Were the last time 2006 in the hotel meridianus and it us this time even better. Don't know, if there is a change of ownership has been made, but this time were all employees super friendly and helpful. At the check-in there were free coffee and croissants. Owner ( junior?) seems austrians respectively German to be - very friendly. Food, both for breakfast and also during dinner very good and plentiful. Delicious appetizers and salad buffet. Rooms okay, very clean. Value for money is good to 100%! We will be back. read more

Arrival by car and immediately a parking space under one roof for the entire occupied. Suitcase unloading and to the room bring went via lift unfortunately only to the ground floor. 84 room.
Heated 25 meters sport pool.
Small balcony and small double room.
Ageing furniture of the hotel and the room.
Small and narrow lifts for maximum 4 persons.
Relatively clean.
Seniors and families with small children from Austria, Italy and Germany
No own children's playground, only a small slide.
Paths on the complex are unevenly paved.

Unfortunately we only had 5 nights at this hotel. The rooms are exactly as described on the website. ( Air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV) was clean and well maintained presents itself around the complex. The staff is super friendly. The quality of the food is excellent. ( varied and tasted excellent). Also the Frühstückstbuffet will fulfill your every need. The beach is 5 minutes away. ( sunshade and two pool chairs inclusive. ) read more

The hotel is not the newest, but the very well maintained. It is located in a very quiet corner of LignanoDas food was great. The rooms were always piccobello clean. The beach is about 5 minutes maximum If you are looking for peace and quiet was exactly right here. read more

To make us feel very welcome on our first Adriaurlaub, was especially the hotel Meridianus and its friendly staff. The beach was very clean, pleasant and not crowded. The proximity of the hotel with plenty of shade was also an oasis of calm and relaxation. Cycling in Lignano was a joy. With the Gratisfahrrädern of the hotels we learned the area pleasant response. A further highlight was of course the good food, from breakfast to gala dinner. Top suitable for people seeking quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bikes available (there's free at the reception). The lively part of Lignano about 4Kilometer, yet with the bikes or with the bus (bus stop outside hotel entrance) no problem. The pool top condition and always the same. 28°. This however was already aged hotel is, you can see it again and again has been carefully renovated. Also a short stay as it was for us was not a problem. We will come back again. read more

The hotel is a nice apparently Meridianus family run hotel, about 200 meters from the beach. There is free beach chairs available, if you want to lie directly on the sea must pay a surcharge. We had all inclusive, but were upon check in advised that this not for all drinks. For us as all-inclusive spoilt of course a small PUNCH below the belt. It was, however through the really Formidable food made up for it. Not as with many hotels food in buffet style but you could for the two dishes for lunch and dinner from four different food ... - during our 9 days stay by the bank top. The pool area is covered, but not really whether the server, is just one just 20m train, that's all. For a swimming lessons for children (transferred for) The visitors are mixed. In July when we were mainly Italian and Austrian, but also German, Czech, Slovakian, etc. The rooms are spacious and what is the most important is, always clean. The not exactly modern look of the grounds or the hotel itself doesn't bother less.
