We had an apartment the most expensive category booked. The kitchenette was, colloquial said, filthy. Dishes and cutlery not clean, the stove with rust and undefinierbearem somewhat hemmed. The spacious shower was in the joints calcified, fungy and with reddish duschresträndern in joints and partition decorated. Change of towels all, two or three days, like the cleaning of the rooms also, a system I could not really recognize. The couch in the' living room' offered enough room, that two persons tile could sit, not close, however also not more generous than on the plane :-). Friendliness is in my opinion no matter of the price. Cleaning: neither was us the apartment clean (dishes and cutlery of the kitchen were stained and filthy), corners and edges are cleaning basically ignored. Dust is probably the rustic flair. We had ten days with half board and according to the too many positive ratings and reasonable price this hotel elective. We had an apartment the most expensive category elective. The hotel has definitely seen better days. In large parts worn, pool area, bar area and lobby are charm of the eighties. With the cleanliness lacking in every corner and end, so for example tables and ashtrays in the lobby- and bar area after the random cleaned and cleared. The location is very central, to the discos and popular bars on the main street and ladenmeile just two to three hundred meters. The beaches from Cala Ratjada are reachable on foot. The largest beach, cala aguila, is on foot however good 15 to 20-minute walk away, if you with flip flops, sun screen, air mattress and large beach bag at 30 degrees started, should already know, what he does. The smaller beaches are closer (son moll ) but also hopelessly overcrowded. I can only recommend to everyone, from Germany a rental car at the airport to rent. The cala mesquita and Cala Torta are by car within a couple of minutes to reach and not crowded, much nicer than the beaches in and around Cala Ratjada. Furthermore one saves the bus transfer airport/ hotel and back, the takes longer than the flight. And definitely from Germany from the car hire, the prices on site are much more expensive. Actually Cala Ratjada a relatively expensive, what the evening out regards, but it is up to each left, inbars and discos to visit.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed so bad that we every word from the neighbors with closed door could hear. If someone through the corridor went we had the feeling as if the latter by our room walk. Unfortunately we had the bad luck the our room directly through of the kitchen was in the evening hour about 3 hours only geschirgepolter was available and it was really disturbing. Furthermore, our room to the street this was nevertheless very loud garbage trucks at 2 o'clock in the morning many coaches and screaming drunk. Small reception, very unfriendly it is still not even greeted if you to the hotel going inside. We were not about the hotel informed like for instance meal times where is the town where the next beach etc. Our feeling no interest in guests. Only two waiters for a whole dining room totally overwhelmed were. We had to partly board itself old plates clearing around essen to go. We had to wait very long until we for beverages were served and were already very often with food ready so that we no drinks more needed. The front desk was partly not occupied and unfriendly. However, there was also a friendly person the bartender this has always friendly in the evening said hello and the, although we never which drank. The grundreinigungn was okay. But were for example mirror very smeared and also after 2 weeks not cleaned. Floor lamps were full of dust. The hotel is located in a side street across the street from an old hotel ruin. All room to the street are however very loud since there were lots of coaches and almost every day the garbage trucks at about 2 o'clock in the morning arrived. From the outside sees the hotel not so bad as it from the inside is. Unfortunately, we were of the positive reviews in the may when booking deceived. Cleanliness in the hotel only superficially, and very bad food. We booked half board. Guests predominantly german age from 25 to 70.

The hotel is however, central to the town and harbor about 5-minute walk. To the beach Cala Agulla it was about 20 minutes.

Of al we after about two hour drive at night in the hotel arrived we were told, that we the first two days first in the 100 metres ² apartment move in, and then to the booked apartment to move. The apartment: The apartment is worn and dark. In the double bed we are spaced zugerollt, so are bed and mattress. The housing door we got only with lots of patience open-it could have been a drop of oil before a couple of years helped. The furniture is old, everything smelled old and musty. The apartment is on the ground floor, therefor we could no door to ventilate open. Not only for potential burglars, also because of the cats. The apartment: Was renovated relatively recently and with new furniture designed. Here the ' spanish thoroughness' to bear. Some light switches were without function, in the kitchen missing the steckdosenverkleidung, the door didn't automatically, you had to always again the card tuck in, otherwise everyone enters can. In the bedroom they had the old musty built-in closet was left. With a bit of oil the doors also easier and noiseless to be opened. Nice was the fitted kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. All in all we felt in the apartment comfortable, even if the building very badly soundproofed is. - a thanks to the quiet neighbors! -)

We had the half board. The dining room was for the grown hotel actually too small. Built it was originally certainly only for the hotel, later then the apartment block, and the apartments come to it. Even if it few days extremely busy, we always found a table. The off-season was thanks. The food was good. Here one has to cooked, you taste. To eat came waiters rum and took orders for beverages on, the right pay were.

The grooming was rather moderate. It was not bad dirty, but it was not the floor or mirror in the bathroom properly cleaned. Then were missing times towels and if you the bed did it happen, that the sheets still perfectly zerknüddelt was. In comparison to other spanish three stars hotel was good value rather bad. The front desk was friendly. Up to the room change we wanted to however also nothing of her.

There is a 'main house' with reception, dining room, bar and billiard table. There are a pool. We have because of the reviews an apartment booked. The apartment is, if you at the hotel along, on Esel past over the street on the other property is. There is also a tennis court. As a layman i would say, in very bad condition. A pool and a café is also available. If you then on the other side of the property through the gate over the street is, is the building with the apartments. The whole has gotten a bit old, while at least with the apartments probably are, the rooms durchzurenovieren.

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet side street and all three beaches are within walking distance. As well as the entertainment and shopping area.

We had booked the last room at the end the corridor on the first floor received. Very small room approximately 12 meters². A 1.40 meters small bed with durchgelegener mattress and very rickety. Only a chair for two. We had a big balcony and a bathroom with glass shower and a window. Safe and hair dryer were available. The rooms were very badly soundproofed. The snoring of the neighbors belongs.

The dining room was very small and close together. He was at the peak often occupied, that is why we are for breakfast very early for dinner only at the very end. Cleanliness has naturally also small written! There were yet fries from the night before for breakfast on the floor and napkins in the evening were long black clumps of hair in it. Very disgusting. The bottled water which we for dinner had ordered, was already rust from the beer. We had never experienced. The breakfast was always the same. Very hard rolls, toast and no brown bread. The dinner was always diverse and sometimes also already cold and three times we only salad and ate pasta.

The staff were unfortunately very rude and abrupt. The front desk was unfortunately not always occupied and not very helpful and friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was unfortunately also not very seriously. They mopped despite dirty floor unfortunately not always. The travel guide not to welcome as one of other vacations knows! We should in the local service bureau will. What for! :-(

Very small hotel with very small dining room. Cleanliness is ok not order of the day. Front desk speaks German well but unfortunately not always occupied and friendly. It was the barkeeper if you to the hotel came very friendly. For this that the hotel 2007 has been completely renovated, it is really beautiful run down.

The location is in a parallel street of the ortseinfahrts. It is very noisy in the morning, since constantly truck's and the garbage often pick up. A bus drove also many a time past. It is only approximately 3 to 5 minutes from the port and the seafront. The is completely okay. Of the two beaches in cala rajada, it is not really so well situated, as the around 2 to 3 kilometer away. No loud bar or disco in earshot. :-) For rental car is always a parking on the doorstep. From the airport it was about about one and a half hours.

Three words describe it perfect: dirty, unhygienic and old!

Dining room was too small, tables too close together. Also in the outdoor area( bar were the tables so close together, that hardly came through ( there you had to also with the suitcases!) Dinner was the first day scary. On the following days, it was ok. The breakfast we found in comparison to dinner great. ( you can not go wrong!)

The rooms were not really cleaned, unfriendly staff and the front desk was not always manned! Every day worked a our tickets, with which we in the apartment no!

The 2 tiny pools were quite dirty and appeared old! The cushions for the sun loungers were filthy and dirty! The sun screen in the pool area was broken (was wrong as the leaning tower Pisa) altogether very welcoming! We have the pool only once, apart from that we are at the beaches gone.

We had an apartment rented. The size was ok, but it was so dirty, worn and vesifft! Everywhere one still found hair, for example in bed, in the fridge! And in the shower. The bathroom door was moldy, the walls were dirty and the balcony doors were traces to see! The beds were the horror- wobbly, mattresses super uncomfortable, so that we after 3 nights everything hurt! The staff members were so unfriendly. When we the cleanliness of the apartments complained, we were still abused! ( my sister speak spanish)! The only saving grace was the barkeeper Nico. He was very friendly, fun and accommodating!

The location we found good. About 5-minute walk to the center( shops, bars, restaurants, discos) and to the harbor. About 10 minutes walk to the surrounding beaches.

Completely renovated. Floor clean, air conditioning always functional. stufenweuse to adjust. The shower absolutely beautiful. The water from the shower head was as everywhere in Mallorca. Either hot, cold or freezing ;-) rarely you are lucky and the right temperature. In the summer but anyway no matter. Closet was little small, but there were enough hooks on the walls and places to put things available. Balcony is nice. We had the direct view on the donkey. The wakeup in the morning the hotel guests. Funny.

1 dining room in the main building. This was to the peak sometimes full, therefore you had to wait briefly. This we didn't bother us because the in Mallorca also in Riu or gruphotels before. The selection holds itself within limits, but we are always find. For us it was a little inconvenient, that the dishes not labeled were. Often we had no idea what this is. One must however say, that we are sensitive to for 1.50 Euro a pizzaschnitte around the corner get. The glasses were often tarnished. The bottle of drink.

You can't clearly say. In the evening the prior sat us a rather bored mr opposite. Nico is super and the boss professional. The following: we had booked an apartment. And therefore, because we reviews the double room were not love it. When we arrived, there was no apartment free. It was called, we can 2 days move! I was extremely excited. The next morning we waited until the boss was there and told her, that we do not accept. Either we stay in a double room and got the balance of total 100 Euro, or our booked ap. Score was a hotel voucher of 100 Euro and free safe. I thought it was great since the cocktails left nothing to the imagination have:-)

The pool was nice and always clean. Very nice quiet and informal atmosphere. Loungers and umbrella sufficiently available. Shower with blinds right next to it. Otherwise you will with drinks served. But we were always at the beach therefore no details.

Great. Definitely again. We would in a heartbeat again.

The way to the beach is beautiful. One runs about 15 minutes, has meanwhile but a dreamlike view of the sea. Otherwise you get to the supermarket for snacks and cool drinks to buy. ( also cigarettes available). So if you interest in a beautiful promenadenspaziergang has, is just perfect. Rather long to the beach as long to the city center. The drive from the airport to the hotel is time consuming. Rather bad. City with shops is brilliant.

Was very small and the balcony went to the street out, view of an empty camping hotel... Was at the first entering of the room not so great, but you honestly: one is anyway only for showers and sleeping in the hotel... I was therefore quite fast no matter. There is a small tv, me RTL, satellite. 1, ARD, ZDF... And other channels, but partly spanish. Bath was very clean, no mold, or something like that. Furniture already somewhat older, but everything was in good condition. Safe there was also. 15, -€ the week, 10, -€ deposit. There was unfortunately no fridge, but we enjoyed our beer- and drinks can just in the bin by of the airconditioning provided (lol). Also cool drinks brought. You can still wi-fi book, costs but also 15, -€ the week, or even more... Don't know more just. I was not interested. I do not drive on vacation, to the whole day on the internet to surf. There is also a computer with internet in the lobby, as you can for couple cents also a couple of minutes short online look or simply with the cell phone go online, so expensive is the not at all, at least with my suppliers not.

Half board: breakfast had everything we needed, from bread and rolls, toast, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, muesli, sometimes boiled eggs, times scrambled egg, sausages, bacon. It was delicious and I always got full. Same goes for evenings. There was always vegetables, fries, pasta, fish, meat, dessert ( different kinds of ice, pudding, and so on) freitags there was spanish specialties, such as Paella, and so on quality was very good for me. What I found sad, was, that for the food never a sign was, which is... Apart from that it was clean in the restaurant, we never had to wait for a table. Meal time was 8 until o'clock and 18-21-30 hours. In the morning could have been a bit longer can. Drinks cost extra, a large beer ( about 450 millilitre) I think was 2,75 Euro, sangria 4,50 Euro, a cocktail 4 to euros

Top. Staff are very friendly, also the cleaning ladies, all spoke fluent German. At the most wicked is the barkeeper, power mega tasty cocktails. Cleaning of the rooms was also good. The hotel is, for children, definitely not what, there was only one small playground, no animation or child care. But there is Catalina, the house jenny. We had nothing to moan about, therefore I can not say, as with complaints is handled.

No sports possibilities in hotel, no entertainment except for a large flat screen, where fans on their cost to come, it runs sky. Discos in 5 minutes away, also plenty of souvenir shops. Beach as mentioned circa 15 minutes away, very clean. Umbrella and you could rent, but we have us with our towel satisfied and just a umbrella for 12, -€ buy. The even the way to house survived. Quality of the water was very good, sometimes not so good. On certain days was the water super clear, sometimes nice and warm. At some times but somehow son dirt and trash washed ashore. Was a bit disgusting. Water is very far purely very flat, perfect for children or ball games. The sand was very fine.

Whole complex consists of 3 hotel, respectively apartment complex, Flacalco suits, garden and park. Altogether very big, number of rooms total I don't know, but in August was not much going on. There are only 2 small pools. In a I am 1 time. I found not bad, in a pool I can at home also, for me was the sea important. We had booked half board. The whole complex was very clean, I almost only German guests notice, once there were also spanish and English guests. Age was from young up to a maximum of 50 I would say, older I had not noticed. Employee spoke German

A bit far away of airport Palma, travel time about 2 hours with bus. But a very nice vacation destination, the compensated. To the beaches Cala Agulla, Cala Gat or son moll is around 15 minutes away on foot, found my friend initially not so great, but you get used to it. All beaches are clean and beautiful, but Cala Gat so small, as stacks you almost, since we were only 1 time. Shops: lots of small spar markets, 5 minutes from to the shops, discos, bars, and so on has a little of Ballermann, you can hear but nothing of in the hotel. There is a large supermarket, the is the cheapest ( Eroski words). Saturday is market, as you can very nice kleidungm, jewelry, bags, and so on buy.

Of al we our suites entered, suggested a stickiness and very damp air grasse contrary to. Luckily we had an airco the 1st day always ran. Why lucky: we had experienced, that in the 2 other buildings (, although renovated) no air-conditioning devices existed! Size: 1 time bedroom with a balcony and climate, 1 time living-and dining room with small old tv, small kitchen cubicles and balcony Cleanliness: superficial reasonable more we didn't in experience bring there us the vacation so important! The windows were unfortunately not sonic and wärmegedämmt. The noise the partly very loud from bar and adjoining street came was almost unfiltered into the room transfer. If you anyway not so good hotels sleeps, has a real problem!

There was a dining room, that every day ( breakfast & dinner) at its capacity limit pushed. Breakfast: 08:00 until: o'clock ( an hour longer, and the rush would be less) Dinner: 18:00 until: o'clock Quality: there was much food, unfortunately without creativity. ( very much from bag & tin) Cleanliness: everything you touched was in the sticky condition, everything really wipe could help much! Kitchen style: one had to go hungry, however nothing more! Price: normal for example 2,25 Euro for a 0,5l of water Bar: really nice, very child-friendly Nico! The barman' Nico' has made a major contribution, that we as guests very good were! Thank you very much Nico!

The staff were in spite of the very lots of work very friendly to us! Thanks Far from enough staff for so many vacation- and hotel guests! Why: full and not clean tables ( partly you had to the do it yourself to get a place). Often staff, that the rooms cleaned, for the clearing and setting of the tables responsible. (, if these changed clothes have? ) Every two days the rooms superficially cleaned! Unfortunately there were very many ants the in all the rooms to see.

There is altogether 2 smaller pools and a tennis court. The swimming pool was in general clean and had several loungers for relaxing. The upholstery was but in the borderline condition and should be cleaned more often! There was at the pool area a whole and a defect sun screen but with the help of palm trees and green its services act. By the three showers was a defective (small damage but worried about it ) apart from that these were by a holzsichtschutzwand good from the pool area separately. There was wi-fi access for a fee and a computer in the entrance area! A great great riding stables where you for little money a 1 --hour ride can do is in circa 10 minutes away by foot easy to get to.

When we on the day of arrival to several busstops to our hotel Flacalco suites three stars arrived, was the 1. Impression rather very modest! At the reception we were however welcomed in a friendly manner and they told us just and objective where all major rooms were. A family-run hotel with a main building and two other buildings.

We were not very far away from the center (5 minutes on foot) and then was one at all important places. For the 3 beaches you had to approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot be prepared! From the airport to the hotel you have to by car about 1 hour plan. Very good streets and a very good signs leave every destination easily reach!
