allsun Hotel Albatros^{(4.5 stars)}

Rooms are spacious with locked bedroom decorated. Good facilities, but armchair and sofa, who it needed, very soft. No service for the mini bar. Cleanliness bathroom, as well as toilet good.

There's a restaurant and from 6:00 p. m. condusive at the lobby bar. The beverages during the day there was at the pool bar, however only in plastic cups, even if you the beverages not with to the pool take, this would be a point you could change. Cleanliness in all areas alright. Food typical of the country, as well as international, in our opinion varied.

The entire staff was always friendly and helpful. The mass could sufficient german, otherwise could one with english everything was correct. Room were every day except for thursday cleaned.

Animation was unobstrusively, not disturbing. We have however not so much use, since we during the day mostly on the way were.

The hotel is located near the marketplace of costa teguise and about 500 meters away from the beach. The hotel makes a good impression, entrance and courtyard are attractively decorated. The rooms are huge, with closed bedroom, bathroom with plenty of storage space. The rooms are even with 2 flat-screen tvs, in the living and sleeping area equipped. Rooms were regularly until on thursday cleaned. The foodsupply at all times is very good, it was refilled. The guests came from Germany, Austria, France also some local. All in all a good mix. The waiters in the restaurant was very attentive and always friendly.

Short distance to the airport, shopping and nightlife restaurants and bars in the near vicinity. Bus stop about 300 meters away, at the front desk are schedules available.

Size and layout very good (living area with a fridge, tv, telephone; bath, bedroom with a tv). Good equipment. Simple, but decent furniture. Mattresses mattress and quite hard.

A restaurant, where it breakfast, lunch and dinner there was. Little things in the pool area. Two bars. Buffet. Breakfast was great. Afternoons and evenings wide choice local and european cuisine, but also sometimes overcooked vegetables/noodles, artificial tasting dessertcremes. Because of the wide choice (large salad buffet; several, daily changing fish and meat; local desserts such as flan ) however not a problem.

Very friendly staff, even stress. Child animation starting from 3 years. Complaints were immediately reacted.

Good condition. Entertainment available, but not used by us. Sadly no heated children's swimming pool.

Mainly very children friendly seniors and families with small children or 'pregnant' couples. Mainly german, swiss, austrians. State of the hotel is good, it was just a lot of repair, (which at the off season could). Overall very quiet, the apartments are in two to three-story terraced houses, but so transferred put on are, that you always is. Wi-fi is available in the lobby, but for a whopping 7 Euro per day or 25 Euro per week.

Very quiet location, but nevertheless many shopping possibilities in the near and distant surroundings. Also german doctor practice and pharmacies. Airport/arrecife 20 minutes by bus.

Size of the rooms very good, even 2 flat screen tv's, Mattresses were new.

Staff in the restaurant very friendly, Food and drinks good. Mealtime from 18:00 to 21:00, even at 20:30 o'clock Were always still warm food refilled

Staff in the hotel is very friendly and nice also good with of german familiar. Room cleaning okay. Flaws were taken care of immediately

Pool area clean and enough chairs available. Sauna good. Evening shows very good- kinotage steichen and entertainment with gästeeinplanung would recommend. Gym adequate but the muskelaufbaugeräte Not more of today's technology-except the cardio equipment- Another treadmill and the old devices exchange and the studio would be perfect.

Room was great. Beds as already often mentioned, very bad! Boxspring... I could with my 26 years didn't sleep well at all. Wonder how the many retirees in these beds sleep. Furthermore i would like to say, with open window to sleep is in this area very difficult. The bedroom window is also in the higher floors for everyone. The course (in the open) leads exactly past. Could everyone enter. No matter in which floor you slept. Therefore no matter wether a ground floor room or another has.

As described above. For a 4 star hotel not appropriate. The gala evening was actually a joke. No difference to other nights, except a few shells or seafood at the buffet. Around 8:00 p. m. was photographer, aperitif, everything already way. Although it until 9:00 p. m. food. Cleanliness was okay. Apart from the plates sometimes stacked at the table, because the waiters not more to clearing came. Cuisine: pizza, french fries etc. Salads (very good), fish, meat, vegetable Problem : every day the same grilled fish, the same grilled vegetables (i don't eat on vacation liked fish and vegetables, that is why i would have a little variation law) The atmosphere with the meal i can not good. A common, a cosy meal one cannot talk. Mass processing, everything quickly.

Front desk perfect. Employees in the service overstrained. In the restaurant partially very unfriendly. Possibly that is due to the congestion. You will feel zero personality. Everything runs very concept and quickly, because the next guests already wait for a table. Breakfast to go, recommend we arrived around 7:45 a. m. and dinner only at 8:00 p. m.. If you want peace and all the hectic ' wants.

We have Tennis played. Every day. Has actually worked well. At the last day was the key to capacity disappeared, stupid run. If on the first day had happened, we would have probably unlucky. Although the hotel management, reception in general very hard, the guests satisfied. Towels deposit 10 euros,- were great. Can one each time fresh get, on the day of departure deposit back. Entertainment was moderate. The courses are recommendable. Step, Zumba, aerobics etc. Otherwise the evening entertainment, and so on. Not really so appealing.

Room very big and spacious. Separate bedroom. Also very clean. Room with a pool or sea view highly recommended. The complex general is very attractively designed. Not a large hotel block, but cozy houses with about 6 units. Large terrace or balcony. The food is good. One, the lunch or dinner buffet not too much expect. For 4 stars exciting wildlife more variety. It was all good and everything there, but every day the same. Breakfast was very good and really with a large selection. Of the guests... There were 80% pensioners, about 10% athletes, and the rest in our age or young families. Mainly german. We also found negative no bell boy when we arrived. Without lift and a large area...

Transfer from the airport is perfect. About 15 minutes and still no aircraft noise. The place is comfortable for a drink in the evening and a little stroll. Car rental in the vicinity. Elizabeth - very recommendable. The beaches are in february clearly too windy. We were for swimming a day with the car to the Playa Blanca, was very nice and the island point this place is for a vacation very recommendable. Bus runs two minutes walk from the hotel in the next bigger towns. Works great for 1,60 Euro

The rooms were always top cleaned. Our apartment consisted of a bedroom and a living room. Since we 3. were, slept a lady in the living room on the sofa bed, the in the remaining was very comfortable. Unlike other holidaymakers we were very glad, so lots of space to have. The bathroom was also very big with roll-in shower - very nice. The furniture were also typical canarian. Everything super! We were very comfortable. The view from the balcony right on the sea - wonderful!

The restaurant is in the canarian-style décor. The here vacationers on the bestuhlung weight, i can't understand. Also was the restaurant always really clean. The meals were very good, whether it was breakfast or in the evening. Enough choice! For breakfast over bread, salad, cold cuts, cheese, jam, Nutella, sweet particles, yogurt, muesli, 3 different eggs, bacon, hot vegetables etc. Etc. Etc. In the evening different salads, raw vegetables, appetizers, different vegetables and meat, fresh from the grill, fish, desserts etc. Etc. I can not at all everything to enumerate. Something for everyone. The beloved pasta and chips for the the children. A praise goes to the chef for the canary dessert (ice cream with meringue and warm fruits with alkohlspritzer after choice) hmm... Very delicious! Lunch was the food class, whether in the restaurant or at of the pool bar. Tasty were the meals also great. Absolutely nothing to criticize. But i wonder, what some vacationers eat at home, if you the meals in the Albatros so terrible find. Unbelievable!

The staff in the hotel was always very pleasant, friendly and courteous. Whether at the front desk, at the bar, in the restaurant as well as the cleaning staff. The gentlemen at the lobby bar the getränkewünsch were formally read from one's eyes-we have no 3 minutes' on the dry ' sat ☺ The staff in the restaurant was very fix. The cleaning staff were very thorough. Our room was cleaned perfectly-always fresh towels. The request for a 3. chair for the balcony was immediately met.

The sport program we didn't use. There is nothing i can say. The entertainers were very all the guests concerned. There were different game the children and young people organized. The boys and girls were very pleasant. Unfortunately we had no beach weather, so that i cannot say anything. The pool chairs are in great condition, as well as the umbrellas. Also the pool and the garden always clean and the lavasteinchen always freshly raked. I have rarely seen such a hotel seen, so neat. Before the gebäudeeingängen are everywhere large planters as trash, the from the staff emptied daily. Here they upset, that glasses next to the bucket is possible, is really rude. The cleaning staff it of course, as soon as the appropriate building to be cleaned. If someone the dishes in the evening before the open day of the staff puts, should not be surprised, if it until the next day pick up. I think, it is not too much requires, if one the table-ware, that even with the room adopted, in the evening - if you to eat -just go back to the pool bar takes you back. A people are apparently already to lazy.

Very nice and especially terribly well-maintained hotel with nice accommodating staff. You feel very much at ease here!

The hotel is really very nice. In the more immediate vicinity you will find many shops and bars. You can in the evening still nice and close to walking. It is also very quickly at the beach promenade. The hotel is situated right at the sea - only separated by a walk. If you the garden crosses, you get to a gate, with the room card that you could happen. Unauthorised access is denied. From there one is in a minute at the sea. The hotel also features an on-site car park, which you also with the room card arrived. Great thing-there is no fear for a rental car. From the hotel from one comes fast to all the sights. A good starting point for all the tours.

For my terms are the rooms with living and sleeping area oversized. But it is now times there. 2 tv, whether the need, must decide everyone. The furniture have already better days had. The refrigerator was clean, but also not any more the newest. I missed a coffee maker or electric kettle. I have had in a 4 star hotel, always again. The bathroom is a decent size. Walk-in shower. For me was the height of the washstand too high and the pool too far at the back. No matter, was sunday An old water damage on the shower was only painted over. A shame, it is a 4,5 star hotel. The mattresses are a pain. Every spring i have felt. Probably was a mat over it, but felt that, as for inkontinente dependent patients.

The restaurant is decorated quite generous. For breakfast i found it confusing. Only for longer back and forth race, we have the bread discovered, the secluded from remaining meals was set up. Certainly was mostly enough of everything. But the quantity leaves much to be desired. Cold or lukewarm food, ungelaunte waiters and cooks, snotty headwaiter. We had a very nice service and a very nice cook had. The rest seemed shocked, if you speak to them or a good morning wishes. I find it curious, that the only toilets in the immediate surroundings of the restaurant, in the foyer the front desk, math would be the breakfast hours to be cleaned. The cleaning staff then no purely. Just the toilet is not. By families with children i imagine the sometimes a bit precarious before, if you then still the way into the room to carry out. The atmosphere in the restaurant was rather cold and not really welcoming. For 4, 5-star i expected more and elsewhere received even.

Somehow we had the impression, that the staff a bit the mood was. Yes, they were polite, but friendly means for me also a greeting to get on their lips. Most of them spoke german. If not, they were always tried hard. In the restaurant was the staff desperately swamped. Too few staff for to lots of guests. They came with the clearing not at all afterwards. But stalk 2 'head waiter (?)' Through the area, and something dar. There were often no plates or were in a rather dirty somewhat stressy introduced. On 2. day we were asked, whether we were happy. We then have the often cold dishes mentioned. Has changed nothing. One day the cleaning of the rooms the patio door open. On the ground floor not so good. We have the the front desk reported. I did not use the sports offers, but a view thrown in the gym. What i've seen, looked reasonable. There is also a sports with various courses. Zumba, aerobics, rückenfit, nordic walking. Sure you will find that. Over the quality i cannot say anything. There is 1 heated pool, 2 unheated and 1 children's swimming pool. I was not in it, was too cold for me.

The hotel has several houses. Who first time goes, should be 8., that it is not straight in the house 'Lanzarote' will be accommodated. At least not on the ground floor it is located next to the street. It was not much going on on the street, but the currently under construction beach volleyball-capacity was already morning at 7 o'clock the holiday mood spoiled. There is already a dividing window or there will be stemmed. The rooms consisted of living and bedroom. I found a little overdimensioned, but which is it. On the ground floor you can definitely not at night the window open. There was predominantly german guests, the relatively well behaved. There were always exceptions. Especially at the buffet. Breakfast was ok, but every day the same and the rather unimaginative. Despite mostly german guests there were every day rich english breakfast. Strange. In general is the food often already cools before it on their plates. In wärmebüfett it is cold. Freshly grilled was often not through-roasted and was loveless, and this is now, on the dresser geschmissen. Fish or kotelettes were not through. The chef was completely overstrained, as it too much alone had to serve. When i would have a 2. cook belongs. But also here is saved. Who board bay, pay for the guests with half board with. Because no unterscheidungsmöglichkeit is, if you are-or half-board has. Only the room card has another color. But nobody control this. Therefore half board can just as full board.

To the beach it is 5 minutes on foot. It was ok. One goes over a nebenzugang over the beach promenade to the beach. Incidentally, this is local ' villa Toledo' directly at the promenade really pretty. Here you can directly at the sea drink and water. Great. One can shop in the town plentiful. Next to a REWE supermarket directly opposite there are numerous tourist souvenir and other stores. But also jewelry and clothing. You go the road opposite of the hotel until the other bay 'Playa las cucharas ', one comes to nice shops for sports windsurfbedarf, shoe shops and nice restaurants. Here mostly english guests. Restaurant gives it plentifully. Something for everyone. Everyone could find something. Opposite of the hotel goes the bus from. All 20 minutes on weekdays, after arrecife or Puerto del Carmen brought. After arrecife you pay 1,3 Euro to Puerto del Carmen 2,80 Euro per person.

The apartments had a bedroom and living area. Our living room had however to the neighbors a door (?!). Therefore the noise level was still higher and the feeling its own separate living area was not really available. The door was locked, of course but homely not. The shower was great - big and at ground level. Altogether everything is a bit dated, however alright and clean. On the bed one felt the hard mattress in the back but on request there are at the front desk soft cushions (if available). All rooms were exterem badly soundproofed and from 6 o'clock in the morning also heard outside the loud rattle of the when they slammed of the staff... Tip: if you are not in the sleep and living rooms look to, should no room on the ground floor book!

The quality and variety of the food was good. But it was in the restaurant so hectic and loud from, that a relaxing meal nearly not possible. Often lined up, pushed or half the pan emptied, as if the guests never before dinner. On the upside was, that the restaurant without gluten freshly baked rolls offers, the delicious were. But it was almost daily a fight, the right person to find, for the gluten-free rolls was responsible. The stresste and left the frühstückslaune evaporate. Also very negative was, that many on the terrace outside smoked, although no ashtray was, the support it. The food was very typical in the all-inclusive style. On unusual trickery has been omitted and also the breakfast was without exception everyday the same. A small 'fight' it was, still time fresh plates and cups. The overloaded staff came with the new couldn't keep up, although it was very hard and nothing but we were able to.

The staff was very friendly but it already often sorry. The lack of staff is noticeable. In the restaurant is hardly refilled, because the staff with clearing and serve is busy. Everything seems to be relatively hectic and stressed. I had the whole time the unpleasant feeling, that the management personnel costs savings should like to make more profit. Complaints were taken seriously and with professional peace and patience response. The rooms were cleaned adequately.

An entertainment in the evening was almost not available. If a few entertainers einstudierte dances and spectacles perform, is the in my eyes no animation. On other days gave it simple way nothing at all in the evening entertainment or a cd is playing which 'chill out evening or' dance ' called. Pretty bad. The entertainers were however very pleasant and made their thing with great pleasure. There were several pools, including a heated. The area was clean. I found it a shame, that the pools relatively unkreativ arranged and an entrance only over the ladder was possible.

The hotel consists of several the apartment area and is for a high number of visitors laid out. The landscaping is relatively uncreative held. The pools are unfortunately only accessible via ladders. Overall the hotel is relatively clean. However, a shortage of personnel noticeable, so that not everything immediately be cleaned (for example abandoned dishes, etc.). 'zusätzliche' services such as internet access are sensitive extra will be charged. The hotel almost only german, mostly more or less know how to behave. For a 4,5 star hotel my expectations were significantly higher. A 3 star hotel offers the same except for a spa area.

The location is quite good. In a couple of minutes on foot one is at a pebble beach, or a couple of minutes later on a nice bright sandy bay with shallow entrance to the - ideal for kids. The bus stop is also very close, as well as a supermarket and shopping with smaller bars. To mention is, that a complete complex bars and restaurants as empty swept and deserted and a bit scary was.
