The hotel is very beautiful, daily a hotel own bus shuttle bus to the ski lifts, you come in from the slopes directly to the hotel.
The double room are very big and nice!

We were in the week the hahnenkammrennens in this beautiful hotel. For us it was skiers a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The room ( corner suite ) was very big, the location south with a balcony and very quiet; the breakfast buffet was very extensive, the menus in the evening very creative and of high quality, the price of drinks very moderate all of the staff, especially in front desk and service are very friendly and accommodating; the hotel's location is excellent as you ski up to the ski cellar drive can. In spite of the absolute high season -week ... was the atmosphere in the entire hotel pleasant and in no way hectic! The value for money is in any case very good; we will definitely come back again very soon. read more

We were this year for the first time in kirchbeg and are extremely positively surprised.
At the reception we were already on warmest way welcome and felt immediately. The porter brought our luggage to the room and showed us where the ski cellar -in this there also a ski boot warmer (big plus).
The room was quite large and bright and we slept excellent.
Now to eat: the breakfast buffet - just top. We found everything your heart desires.
Also during dinner there are no faults. Both traditional, as well as modern meals were offered here.
With the hotel's own ... shuttle bus-service we were to the elevator and so that we on the day of departure still skiing could, we were even offered the luggages in an area close to.
With all the concerns we were well looked after.
We will in any case soon go back and are already looking forward to our next holiday in Kirchberg, in active Sunny Hotel Sonne. read more

Clean, lovely hotel with great service!
Despite the size of the hotel, you feel like at home.
A family run hotel, by the guest really king is.
There is really nothing to complain about, quite on the contrary.
Great tasty meals are during dinner served!

It is to be marked, that the sauna first at 15:30 o'clock turned on and the resting room of the sauna was so cold, that you not therein could without directly to catch a cold. A sauna without rest afterwards does not have much to do with a spa.
Furthermore there were on one day several hours long no warm water, without that told or that from the hotel a word of either regret or apology came. I thought that was very weak. read more

So:we were to guest in the hotel from 15-12-12 to 20-12-12 from the outside made the hotel a very nice impression and came full joy of this. Friendly welcome and helpfulness with the luggage was also ok. In the room it was freezing and the heater didn't work. Outside it was minus 5 degrees. There were tech. Problems and we were given a heater. First in the evening of 2. day it was a little warmer in the room and an apology for this was unfortunately missing! In the 6 days we only 2 times to evening eaten, because ... the food didn't like. Carelessly, easy and almost tasteless and i in Austria have never experienced something like that. We have the half board countermanded, a credit note we however not received. At least there was the breakfast nothing to complain about.
Since our visit to the christmas party, we can imagine, the here the staff was saved, because the room service was rather bad. On details, i'm not.
I would be really interested, whether the service and the kitchen in the high season around 180 degrees rotates? I can therefore the hotel only recommend conditionally! read more

It was a lovely stay overall, except you can tell the children not alzusehr are welcome. The pool is so the children respectively infants to about 8 years couldn't stand that was rather disappointing we had to then after wörgel into the wave ( water worlds fudge), because the children in hotelppool constantly have to be monitored.

Very beautiful hotel. Very well-kept and in all areas clean. The rooms are huge and bathroom and toilet separately.
The staff are from the reception to the waiters very friendly and very hard special requests to fulfill.

First of all I want to say, that I bad reviews always critical consider and never even wrote. For this hotel I was after all the good reviews however really disappointed and would therefore say.
The hotel has a rather good location and general makes also a good, clean impression. The rooms are on 3 floors and with the lift or over a flight of stairs reachable.
We were in September there, in the hotel were only groups in the retirement age, that didn't bother us any further however.
The parking lot situation is rather satisfactory. One came at o'clock ... of a trip, you had to mostly lucky, a proper parking to find, otherwise had unfavorably on the street will be parked. Here is room for improvement. read more

We had a great family room (on 2 floors ), the staff were very friendly and helpful. One small downside is the lack of children's playground in the outdoor area - the is however only in the summer noticeable. read more
