Room were cleaned each day. The restaurant was mostly overcrowded and dirty. There was waiting periods for a table or lacked dishes and cutlery. The supply of food and some drinks was also very poor. The staff in the restaurant seemed overburdened. At the beach were the cushions of empty loungers sometimes already in the early afternoon cleared. Altogether seemed the staff more on überpünktlichen work than happy guests to be. read more

The area is large and optical disaster. plattenbaucharme meets betonpyramide -but if you even from inside on the sea and the beach seen, one is compensated again. The rooms are very simple but are completely enough for the beach vacation. Unfortunately you can go directly from the wonderful fine sandy beach to the room, the showers on the beach are about 10 meters away the sand from the entrance. The one with a wooden jetty smart solve. The guests were quite mixed, bulgarians, romanians, russians, many germans, a few british, and some austrians. The majority of them were children. The ... big advantage of the hotel is the quiet location in a cul-de-sac right on the sandy beach. For discogeher it is not really recommendable, there are more exciting places in Bulgaria. All the guests had all inclusive, the included also the beach chairs and umbrella. From o'clock were the early risers in the reserve outside. read more

    All inclusive and nevertheless I hardly found something. The buffet was large, but the restaurant was crowded and the staff overburdened. Sometimes there was no plates, no cutlery. The food was a mixture of bulgarian and international cuisine, but I was not really good. The fish smelled bad and tasted bitter, the vegetables was really not enjoyable ( for example was the gemüsemais rock-hard, the boiled carrots also). The shopska salad ( like greek salad) had spoiled cheese mood. After vigorously complaints at the front desk we could then in the neighboring hotel gergana food-much better.

    The staff at very reception were very friendly and willing to help. A small complaint ( sticking door) was settled immediately. All spoke German and English.

    In a quiet cul-de-sac, afterwards comes only the hotel gergana, so no passing traffic. On the one hand of the hotel is direct the sandy beach, on the other the forest the nature reserve, beautiful it hardly goes. To the city center of albena one goes around 15 minutes away on foot.

    Was very big with a beautiful balcony. We had sea-and pool view with good view over the entertainment stage. Airco in the room, as well as screens on the balcony door. Safe for a fee in the room, mini bar also available.

    The bars and restaurants of hotel mura and garbena with use are. All inclusive from 8.30 until o'clock. You could just what the beach-or pool bar to eat get around the hour, or in the restaurant food. Food always fresh, is every day poultry, fish, pork. Salad and fruit anyway, but also delicious dessert.

    Very friendly, all speak German. Cleaning of the rooms excellent. Animation team very, very good. Not pushy, very nice, the evening shows Great. Was really already much on the way in other countries, but that is the best animation team which we saw up to now. Great!

    So animation perfect! All very nice, not pushy and super program. One must definitely the shows evenings look and must really no evening out. The best animation team there saw and we were already much on the way, but we have not gesehnen. Super, super, super! Loungers there are plenty of at the beach and at the pool with edition without fee. One must not early which reserve there are plentiful.

    From the airport nu approximately 40 minutes out. Is located in a very quiet area on a natural pond and a nature reserve, of albena city only a couple -minute walk away. You can very good on the beach promenade along go.

For local standards are three stars ok. Room was clean and tidy, change of towels on demand respectively every day. The external condition is needs improvement, but still reasonable. All inclusive with sun screen and 2 loungers with cushions ever room at the beach or pool. read more

    Rather good, only scarcely missed since: the buffet had many choices, unfortunately not always tasty, the spices in. Occasional variety the food would be appropriate, however for about 500 persons ( slavuna and mura ), the restaurant is for both hotels, this is not easy. The food super problem was the lack of cutlery, the lack of plates or glasses. With waiting time the everything again and was often short afterwards gone again. With relatively low financial cost could be remedy this.

    The employees give themselves fairly trouble with the foreign languages, to lacking but sometimes. Unfortunately also the staff only' train station' understand, especially in the wee hours of the morning a bit of a nuisance. You should definitely improve.

    The animation was excellent, especially the evening shows. There were several 'participate-shows', that means guests were the main players. The pool was absolutely great. The daytime entertainment was as well darts, water polo, volleyball, Water aerobics, steps etc.

    Directly at the beach, after albena comfortably about 15 minutes walk or with the small railroad. Location therefore very good, as in a cul-de-sac with very large forest on the other side of the street. If you don't set importance on a lot of pubs, discos etc. Worthy is in good hands here.

The vacation was really great, the hotel could a new coat of paint, but the food and the people are very nice. With children is the direct beach area very suitable and the main shopping area one can buy well and there is very a lot of attractions for the little ones. I am already for 2. The kitchen was completely overstrained; large groups (workers, athletes, chess playing children) the absolute's crowd. Only the soup cook was his job. Cakes, salads and fruit were in order. The ladies are not in a position to produce basic mixed drinks. The hotel is preferably for parents with children up to eight years to be recommended. The travel agency was especially the satisfaction of the guests and less interested. read more

A very nice holiday there everything: a well-equipped hotel directly on the beach, polite and helpful staff only beautiful weather (and a nice holiday acquaintance). Positive: beach chairs and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach including (and plenty) small shortcomings-evening entertainment by the pool, little variation of the food-not a good choice for families. Conclusion: Good-bye 2012 in the hotel slavuna! read more

We were on our vacation never felt so good as this year. Bulgaria is a journey worth, especially this hotel. You could also one star more in Gergana, but only for strawberries and melon at the buffet the must not be. Yet we were not the last time at this hotel. read more

Outwardly not sondelrich welcoming house, but in our opinion good and up-to-date, and run. The direct beach location made up for it in addition. Annoying is the behavior Wright guests, the all-inclusive as so much as possible and do not recognise borders. We have felt us. read more

Was a great holiday, we were on each case satisfied! Very child-friendly. Came with the bimmelbahn everywhere. People very friendly. Beach 50 meters away. Not pushy salesmen were the on the Bazaar, except for taxi drivers and Horse-drawn sleigh driver. Boom Boom music was it as good as no. read more

One can for little money not otherwise which require. We found it to super. Naturally must play the weather with otherwise could it become boring. Hotel was very okay and the beach a dream. Meal went in such a way. Better however one could be stop all inclusive booked and there is in every other hotel also like that. On the whole it was a very very beautiful and relaxing vacation. read more

we were not content and had something else expected for 4 stars a hotel: Environment substantially, everything purged and renovation-needily, footpaths purged, personal unfriendly opposite German, hygiene very unsatisfactorily, do not eat rather coldly, greasily, on one side, ungewürzt, burned partly! Even the beverages do not have no more tasted one were desireless prepared! The only beautiful and clean was the beach and the sea otherwise we this hotel and/or country not would continue to recommend is which one places no requirements for friendliness and hygiene gives substantially more beautiful vacation goals in the vacation, it for the same money…. ... After a long bus ride to the hotel, we had to wait a bit less than an hour, because the rooms were not ready. Solang we were pointed in the snack bar, where pizza, ice cream and drinks were available. The taste was modest. The staff behind the bar understood as good as no German, only at check-in were good German. The room looked clean at first glance and acceptable, but the last two days have ants underneath the bed spread, which was not so nice. Now to the largest point of criticism the food: lousy is not, the fish ... tasted musty, meat and sausages burned, chips either not through or burned and the rest just tasted disgusting. The selection is relatively small and not very varied. Another German couple, which we met, had the same impression of the food. The only good thing about the food were the desserts and watermelons. All in all, I can only advise against all the food! All inclusive is a joke! The alcoholic beverages are contained therein, are only local drinks. Cocktails or whisky as Jacky must be paid and are not cheap. Do you drink then this local stuff, remains only the try, because the staff behind the bar doesn't understand any German and nowhere is a menu. Vodka is there, but the staff makes this impossible mixtures A, that it is not enjoyable. 4-5 parts vodka and 1 part of orange juice, since the drink just a light yellow color. Even after asking were the mixtures only minimal offset and the tip I can say as an integral young man☺ The beach is nice and right in front of the hotel. The pool is quite small, however, you can at the pool of the neighboring Hotel, which has looked very good. However, I can recommend the sea. Party in this hotel. Bland and boring, except for the Marktstrasse in town, to the relatively cheap with the trolley ' does. You need to take the taxi a good walk to the nightlife to participate. 30 Euro for the taxi are quickly due. The biggest point of criticism was the flight air flight! When arriving, we sat in the middle and with the exception of the ugly green seats and the inferior baguette, everything was fine. The return flight back and we sat almost erleideten a hearing damage. The turbines were so extremely noisy, totally unacceptable! We have a headache and even at full aufgedrehtem MP3 player was not to be missed. All in all, it was a horror holiday a rest, because if you don't like the food, ants in the room and within 5 kilometer around the hotel there is total waste, it's no fun. We found a clean and quite maintained hotel. One noticed that the hotel has already a few Jährchen on the embossment, but no safety lack or serious deterring things were remarkable. Our room was cleaned each day thoroughly, forgotten once fresh towels, which could be requested however at the reception and also then directly on the room were brought. The food offer was well, the dining-hall visible and not loud. Predominantly German guests. read more

    We had the luck - by the off-season - that we got a beautiful apartment… Two large areas and two balconies, which went to the west, so that we could use the in the afternoon sun wonderful on the balconies. We had lateral sea view, which was beautiful, because we had thereby both sea and “jungle” in the view. The rooms were equipped with very beautiful furniture. Two flat picture televisions - one in the living and one within the sleep range. The bathroom was beautiful, however with the renovation no professionals at the work were apparent, after that showering (shower in bath tub) had one only the bath to again drying-put, but also few cheat we the problem fast into the grasp had gotten.

    The hotel does not have separated ranges a visible hotel, - a giant hall as next door in the hotel Gergana. The selection of the meals was not perfectly sufficient for us, it gave a day, on which one would have confessed there helpless with the plate. Unfortunately so many Bulgarian meals were not offered, but we us say to have let that the Bulgarian kitchen is not very special, but from many countries somewhat thereby has. Additionally one could eat in the external area, where one sat practically directly at the beach. The restaurant was cleanly, the waiters friendly and quick.

    The lady at the bar in the lobby of the hotel was unfortunately somewhat unmotivated, but the kitchen personnel was always friendly and helpful, as well as at that beach bar, reception and likewise at the beach. We did not have problems with the communication, German at all “stations” were spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was very well, the once which are missing towels immediately brought on the room.

    Since we were most time because of the beach, I can give little information there, but if one looked for maintenance, one would have found her. The pool at the neighbor hotel Gergana was beautiful and clean, it was always enough seat and couch possibilities therefore around. Our beach was simply wonderful, with fine sand beach and always beach chairs to the selection. The water was fantastically clear, no contamination.

    Fantastic situation…! The hotel is in a dead end. Here really only the penalty, those drive the tourists set off and the Bimmelbähnchen, which drives into the place. Of our 2 (!) Balconies had we both sea view, and the view over the “jungle” - as the guide had described so beautifully - behind the plant. The beach went as it were in the restaurant purely, more near to the beach can one be. That it was a fantastic sand beach, at which one could run also eternally far the rounded whole off. Purchase possibilities in Albena of reaching to foot or with a Bähnchen. We had not looked for, from therefore can maintenance possibilities I no evaluation there deliver.

    The meal in the dining-hall was more delicious, for each taste was somewhat present, everything was always immediately refilled. Disadvantages were however: Glasses came partly directly from the dishwasher and did not warm up so the anyway not really cold beverages; tropical temperatures partly prevailed for an allegedly air-conditioned dining-hall; by it that Mura and Slavuna the restaurant divided, developed particularly at the bar and with the Show cooking relatively long waiting periods largest point of criticism were for us the beverages. Occasionally one had to enjoy it without carbonic acid, in addition they (above all the water) had an easily bitter aftertaste, with which we bring our partial strong stomach problems toward end to the second week in connection.

    Generally the staff was friendly, in addition, not really polite. Orders were wordless received and served accordingly dearless on the bar. German knowledge was sufficient for the communication. The lady at the lobby bar however seemed to prefer Russian guests, who always got their beverages in a glass, the German in principle in the paper cup, this impression strengthened unfortunately also at the other bars. About defective bulbs we had weighted, which were exchanged on the next day immediately. Our Raumpflegerin gets a smooth one. Also without tip (which we gave later their) it deseamed each day very reliably and prepared the areas affectionately.

    Directly the pool belonging to the hotel Slavuna is überchlort moderately responding and easily, however one can use the pool of the hotel Gergana with. The water was always clean in all basins.     The hotel is with its direct beach situation a dream for each holiday-maker, everything is clean, the couches, those free of charge for the order stands is in a good condition. In the catalog here however the fact was not mentioned that the couches and screen in the first row were to be paid (and/or one obligated was 2 editions for 6lw to buy). The center of the city it can make actually good foot on the way, who would not like however nevertheless, can for little money with a strolling course drive, which comes every 20 minutes. Trip possibilities are sufficiently over the organizer to book (we ourselves booked the Segeltörn, with which we were extremely content; here they drive with a sailing boat to a more remote private beach, stay there few hour and go back). From the airport to the hotel we used small due to our bus only 40 minutes.
