhere else again. Is by bus the in the vicinity of the hotel leaves (approximately 100 meters) not a problem.

Important in advance. The kitchen is unacceptable. There are hardly any the possibility self catering, or at least a small something to prepare. Only one pot, no tools to stir, address etc. No oven, no microwave, no kettle. Bedroom The mattresses the beds are unacceptable. The 2 times 2 meters beds have continuous 2 times 2 meters mattresses. Butter soft-moves the partners, with durchgeschaukelt. For the back a not acceptable condition. The quality this hotel was by far the worst which we ever in a hotel found. In the bedroom no possibility little lockers. Small bedside tables. The closets are big enough. The living room is functional decorated - uncomfortable sofas the appearance. Hard to believe, that these sofas as sofa beds to be offered. The size the apartments is good. The balcony enough with the possibility the wäschetrocknung. 1 beach chairs available, on demand also an additional delivered, what the balcony then but also very cramped. Otherwise table with 4 chairs-no sunshade. An airco isn't available and unfortunately in the living room also no wärmeschützender curtain available. It is therefore in the summer and autumn probably quite hot in the apartment are. The possibility of being aired, it is unfortunately only theoretically possible, since the windows no aufstellmöglichkeit come. Therefore propose on draught (on the Canary Islands there is now much wind ) again and again rattling to. The bathroom is big enough for one person. Inform definitely on the location the balconies. It could be, for the noisy animation pool their apartment. This can be depending on sentiment quite stressful. Only few rooms have sea view. The sea view apartments are very far from the hotel away. You must always through the whole area walk, which with significant hills and partially (abbreviation) stairs is connected to. Unfortunately offers the complex no side entrances. The apartments are only through the housing door (key) processed. The complex itself, can foreign people unobserved be visited.

The quality of the dishes is unfortunately absolutely average. Thematically simple multicolored zusammengewürfelt. There is often attempts theme nights to make. Chinese, spanish, french... Only the cooks understand it unfortunately nothing. Everything is tasteless-hardly peppered. It was offered, but it is nothing together. Little dishes are coordinated. Much salad is offered. Every day the usual as chillies, carrots, cucumbers, maize, beetroot, and finished salads from the leftovers of the days before. Dessert: different cakes, four types of ice cream, artificial creams. Rarely fresh fruits! The service is friendly and attentive. For breakfast always the same. The same cold cuts, the hardly adopted. (why only zungenwurst -all gossamer cut) Liverwurst with felt fat content of 90%. Why is it in the country of ham in this hotel no dried or smoked ham? Why only? Ok boiled ham. Ice-cold cheese! - where is the taste? Jam, which you only because of the hinweisschildes variety recognizes. Never before have i such a jam food. Otherwise canned fruit, fruit salad, various yogurts, cereals, verschienes bread and rolls, as well as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, gek. Eggs, fried. Bacon. Coffee.

One is endeavors friendly polite. The front desk is perfect-no objections. One settles quickly and friendly everything is possible. Room cleaning A disaster! Bugs were after cleaning still on their previous place. After the cleaning were staubballen contrary to. Totally superficial, superficially, bad! The balcony was never cleaned. The staircase in front of the apartment has the whole time no cleaning experienced. Unacceptable. Again and again felt small animals (ants, small bugs on any cracks ) in the apartment contrary to. The beds were carelessly. Never experienced worse like in this hotel. You have to the maid about before bribe? Or why evaluate many here the cleaning with 5-6 suns?

Really big club hotel, with dozens of bungalows, which all in all 6 units have. You should on the upper floors is, is to remember, that you overall always about 30 stairs to climb. With restrictions on mobility absolutely not recommendable. The majority of the guests are families with small children and older couples. Mostly from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

The beach is close-but what can you expect to Fuerteventura. Endless white sandy beaches. At the hotel you will find a grobsandige bay with kiesgürtel. Yes, you can to the sandy beaches are. At high tide over the rocks with large danger of injury-at low tide, you could by the water wade. There are but at least approximately 300 meters. The beach (bay) is quite small and cramped. Knuckled down with chairs (rental charges! - are not to the hotel) Hardly place itself spread out on our own towels. Also hard surface-children can hardly play in the sand. They are physically still very mobile and rüstig you can reach the beautiful beaches good (distance with rocks about 15 minutes) They are not so mobile : without a car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Jandia not! Rather book a hotel, which definitely at the long beach is. In the place are large elevation changes to cover, remember this when their mobility. Shopping in this town instead. The hotel has a small (expensive) supermarket. Another (expensive) you will find behind the hotel in a small shopping center, in which one still beachwear, watches, jewelry and sports clothing to buy can. Really large shopping center does not exist. A large supermarket for larger purchases you will find in about 1 kilometer distance (spar shopping center bahia calma). The prices are clearly low, but the assortment is not very well and sufficiently for self catering! Wednesday and sunday makes an african market in town stop. With appropriate selection (handbags, sunglasses, watches, clothing of poor quality) Nightlife there is not. By bus you can go to other places on the peninsula Jandia or in the capital. One should with the own car. Airport hotel depending on traffic between 55 and 80 minutes! (about 60 kilometer-no freeway!)

The rooms are clean and rich in terms of size full, also the bathroom is pleasantly large. The apartments are only extremely noisy and the many babies and small children was a sleep over 7 o'clock in the morning, not to think, what we as a whole family when disturbing felt.

There is a restaurant, that unfortunately had the atmosphere of a cafeteria. It really is the largest point of criticism. It is noisy and there is no definitely a outdoor area. Since so many infants are there, it can only busy with the food. (this is definitely so, since the child care here in the hotel for kids with 6 months was offered). We never felt comfortable in this' cafeteria '. The quality of the dishes was absolutely okay. There was always something, what one tasted.

The staff is very friendly. The child care good, but there is a small ' pension gap ' for the kids. The kids club is full with children between 3 and 5 years. The 6 and 7-year-old will definitely too short. Then come the ' waver' from 8 or 9. our son found it therefore a bit boring. The swimming school is very pleasant, locally for a fee use.

The entertainment team was very hard. Very good were the evening shows' falco ' and 'Mamma Mia' and the drag show. The kids disco was exactly everyday the same, however the children liked it. The sports program was good. The mini-golf course is in desperate need of renovation. Not what we thought it was nice, there were many extra cost. 5,- Euro for a visit in the gym, 10,- Euro for the table tennis etc. I expect this included in a club vacation. The pool is very well kept and is guarded.

It is a apartment complex with about 300 units.

The hotel is located nice directly at the beach. The bay is, however, not very well maintained, there are very many cigarette butts around. This is really a shame. Shopping and strolling possibilities were rather poor at the Costa Calma.

Room large enough, tv with 6 german programs (for those who need it on vacation?) Refrigerator and küchenbestückung were okay. The furniture was functional, but it already has best years are gone. In the bathroom everything worked perfectly. The unit jesdes house comprises 6 apartments, but so noisy, that you every step of the neighbors and the toilet programming.

The restaurant was a bit cramped and quite noisy noisy, but is understandable with the multiplicity of the children present, the absolute priority (Germany can some learn). High chairs were enough available. The waiters were very hard, quickly reset, you feel but not pressed. During dinner there were now and then a theme night

To speak german was there not a problem, reception, entertainers, doctor... The waiters sometimes. Room cleaning at various times (is also afternoon) to 5 days the week. Child care great. Than we a doctor and kankentransport, as well as care in hospital needed, everything was seamless organized and worked very well.

There were leisure time offers sport something for every taste and with lots of fun used. The animators in the kids club had many great ideas and the children have 'their' ani's beloved. Chairs were enough, a few more umbrellas at the pool wouldn't be bad. The showers stayed in the pool area suitable designed, clean and good.

A really wonderful on children designed hotel, with many entertainment possibilities. The entertainment team was great. If there are more calmly to have wants, should its accommodation on the upper 2. the pool area again. The apartments were large enough. For walks along the beautiful, long beach, one had to on the tidezeiten 8., but every morning the daily information leaflet to find. To one finds also all sporting activities, you could join in and very good are. The highlight were each evening the kids disco and afterwards the 1-hour show from animation team. We booked half board and the varied buffet impressed. If you didn't find anything there... We found the complex than clean, pool cleaning every morning, the small electric sweeper swept every morning the paths and the existing green has been lovingly maintained. Beautifully the many lush bougainvilleabäumchen. I would not have expected, that i so much enthusiasm from my 1st club holiday home would take.

To the beach falls one 1 time and you're there. Airport in 1 hour. Excursions with the bus or car on good roads on the whole island possible. Out of the hotel, around the corner there are many restaurants and shops in about 1 kilometer a supermarket (nice walk at the beach there.

nice room, clean, the nicest one of the appartements where we have already stayed as a family.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly, everything was clean. Like in other hotels the coffee, served by the machine was not the best. The bars coffee was very good. The food quality was good, but not very good.

Excellent and friendly staff, very clean rooms, laundry service, doctor and child care available. In our and the neighbours appartement we had linen for only 3 persons instead of 4 persons. The staff cared about this within one hour. The staff at the reception desk was not friendly. There was no offer of a save (I got it after asking), there was no offer to help with the suitcases and bags (8 pieces and twins of 5 years old) to be taken to the appartement. Bringing the safe-key and the appartement key back before saying good-bye, we have gotten no answer - after my asking if there is anything else, another staff member told me - no (and did not give back the caution-money for the safe ) and good journey - Nothing else!: excellent staff in the hotel in general, but unfriendly not caring staff at the reception desk. So 6 suns for the general staff, very poor staff at the reception desk - I have never met such unfriendly staff members.

Like expected. 2 pools, one could be heatened. Best conditions for children without other playing possibilities at the pool, but a nice playing ground for smaller children. very clean.

The weekend i had was great. Size and in very good condition. Air conditioning system was not available, this is in the summer definitely not so great, i stayed at the 2. the top floor

The staff is very friendly and obliging, since you feel still happier in the atmosphere. The cleaning of the rooms was also good, towels were changed daily, but that must not be.

The hotel complex was nice and big, the rooms are spread over several houses and einggänge. In the house entrances are 6 wohnheiheiten : 2 times ground floor, 2 time 1st floor and 2 times 2. the top floor The weekend i had was the condition very good and very clean. The whole area was in a very good and clean state. I had booked half board was also alright, i think there is something for everybody Wlan was unfortunately not but there were two places to the front desk for a fee, also an internet cafe was available from 6:00 p. m.

The hotel's location is good. To the beach it is just a few steps. The water is top. To the airport it is around 50 to 80 kilometer. Excursions could you enough or several car hire offices are also on site. Nightlife is zero, you should know that.

Room, as we wanted! One bedroom plus a living room with adjoining terrace. Always clean. Very good.

We were only in the large restaurant and were actually almost always satisfied. Often i the dishes hotels after a certain time really full. Not here. There were always new things and always very delicious. Exceptionally good for a hotel... What a suggestion would be:a play corner for the children in the restaurant. Naturally children are always faster with food ready than adults. Then wander through the restaurant and play with everything, what you just find. There is a play corner, may also the parents still sheltered enjoy.

Every from the staff understood and spoke good german. Everybody was at all times friendly and courteous. Only a small complaint (the safe was broken) was a bit badly slow to process. However on vacation one has time... ☺ The child care was really good. Imaginative and suitable for kids. The kids it was mega fun. Parents thus also!

We only the entertainment for kids and the recent loved it. Kids disco, children's party, parrot show, silk scarf-paint... Great activities, the nerve of the children. Something disturbing we felt the 3:00 p. m.-activities directly by the pool. The was very loud and all of the surrounding apartments were so sonicated. Almost nobody by the pool the actually interested in. Downside: the nap the smallest was always punctually around 15 hours a apruptes end. A great shame! Perhaps this program for 30 or 60 minutes to the rear move!?

We had an apartment booked a room without sea view. A big room with living room waiting for us-equipped with dining area, kitchen and 2 couches, which one as a sleep-couch functioned. Directly from the room we could on the terrace and from there almost directly in the pool jump or in the kindersandkästen. The rooms were at any time clean and during our stay cleaned several times. We had to the staff rather still brakes ☺ The guests come to 95% from Germany. Therefore the complete staff german. Actually all entertainers were from the german-speaking area.

The hotel is directly at the beach. Really great - you must not determined the beach bag pack, but can confidently time times which one forgets... Otherwise is the hotel in a street with many other hotels, a few shopping centers and a german doctor just round the corner.

The apartments are for 2 persons sufficiently. The bathroom is large enough. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice, if the upper balconies umbrellas and a 2. liege were available.

The food was good and varied. Every evening dinner stood under another motto. The tables were again and again newly restocked.

The employees were all courteous and almost everybody spoke german.

The hotel is not too big. The apartments are about noisy. The complex is very clean. The food is varied and tasty. The average age was from 0a 80 years and everything in german.

The distance from the hotel to the beach is very short. You can at the beach walk. A shopping centre is in the immediate vicinity. With the bus one comes problem-free into other places.

Big room with beautiful balcony with kitchenette in it we couldn't complain, only a small bath, but otherwise everything ok and clean

There was always something delicious to eat we were fully satisfied sometimes you could only the dessert buffet change these repeated almost daily otherwise super
