We had a beautiful week in Ried and can the hotel in particular in terms of value for money only recommend. Unfortunately was the sauna only when fueled, the Dampfsaune was not in use. Very good cuisine. read more

Hotel was definitely reasonable. Unfortunately you had to begging, so that the sauna put on and also the owners were rather unfriendly. Would but nevertheless go back! Have fun read more

Hotel was fully booked. Room and remaining rooms very clean and bright. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Afternoon snack sometimes a bit poor. Evening meal (choice of the menus)- dissident wishes were easily met, with very rich salad buffet was always plentiful (always 4 sometimes 5 course) and tasty.     We inhabited a larger family room with south-facing balconies, separate toilet and separate bathroom with shower. An exhaust fan in bathroom and toilet didn't work. Telephone and flatscreen tv were okay. Room in good condition always very clean.

    The Belvedere features 2 restaurants and a very comfortable bar. The food leaves in the morning nor in the evening wishes as regards the quality the quantity open. Tables were always in immaculate condition, i8 more fresh cloth napkins. The kitchen was ingternational aligned with good tyrolean twist. Among the guests there was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Tip you could, in particular, with the ' personalschwein be rid of, thus the spülkraft in the kitchen benefit could. As already said, good value for money.

    Boss Elmar and the size of the service personnel were always make an effort, us to make the stay as pleasant as possible: always competent, helpful and friendly. 2 service staff were village in the wrong place, that we opposite the manager have made it clear.     The Belvedere is located away from the street, however we could in a few steps the ski buses reach, which we also hikers free transported. Therefore we could the varied and always well groomed hiking trails in serfaus, fiss, ladies and fendels use.

Staff and especially the boss of the hotel were unfriendly. Complaints were ignored. On the day of departure we had once more pointed out the complaints, we were literally, with the reference, we should look for the next time a better hotel. The food was very monotonous and the buffet was not refilled. Under the moth, if you arrive late, must see what remains. The food was the variety not a four stars hotel. The sauna was turned on only on order, but the order was very difficult, since the front desk was never occupied and staff was saved. The ... rooms are very clairaudient, you can see several. The hotel is otherwise nice and there are enough. It is paid attention to cleanliness and the rooms are big enough. All rooms have a balcony, unfortunately durgehend and is not separated. read more

The hotel is in any case a four stars hotel. In particular, the 'all inclusive' turned out to be a flop. The drinks station was extremely stingy, although the guests behaved modestly. If you want a second drink at the table you gladly overlooked or snotty got answers. Promised services such as welcome drinks and fruit tasting Tyrolean there was no fire, the restaurant was a joke!     The food was good. We had booked all inclusive. At lunch there was a lunch box with a rolls (without butter), 2 disks sausage/ cheese and a apple. A little bit or? Drinks there was none there.

    The staff were except for the manager and a Servicekrakt friendly. In the guest room the used dishes for hours. All inclusive one could not good visited, because the bar was rarely occupied. If you could order it took still between 10 to 15 minutes. (Fanta and Blackcurrant juice were clearly with water stretched) You are apparently mood out, the guests for your all inclusive as little as possible.

You have to look at the bathroom first, in order to protect themselves from spores attack! Room change was possible but uncomplicated by the chef, the room was okay as well. read more

As always we had a great and relaxing holiday in Hotel Belvedere spent. Chief, Elmar has also always very for the well-being of the guests used. Thank you! Service staff (staff) not always very customer friendly. Culinarily we were very spoiled... Thank you in the kitchen... Room fine tip, great. We're sorry, that our judgment on so many good reviews negative side, but a good 4 star restaurant we understand something else. The food was perfect, the room was sparse, but clean. At the front desk was rarely somebody to see, and you always had to ask for information. A welcome drink, as advertised, was forgotten and a Tyrolean plush fire testing with pastries and atmosphere in the value of Swiss francs. 28', with a pass on the dessert was instead, we would have no SFR. 10-well worth it. A request, the chef himself made you had been simply ignored. ... At a packed lunch we believe unused rolls a line may also include a small drink. But maybe we only spoiled and too demanding?! read more

The hotel is in a very good condition, where you from the first moment felt comfortable has. A special kudos to the chef, every day with us delicious food pleased, where the eye full. The staff is very friendly and fulfilled almost every wish. Reed is, of course, primarily a hiking paradise, but also because of the country's well worth a visit. We loved the outdoor area, especially for children very good equipped is. Our figure shows the view from our balcony, where sunshine relaxation is guaranteed in the price. Average hotel with still 4-star standard. Endorsement is however the service. On the way there we decided to stay in the normal times in the sauna. This was without problem open longer. For the food there were however right back one point of criticism, since no choices on the day of arrival ( so the chef plan can). Was especially therefore annoying, because the alternative would have been better and a travel group a large consulting just the food has been granted, which we would have liked... read more

Lovely hotel with wonderful large rooms, very clean, bright and friendly. Modern large flat-screen tv. Separate toilet, separate from an extra bathroom with shower. No knick-knack, but very solid and pleasant. Comfortable large beds. Breakfast buffet fresh and spacious. If I longer holiday would make, this would be recommended addresses! read more
