A really good hotel for business trips. It is very centrally situated to in the evening also quickly private things can do. Is located directly on the Stadtpark and the Schlossberg. Mostly you get as alone traveler a large double room. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good. Per stay you can as le club accor member even free in the gym next door guests. Parking at reduced prices are right on the hotel possible. read more

A great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the Münster away. We have a superior room booked. The only negative, the double -bed was relatively small/narrow.
The parking with the kongresskarte was reasonably priced for a city reasonable

The hotel is a bit outdated already, nevertheless is worth for cleanliness and fine. The staff strive, to make the stay as pleasant as possible and are all extremely friendly. The location directly at the city center is optimal. read more

The hotel is probably already somewhat older, which especially at the carpets in the courses and rooms noticeable makes. In my floor it smelled during my stay strongly of vomit when I arrived, which through a large although cleaned, but strong riecheneden stain in the hall and in front of the lift confirmed. The rooms are adequate size, the bathroom was probably teiltweise renovated, since the tiles the outlines of the old sanitation facilities are visible. The center is just a stone's throw away.
The best about this hotel it was wonderful breakfast. Both the beautiful breakfast room (contrast to ... rest of the hotel), as well as the wide choice the food was positively surprised. The staff there was very friendly and attentive. read more

The hotel lies on the edge of the center from Freiburg and shines by good purchase-/ visit possibilities in direct proximity. Nestled in a complex of underground parking and a shopping arcade it is initially difficult, at the house to find.

The Mercure-hotel Freiburg on Münster is very centrally located in the city centre. The whole city center, the Freiburger Münster etc. Are all within walking distance easy to reach. At the hotel it concerns a three-star hotel. Except for some minor points of criticism you can in our opinion the hotel for a short break definitely recommendable. The hotel has a bar with restaurant. Furthermore there is an attractive breakfast area ( everything on the 1st floor). With good weather there is a possibility the breakfast also on the terrace drives. The hotel is altogether very clean, also the sanitary ... installations outside the room. Small seating areas tempt to linger. The employees are very friendly and are willing to help. The hotel has altogether 6 floors (ground floor: entrance and reception area, 1st floor: bar/ restaurant and breakfast rooms, 2. the top floor: hotel room for smokers, 3.-6. top floor: hotel room non-smoking). Gladly again at any time. We can only recommend this hotel. The direct proximity to Freiburger Münster, the city center and the Schlossberg leaves nothing to be desired. Whether shopping, hiking, Cycle, food or whatever, the hotel's location is magnificent. The staff are very friendly and stands in any case advice and recommendations available. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers something for everyone. Our room was on the 4th floor and had unfortunately no balcony, as the views right on the Stadtpark and the Schlossberg was excellent. With closed windows one heard no noise by street or neighboring pedestrian ... precinct with restaurants, bars and cafes. The entrance to the public parking garage was well signposted, however the parking by the public use far away of the hotel entrance. On the separate Parkhauskasse we have our parking ticket in a 2-day ticket moved (25€ ). read more

Perfect for city trip, hotel from the outside not so nice, but the room (even with desk chair and sofa seating possibility) really reasonable, large enough and clean, but unfortunately without a balcony. The breakfast was great, very rich selection, always refilled. Something there for every taste and always and everywhere friendly staff. The location at pedestrian precinct and Münster is not to beat, the window resound perfect noise from the street from! In Freiburg we would the Mercure the Münster anytime again book! read more

Good city hotel a two minutes away on foot of the historic part of town from Freiburg. The location of the hotel really impressed us. In the garage you can at a reduced charge. Our room was comfortably furnished, and we had a wonderful view on the historic part. The breakfast was charged separately so we did not try it. read more

Outside not a nice hotel. Signs of the underground parking for the hotel was insufficient. Within walking distance of the shopping mile is very good in two minutes reachable. The room was nicely furnished, unfortunately, no view as it is only a walls of houses was. read more

We have stayed several times in the hotel, the location is still very cheap (very close to cathedral and the pedestrian zone), is directly reachable (park House entrance 'Karl construction' select, in the first basement right at the beginning a parking space, there is the elevator to the hotel). This time we had no breakfast, because we eat dinner and were not hungry. Just around the corner (at the beginning of the Emperor-Josef-street) is a Tchibo and a Starbucks, where coffee. Was, I believe, a special offer, we paid over the Accor-website 62 euros (but it was, I believe, non ... refundable). After our years of experience with the Mercure am Muenster nothing wrong, if you go into the Freiburg city center want. We always choose then, if there is a price to offer, this hotel. read more

A great hotel-everything Mercure, what you need for a city stay, friendly staff, quick check-in, rapid help with our questions, very good location, right in the center of the city. A very good breakfast buffet, on the summer terrace possible. We felt comfortable and can only recommend the hotel. Furthermore, this Mercure is completely renovated, because everything seemed new, the bar, the restaurant and the rooms-everything was modern-the feel-good factor is given to one hundred percent. It is very centrally located and you don't have to take the train to anywhere else. A maximum of five minutes from the cathedral. A park is also nearby and the Black Forest. The staff was friendly. And as we have said, that we have moved from a smoking room into a non-smoking room, we immediately got one. Everything is around the corner. Price/performance ratio is not right at all. For the price, without breakfast an insolence. Breakfast is not included in the price and for the parking had to be paid extra. A coworker of the night is not in a position, in the right room check in... the handling of the computer is not familiar. Poorly planned reservation and reservation arrangements are not be kept. An underground car park the urine stinks, a maid, despite the do not disturb sign comes into the room, no priority option because the Hotel is located in the middle of a walkway, incompetent staff at the FP!
