The hotel is outdated & 5 stars i thing exaggerated, mountings in the bathroom were moldy, general the hotel is not in the best condition.
The hotel is more on russian tourists, so without english or 'better' even russian... Knowledge is as german there will be lost. We had booked all inclusive, the snack -offer was bad, were in general the buffets rather one-sided. Extremely annoying is the spa - employees, the constantly & daily with their 'great' offered trouble! read more

A very nice hotel with very tasty food. I can some authors here absolutely not understand. It always tasted good and it was in comparison to some other hotels always clean and tidy on the buffet. Swarming with staff, the constantly the optics and mass of the food looked. As with the table clearing or ceilings. For the size of the hotel it is clear, that you have a little bit of time for the food bring along, you're also on vacation. Many note the table-assign by the staff not, it is then also in. And selection of the food ... was also everything OK. Only, if the guests each noon and each evening five plates get, of each meal a spoon draufknallen, then it is also clear, that those after variety cry, they are eating ja every day everything.
Many complain about the beach. If you want a beach trip, to Egypt plans, must be clear to everyone, that it is in a Egypt no sloping sandy beach like in Turkey returns. And then a hotel bad rate, well. The two Schwimmstege are very good, for me personally the snorkeling area a bit bigger need to be. For children or older guests this pier which has got a big potential red flag a bit dangerous, but still better, than ailing wooden jetty, where boards missing (see in Turkey).
The complex is huge, all the guests well distributed. To our time the hotel was not full, I can well imagine, that the restaurant to bottlenecks come, if the hotel is completely booked out. All of the staff were above average nice, and we have never tip given. As one says so beautifully - friendliness is a boomerang-some times to think. By the pool daily different things distributed, a melons spit, then small Erfrischungshandtücher -which was so great. We were also 2a 3 times briefly about the cleanliness and our satisfaction questioned. And certainly, the Hilton has 5 stars, but in Egypt. Like in another review read, the hotel is a bit outdated, however for the price everything was perfectly acceptable.
Our tour operator was also great competent, spoke German very well and gave us the best guides. After in the hotel almost only English are, were tour operator or employees etc. Pleased, as you heard, that we German were. The really pleased and a little bit speak German and fun. Also for the return trip I was totally positively surprised, when we at the airport from entering the departure hall to the entry at the gate of an ETS tourist employees were accompanied. He spoke good German and helped us with this note and helped was with questions always behind us confessed. TOP!
A remark to the hotel management:
I would welcome it, if the dress code at the restaurants as boards described also noticed and the staff the guests with swimming shorts in the evening a long
Trousers etc. Claim. Also some revealing guests by the pool should intervene

Many british people and arabic guests. Dive ocean college not suitable for German speaking guests. By the pool there was no toilets.
Part from the main restaurant has a glass roof. At lunch real it almost not
Possible pleasant to eat. There were sun screens in the restaurant set up! Pool and beach are ok.

You could however as a large downside the annoying couch reserving address, however this would not help, because such people unfortunately, there was anytime again and they are always more impudent! read more

The service was really good the staff in the restaurants was always friendly and accommodating also for our young daughter (12 months) was always well cared for and with toys eurde is also endowed (balloons napkins animals etc....)
Also the rooms always unbelievably clean so, I'm it from Egypt actually not usual (14. Vacation)
We have our favorite hotel finally found...

The complex is wonderful laid out. The room ( against a small extra charge) had a great view over the pool area and the sea.
The rooms were cleaned and were in a good state.
Except hardly ( around 4 to 6 persons) perceptible german tourists came the predominant part of the russian-speaking area.

The hotel area was very nicely laid out, clean and well-kept. This also applies to the beach. Particularly praiseworthy is the friendliness of the staff. All incredibly a lot Trouble and every wish fulfilled. The food is too very good and diverse. It is always immediately refilled. The cleanliness at the buffet and in the dining room left too nothing to be desired leftover. It should be noted, that about 80% of the guests Russians ukrainians were respectively. Came in addition nor Scandinavians and English, we were the only German guests. The Russian guests, during our vacation in the hotel ... were, were however very pleasant and are not, as is so often the case described, noticeable former. Otherwise it was however with the Arab guests, during our last 4 days in the hotel were. The table manners left a lot to be leftover! All together it was however a beautiful beach vacation. a very clean well-kept hotel area. The furniture in the room to rest after twelve years of the paintwork. The service in the restaurants was great, the service at the Chillax -pool can't be beat. Of cold towels on glasses cleaning, very pleasant. If you with the food not great over-excited is: there is something for every taste. The check-in process was extremely smooth. The hotel is good for relaxing and lazy lie in the sun. There is plenty of room on the pool area and had sufficient beach chairs, pool bars and restaurants have a sufficient range. The food was of a good standard. The guests were International, a little negative was the high Russian guests share, their behavior was a bit hard to get used to. The staff was polite and helpful and the rooms had good equipment and were clean.
Conclusion.: I could relax well and relax in a pleasant area and get rid of stress. Had a good time. read more
