Very well maintained facilities, great service. We got a room-upgrade from standard to pool-villa. Very friendly staff, small repairs in the room were immediately taken care of. Huge selection of food in good quality. Spacious garden area, many lawns for sunbathing, sandy beach rather narrow, but by two bathing jetties good possibilities to go swimming. Good Dolmuş-connection to Side and Manavgat. Although the complex is rather large, it was during our travels a peaceful atomsphere. We would gladly come again. read more

Really beautiful extensive hotel in the pine forest. The hotel complex is right to the beach and is very well maintained. The beach is slightly rocky, but bathing is nevertheless very good. Ensure two long docks with bathing platform. A snorkel is recommendable, if you a few fish watching. The all-inclusive offer is excellent, it is missing to one at nothing. We are definitely coming again! read more

This hotel is simply recommendable. A wonderful garden area, a very friendly staff. Ali, the best waiter the I had not up to then seen. In the whole complex a very good service. The food and drinks I can only say, kudos. We say keep it up, until next year. read more

    Standard room in the side building big enough, the bathroom could a renovation use, is however functional okay. The trendy total renovation in the main building (nice showers instead of baths) left elsewhere in the future more comfort hope. Good furniture, a few additional drawers wouldn't harm, otherwise sufficient space for the clothes. The old one sees rather only in the bathroom and on the balcony, power however nothing.

    Main restaurant: the very ample the range of dishes on offer were all of good quality, seldom such a selection in the hotel seen. General impression of fresh, tasted attractive, all würzstufen are on request individually versatile adjustable; also you can see that rather rare in hotels. Everything was meticulously clean and attractive. Kitchen style is not nationaltypical pushy, but variable, you will find easy, what you like. During the peak hours is of course a lot of traffic, but you can manage and outside and inside lots of space. You had to rarely on a table to wait Speciality restaurant: some use, very neat.

    The staff are without exception friendly and accommodating. Here and there get more complicated issues avoid in english, but german was always understood and also spoken. Cleaning the room unproblematic. Reception reacted promptly to requests and suggestions. No complaints.

    Leisure facilities at the beach versatile, entertainment unobtrusive. Beach not free from pebbles, beach shoes would not hurt, but there are the landungsbrücken, even with chairs. Extensive landscaping between the beach and the great pool are attractive and in spite of the many are never crowded. The quantity of the guests distributed surprisingly good. Sea water well, cleanliness everywhere exemplary. Number of of the chairs and umbrellas was more than adequate. Nice, that you before 9 o'clock no towels to interpret may, as would from the staff be collected!

Very beautiful hotel. Very well maintained park and always a quiet spot to relax. Staff were always friendly. Pools are end of October cold but the sea was still nice and warm. Entertainment was unobtrusive. In the main restaurant was a bountiful the range of dishes on offer. A special Highlight the food was in the fish restaurant. Will definitely come again. read more

As we have been 10 times in this hotel our vacation spent there, we feel from the start like at home. You know the management and the largest part of the staff, the one with very large friendliness met. This year the management again big praise vocalize, since the großwetterlage (four days in a row plentiful rain and severe thunderstorms) a rapid reorganization of the bars and restaurants from the outside area in the protected spaces was needed. A hotel which more than trouble, the guest to satisfy. The value for money is very good. The hotel complex very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and always make an effort the guest the wishes to fulfill. Food was very good and varied. Unfortunately there is as well couple things the not so nice. The carpets in the room partly very dirty and unhygienic. The safe costs extra, and the fridge is not worth its names. read more

We were round around content, except for one drawback. The rooms are very worn, but clean. The entertainment was great, the waiters also. You had a lot of emphasis on the customers satisfied. We will, provided the rooms in the main building as announced renovated, in 2013 definitely choose this hotel again. read more

We were there at the beginning of October to visit and it was a great vacation! In the hotel does not exist to criticize:-) the all-inclusive offer is top, for each there was always something for everyone! We stayed in the separate villas area used. The pool was beautiful and quiet, the villas very modern and bar, as well as restaurant in very good condition! The staff are always friendly, it is not a employee met the was unfriendly! The evening entertainment offers for each age group the right. The live band at the sultan bar were always wonderful! ... In my previous holiday in turkey I really bad experiences made, the directed I actually never again in the country wanted. This was our first holiday in Turkey and in this hotel. It was excellent and the very good reviews, we first read, were on site 100% confirmed. For this hotel you can book with confidence, the hotel guests were mostly German, swiss, americans, dutch. The hotel is in good condition. There was no reason, something to complain about. Our room was very nice, the air conditioning very good.     This is the attraction of this house. The best service, we have on our travels had. Really friendly, almost all with good German language skills. Than with us at: o'clock the air conditioning didn't work, was within 5 minutes someone was there and fixed the damage, with natural friendliness, without grumbling. Wether at the front desk, at the bars, for the food or where also always, if you have a employees of the hotel everywhere, always' good day ' and a friendly smile. The rooms were always very clean. Definitely recommendable: the spa area I had very strong neck and back pain and left me massage and must say: respect, completely, really great. As mentioned above, is with complaints very conscientious about.
