The hotel rooms are large and well equipped. Negatives in the room were worn and stained carpet, and the flimmernde tv. The raumreinigung found in the morning hours and it was very tidy cleaned.

The food is - as in all Riu Palace-hotel-great. Breakfast is as always perfect: from freshly squeezed fruit juices, eggs in all variants, sparkling wine... Also the dinner: everything is very delicious, well presented, and also enough. The service is in all gastronomic facilities excellent. Unfortunately there is not any more the menus served at the table. And a bottle of wine for two evenings is not possible. A shame!

Our room was, as requested, on the top floor with a fantastic beach and ortsblick. Unfortunately also with the appropriate lärmkulisse, but that was when reservation for block b known.

Sporting activities for example water aerobics were offered but not used by us. The evening entertainment was not amazing, we knew the programmes such as chinese circus arts, music around the world and so on from previous visits. And the evening showtänzer are annoying. If you like it...

As well as in the spring, we booked again in the 'Riu Palace Jandia' a. The hotel is for in terms of service, food, room size, cleaning and so on great. The lots of stairs in the hotel were already visits in the last few years known, after the good food in the hotel (see gastronomy) they are in the food very helpful.

The hotel is directly at the beautiful sandy beach and this is only by some stairs and with the lift. The places Jandia and Morro Jable are in a few minutes easy to reach.

We have a beautiful, massive room with a direct view of the sea received. The room features a 220 centimeter wide bed and a large living room. The terrace was furnished.

The food was absolutely excellent and plentiful.

The service was nothing to fault. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very accommodating, the service in the restaurant very friendly and the chambermaids the rooms exemplary cleaned.

The hotel is in a very tidy state with friendly staff.

The hotel is located at the edge of the promenade, so the possibility the stood rows from couches to escape and with its towel a cozy spot. The hotel is located however on a small mountain, which made the walk into the village a bit cumbersome is.

... Could have been 5 star... Very big with a terrace - clean, quiet - tastefully decorated... Minibar is always filled up... Also here very attentive staff.

Delicious-rich-versatile - really friendly - extremely hard... Peculiarity: there was in front of the restaurant entrance personally welcome ☺

A better service i can hardly imagine. Since we didn't have any complaints, we can't on the dealing with complaints say. Special requests (for example fax to Germany send) without blinking taken care of.

A very well maintained and always very friendly hotel in all areas with a beautiful spacious double rooms and lavish catering with the half-board. German speaking hotel with mostly german guests, little children and young people despite peak season, therefore very quiet.

Hotel lies directly at the beach. Excellent for a beach vacation for relaxation. Shopping possibilities in the immediate walking distance. Excursion possibilities, but we didn't use it, since we in a week the peace and quiet used. Airport is about 1 hour away.

The room itself is very spacious and approximately 40 metres ³ large. Also the bathroom offers generous capacity. Everything is clean and there is no ick factor high. Unfortunately the mattresses such, that at least with us the sleeping quaity gotten massive suffered. Latex mattresses would be rather state of the art, the unfortunately also the small tubes tv is lagging behind. Otherwise also here a 80. look, the a renovation good demand.

The dining room offers a similar 80. ambience. Slightly worn and partly rickety chairs, you could between à la carte and buffet decide. The latter proved to be the better choice. Speaking of choice, this shows more in the quantity, and quality. It is sure a bit, but the quality of a for example Aida restaurants one is miles away. At the outdoor bar then still a negative surprise. The kids wanted an non-alcoholic cocktail, which not on the menu beach, but on demand delivered. However for the same price, like the alcoholic, the price of£ 9 Euro!

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Partly a bit superficial in its kind, but also there is no real reason to complain. To praise the chambermaids, the an absolute top job. Always the room was tidy and clean. Really perfect!

The pool seemed to me a bit small. And for children quite boring. But exemplary, that the whole time a keeper for the pool locally. Therefore you can as parents reassured the sunshine, while the children enjoy. The evening entertainment consisted of a singing duo, which coversongs to bring. Who likes it... In the pool was water aerobics offered, a fashion show was shown and there is a gym, which we however not used have.

... So you can the somewhat outdated hotel describe. It is a typical style of the mega hotels, which the wonderful nearby beach line. The entrance hall is the starting point, through mazelike hallways the room to reach, all more or less the sea view share. In the hallways along is a bit difficult and to some extent is took some getting used to. A renovation demand the hotel good. Here loose tiles, as chipped glass blocks, a broken step. It is clear, that one with the size the hotel not all at once and it during the season is difficult, major repairs must be carried out. However, will be invested here, at the good impression not slip to leave. Otherwise is the hotel not far from the other chains, the on the beach from the Costa Calma until Moro Jable established. Here first of all the mass of tourist in the foreground, which are passed through a lock must. There remains the individual class unfortunately on the way. Nevertheless, for a one week beach holiday you can give something, for more unfortunately not. But also lacks the alternative...

The hotel is about 90 kilometer from the airport, is however easy to reach. Buses and, where appropriate, rental car will be into question.

Huge room. A large bed, two large closets with enough hangers. Large safe (15 Euro), large bathroom with a large corner bath. The sink is located outside the bathroom in the 'corridor', where the wardrobes are. An armchair, as well as one seater couch and a coffee table there were two steps below the sleeping and badbereichs. Large and almost uneinsichtiger balcony. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, large work desk, tv with international channels. Mini bar. So everything, what you need to live. Everything was neat and clean; and i am honestly: doesn't bother me one or another broken tile not. It is not from.

The regular restaurant is for dinner in two layers used. You have to decide either to shift around 18 or at 20 o'clock. A changing of the time is under request the night before however problem-free possible. You have the possibility from the buffet to eat or between a few changing menus to choose, the served at the table (also always to the selection: vegetarian dishes) are. Also with tischmenüs you can still at the buffet serve. The buffet has everything, what the heart could wish for: - large salad buffet (not only green salad, also pasta salads, thunfischplatten, ham plates, different dressings, vinegar/oil...) - canarian specialities - various, daily changing fish dishes - potatoes, fries/noodles in daily changing way - various, daily changing meat dishes (with sauce, without sauce, nature) - various, daily changing vegetables - various sweets, different sorts of ice cream, fruit, yogurts ... Of course repeated the offer somehow, but honestly: if you for the food something to moan about has, the at home a private chef. The breakfast buffet was also huge. Various cereals, yogurt/quark, geschnibbeltes fruits and ungeschnibbeltes fruit, egg as omelet, scrambled eggs with and without ham, fried eggs, hard boiled. Pancakes, the obligatory english breakfast dishes, salad, jam, bread, rolls, Baguette, marmalade, pastries, sausage, cheese, sparkling wine, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, tea... There was nothing to moan about! Of course the premises according to the size-oriented. But one got comfortable at the dishes, had despite being close the next table the feeling, each other on the pelle to hang. The cleanliness was topp, the staff also great. Huge praise!

More than very good. The majority of of the staff has german inform could themselves. Service at the front desk: no negative experiences, and indeed was always a german speaking contact person on site. Room cleaning: no negative experiences. Room cleaning was always until 11 o'clock done. Much praise goes to our waiter and the show cooks in the restaurant. Really friendly, always cooperative. Small fun (' high-five ' with children), smalltalk with the guests... And above all you had the feeling, this friendliness is a serious one. Was also nice, that Uta, a lady from the wellness oasis, weekdays half an hour aqua-fitness,. The gym was, of course, the age appropriate (thus power sport not really usable), but it was really fun. Thank you, Uta!

As mentioned above: Sport: there was a gym with a few fitness machines, two bikes, a treadmill and rowing machine, as well as a treppensteiger. There were towels and there were the possibility, the equipment before and after use to clean. Also a Waage stood available. I only used the treadmill and found the completely fine. Furthermore there was a ping pong table with free accessible rackets. Nice especially for the little ones. A pool table, as well as a Kicker is possible for a fee available. The only entertainment was the aqua fitness (s. service). The pool chairs were excellent. The cushions were sometimes a bit bummed, but it is not. Per guest could a towel borrowed and at all times again the cleaning be replaced. To every two pool there was always a tray, and an umbrella available: therefore for fair skinned tourists not a problem, on an umbrella to come. Also, although chairs were reserved, you could always the possibility, only at 11 o'clock still enough chairs to come (including umbrella). The pool is rather small (with a hotel by the beach yes not necessary), but nicely done and very clean. The pool bar we didn't use. There was but three days a free cocktail by the pool (but it was in our opinion at the then low occupancy of the hotel) and there were always waiters around, so that one also on its couch can order drinks. At the beach are also beach chairs-however, we can not say, what the fun costs and, if which were sold. But these treatments were actively used. The beach is great and very clean. Beach showers, and toilets are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a beach bar. You can also confidently into the sea go; which btw warmer seemed to be the pool.

Although the Riu Palace Jandia has gotten a bit old, we have felt completely comfortable. Nice lobby, very tidy dining room, large and very clean rooms, large and clean bathroom... And above all: everything and everyone really friendly! Mostly older people on the complex, few children; mostly english and german. Facilities: Small, but beautiful pool, gym (treadmill was all right, to the rest of i couldn't say anything), kiosk, small modeladen, free wi-fi in the lobby.

For us absolutely terrific location: centrally located between Morro Jable (small fishing village with a few restaurants/bars and a pedestrian zone) and a einkaufszentrumsbereich of Jandia (supermarkets, bars/restaurants, various clothes and klüngelläden ), right on the waterfront and therefore directly at the beach (attainable through the back entrance). What else could you want? Beach only from the hotel and are there. In the evening one has a lot of entertainment possibilities. And otherwise? Peace! The only negative is, that the four-lane road through Jandia right on the hotel is located. It is therefore for the balcony-users not so smart (when you a room to the street has). One should perhaps watch, that one a room quite far above gets. But on the other hand: with closed balcony door anything outside noise (and could thus sleep well). And who sits on vacation hour on the balcony?! About the excursion possibilities i can't say. We have an absolute relaxing vacation made.

We had a room with a sea view, 308 is very recommendable.

Buffet was always the same, little alternation.

Service is very attentive, during dinner are the beverages not included.

The hotel in general is ok. The rooms were regularly cleaned, the location of the hotel is also great (directly at the beach and on the promenade) Although very to be criticized is is, that only pensioners are in the hotel are. My friend and i (age 22) didn't feel comfortable. There were no people in our age, i think, it's not of the season dependant. The hotel has in general only the older audience.
