The hotel is ok... Food was mostly always the same... However something there for every taste... Staff at the friendliness still something except for the boss waiter the young one was always nice and helpful. read more

After we had the third time at the gold beach vacation made, US this hotel the best. We were very satisfied. The location, the food, ( we always found something) the staff very friendly, thank you very much. As you forest inside gets... Some guests had always to moan. Here you should really not the value for money forget. Who five stars to experience would like, must you book and pay! If it fits, we would gladly come again. read more

The high recommendation rate in february 2012 (as we had booked) is for us not comprehensible. In addition one must urgently from the period at the end of september advise against-everything made to become, also the hotel! The guests were except for a few russians all german. In september are the guests nearly all older, except for a few families with small children, like us. The hotel was on the 1st view clean and tidy, on the 2. view there was some faults. The food is all-inclusive and ultra all inclusive included (at least there were at the bars a ... shelf, in the a few supplements alcoholic beverages stood with the heading ultra all-inclusive) read more

    The size of the room was very good. We had an apartment what around 40 to 50 meters ² was large with a shower and a bath and balcony, as well as a large glass front in the living room the direction of the sea. The furniture was simple and our sofa for example partly a bit broken. Also these were large rooms are very sparsely furnished, what is a real shame. From so nice spaces one could make more. In the may 12 metres ² large hall there was for example besides a few wall hooks and a mirror nothing and in the shower was the small sink no storage space. 1 flat screen tv in the living room and 1 normal tv in the bedroom. Mini bar in the living room for a fee. But you could easily for own beverages abuse.

    The food is one of the biggest criticism. It tasted, with salt and pepper peppered, ok. But after 3 days it was sick, because it was always the same. And the small selection nahm in the course of of the vacation still from. There the buffet with the decreasing number of guests always further narrowed. At the grill stand there was either chicken-pork or small sausages in a constant change and always! The same grillgemüse. At the salad buffet the same. During the whole holiday there was 2 always the same dressings 1 times chili/oil and garlic yogurt. Also the dessert buffet: daily almost same cremétorten. The only good was the ice cream which was delicious. From mottotagen or gala dinner, we didn't even notice it, except for the 2 evenings a bit bulgarian decoration in the restaurant stood. The alcohol in the universe inclusive was a disaster- the Wodka made headache and you could actually everything only with Cola drink. As for the mix beverages the same artificial tasting liquids out of the machines were used. Cocktails were not shaken, but simply poured in.

    The staff were in the restaurant was mostly very friendly, which was partly also on our small blond princes lag. That is always very nice to have cared. But often the staff were also here unmotivated and a bit musty. Worse that was in the bar and the front desk, there you had to part the feeling the people with its desires to disturb. Good was, that one everywhere in the hotel good could communicate in german. Also the child care was german. But sound the entertainment for kids in the catalog after more. It was a room nearby the reception with a few game un bastelutensilien. And 2 entertainers who with the children painted or played and was at 20:30 o'clock kids disco (but partly not more instead of what to many tears with the small led). The small playground was not in the best condition anymore and neglected, but could still without risk to be used. The water slide was great, however i found the depth of 90 centimeter in the children's swimming pool quite high. The cleaning ladies were friendly and the default thorough cleaning of the room was good. But all furthermore was not taken care of. Stains or spills on the table, windows or mirrors were during the whole time not away. The spitzspuren from duschbadschaum on the wall i after 3 days even poured out and used glasses were sometimes exchanged sometimes not.

    The pool was nice, but sometimes a little szu chlorinated -nothing for people with a sensitive eyes. The indoor pool was not heated and a maximum of 18 degrees so not usable. The beach i've already described. Apart from the chairs and screens slow cleared away and only once everything to occastions had, if still which were there. Also stayed in the pool area the loungers at the end probably counted.

    The hotel is located above and on the outer end of the gold beach. To the beach one arrives over a very underkept and broken stairs the only difficult to negotiate was, since my husband unfortunately before the vacation a muskelbündelriß and difficult to walk and our 2-year-old son is 2 time with his small feet in holes in the stairs stuck. This staircase with a buggy to manage is also difficult. You could also the shuttle bus 1 times per hour use. An advantage the location: the view from the room is really fantastic, if one the 2 broken hotels below ausblended. On the beach promenade you can find numerous shopping and entertainment possibilities. But you can find at the end of the gold beach only stalls and barracks. Many of the buildings, as well as the paths and streets are in a good condition. The hotel's own beach was very dirty: cigarette butts, algae shells and partly trash. In the water was after about 1.5-2 metres a ca30-50 centimeter high level washed ashore, the almost exclusively from muschelbruch was, at which one the feet cut has. The loungers, cushions and umbrellas were often broken.

A great hotel in a quiet location, however beach and shops are easy to reach. Staff especially the entertainers were very pleasant, for our daughter a real highlight. Bulgaria always worth a trip. read more

I was to second time in this hotel and again felt at ease. There will always be people who, the for example say, that the food repeatedly, then I ask myself, what these people at home eat. If for example Gulasch repeatedly, then we must not forget, that alternating pigs -, veal- or Geflügelgulasch is, the with other Spices is made. The fresh rolls however were in the first week knackfrisch and crispy, then only small, tough and limited without poppy or SESAME. Erstaun daily were also always many becoming reserved tables in the restaurant. For regular guests were, then ... they should also punctually there, so that the tables the remaining time can be used. Everything else you can only with good, the staff are friendly, the food is diverse and everyone could always find something, what he can eat. I would gladly come again and can recommend this hotel. Top hotel, we will every time gladly again! We could get a good rest. Staff, all very friendly and nice. Also at the beach everything in top condition. We were already in some hotels the golstrand, but this is by far the best so far. read more

It was a great vacation, as we have been the 4. were times there were the savings extremely noticeable, which we found to be somewhat disturbed. Savings: there was no tomato juice more, there was in the afternoon no fruit more on the cake buffet, there was no rose wine at the bar only in the dining room. Far was the outdoor swimming pool not anymore like last year cleaned daily, but if any 1 time in our vacation(2 weeks). Whether this savings are useful Waage I doubt. Unfortunately. The food would be with spices much better and one could ... which the offer is really more trouble. Other hotels offer also more selection of, and also more taste in the food. Oh the beach could be a bit clean are kept. read more

Hotel recommendation yes, Küchenempfehlung no Food was badly peppered with a lot of sheep or goat cheese. We found good, that three times a day fresh fruits gave, however always the same. Room and bathroom were always very clean. Staff ( for example Entertainer ) were very friendly. read more

The hotel is not too big. The pool is for the hotel inmates large enough. The complex is well arranged. It is clean. The food could been more diverse and the selection was also very modest. It were too many German guests locally, about 10% of the guests were Bulgaria. From 2a 70 years were all age groups represented, the majority of the guests but were middle ages. read more

    The room was absolutely okay. There is air conditioning safe but you extra pay, telephone, as well as mini bar, tv with 6 German programs and balcony with a table and chairs.

    There is just a restaurant, the à-la-carte restaurant is. The dishes were now not so the racer and the beverages also not. I believe it gave caring type Cola and some juices simply only sweet.     The entertainment team was quite young but trouble the people to converse. Children care was possible. In the hotel there is a mini shop approximately 6 meters². At the pool and the beach there were enough loungers and umbrella.

    The hotel is not too big. The pool is for the hotel inmates large enough. The complex is well arranged. It is clean. The food could been more diverse and the selection was also very modest. It were too many German guests locally, about 10% of the guests were Bulgaria. From 2a 70 years were all age groups represented, the majority of the guests but were middle ages.

    The hotel is on the mountain, so were all the paths a bit cumbersome. To the beach drove however hourly a shuttle bus - bus. Apart from that everything is very cheap by taxi to reach. At the beach can one has about 3 kilometer length shops, restaurants and various possibilities to celebrate. There are Bayern tent, beer king and various other pub.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms huge and simply great! The staff very friendly and helpful! The location I think perfect, it is not right in the center, but just in it! One has at night and during the day many peace and if you want to, you can directly at the beach, with the chairs and umbrellas it's a fight, but you can always get something, one must stop sometimes a bit wait! The hotel is for families perfect, if not the food would be! To three days, one knew the entire menu, the dishes were however more ... often other 'packaged', but everything tasted the same! Not bad, but this is for 4 stars clear too few! The selection of drinks could be more spacious! So if the food would be better, definitely again! Therefore at point recommendation a no! read more

    The entertainment is very nice and not pushy! The pool is clean and you can really great relaxing, the noise level is despite families not large! So something for everyone! Chairs are enough there! Just, as everywhere, the popular towel- reservierspiel in the morning!

All in all a good hotel. Negative: you should the hands from the chicken on the grill, since it was often not completely through-roasted-must definitely not Salmonella are, also other Bacteria not Darmfreundlich. Apart from that the food was, if you are not sensitive to this things is, always diverse - we have always found something, that tasted good. The soups were always good and also the salad as we could judge fresh. The drinks were oK-not alcoholic beverages at the machines were no juices, but syrups with water ( mostly usual in such areas). The staff were, except for ... a few exceptions, child-friendly and helpful. Our apartment was always clean and the general Sanitary areas we were very pleased. Very clean and especially aromatic. The pool could altogether slightly bigger and a more beautiful children's area have, is however nevertheless enough. The beach area is not completely great, because of the stairs, you should it but positive-a little exercise could not hurt. For people, the are light on their feet of course, a shortcoming. We felt altogether good relaxed and found everything all together very nice. read more

We were as a family on the way it was the nicest vacation. I can only say the most of the information was not vote the rooms are big there was a lot of food and delicious. The entire hotel is huge. The pool is large and nice. It is also not far 5 way from the beach and you can also quickly in the promenade. There is wide choice in the hotel what you want. I personally can really recommend the hotel. We go this year also again there. read more

This hotel you should in the late season definitely not visit, if one much value on variety in the field of food and animation I would like. There was the same food everyday ( Noodles with tomato sauce, chicken and pork, in salads only gherkins and tomatoes, moldy toast and sausage, the soups only Hünersuppe and potato soup. The animation was not any more available. Evenings there was boredom in the hotel. Otherwise was the hotel very a long way from the beach away. This was only on a very steep stairs or hotel bus to reach. The alcoholic drinks ... was the alcohol too much in the cocktails. Otherwise there was also mold in the bathroom and it was very dirty. Only positive was the food in all carte restaurant and the staff's hospitality. With money you could here also a lot of rules. So nothing for a small wallet. The shops at this time already closed. read more

    The size of the rooms was very good, there was a large bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer. The room had a big balcony, a modern air conditioning, mini bar and safe ( against deposit) and a tv with a few German channels. In this clean and beautifully furnished rooms you can feel at ease. The only downside is, that you very badly soundproofed are, you can hear even the noise below the front desk. However are also only the rooms recommendable, not necessarily on the lift are dependant, since this extremely slow and there was usually too far down halted, so that a stage in the off was created.

    The restaurant has in comparison to hotel only stars, which clearly noticeable makes. You can only sit inside, where also grilled. This means, you come to the restaurant and for the first time in smoke and unpleasant odor wrapped. The quantity the salads and main courses was all right, with the desserts there was every day besides ice the same 2 cream cakes. Unfortunately we have to say, that the preparation of the meat was very poor, since it permanently, no matter wether chicken or pork, grilled or cooked, raw was! Especially ironically is, that the hotel is aware, that lots of guests stomach intestine -complaints get, which by many placards on restaurant and in the lift can be seen. ( see pictures) These placards type however the guests the blame for these complaints. The themed evenings were except for the bulgarian evening not significantly different to the normal evenings, since the dishes anyway every 2 days repeat. The only good food was the à-la-carte restaurant, whereby it there almost the same (same salads, ice) only better prepared and kind beautifully presented.

    The staff speaks very good German. Generally it is in Bulgaria but with Russian better. The best service supplied the cleaning ladies, the room very thoroughly cleaned and daily the towels were changed have, even if they are not on the floor were. All 2a 3 days was the bed linen changed. The front desk employees fell negative on, since these only 3 time have had to address, in order to be seen. The wishes were surly, but fulfilled quickly. The only good thing barkeeper, was the at the pool bar. The others were constantly absent and furthermore very unfriendly. The beverages were, inside as well as outside as long as not explicitly glasses been asked, in non-returnable plastic cups served. At the beach or pool is the during the day yet reasonable, however evenings after eating just a no-go! So what I have in any hotel experienced! If you a glass of got, in leaving the table from the barkeeper fierce asked, you back to the hotel. The waiters in the restaurants only non-verbal the tables and the very slow. Often the dirty tablecloths not changed.

    The pool was size wise well and always clean. Loungers by the pool there were many. The beach was not so clean (cigarette butts) and chairs were there gefragter, so you until o'clock at least there be had. 2 loungers with editions and a umbrella are for this hotel included. There are showers on the beach, toilets, changing rooms and the beach bar. Overall we were with the beach satisfied. The entertainers were nice, always greeted and in a good mood. The entertainment program however seemed rather unprofessional and not well organized. Many things found not at all instead of ( for example shoot), as the entertainers often not at all were present. The evening shows were always the same (in 9 evenings 3 times bingo, 2 times quiz) and after about 20 minutes to end. Afterwards were the entertainers with themselves and have between them for example air hockey to play. It was far from enough to the guests received, but it might be, that already low season was and the entertainers not trained.

    The transfer time from the airport is with the taxi ( maximum 20 €) about 40 minutes on the bus (1,5 Euro) or taxi (maximum 10 €) one can drive comfortably and favorably to the regional capital of varna, where a orthodox cathedral, old roman thermenanlagen, a dolphinarium and numerous shops are. The city center of the gold beach, by also many shops, restaurants and bars are, you can in 20 minutes on foot or with the 'midget train' for a Euro. Around the hotel's own beach to reach must one stairs run and approximately 400 meters put aside, what with the heat also for young people quite hard. Alternatively there is a free shuttle service, the one time every hour to the beach and every 30 minutes from the beach back. The table cloths were not clean-it is simply unbearable. The beach have the staff not at all clean. Chairs on the beach partly perilous. And every day there was Battle chairs on the beach to get. Because of the dirty tablecloths and not clean beach I can't recommend this hotel. However the room was huge and also bathroom was large. The animation team was all right and the best Alex. read more

Any time to this hotel again, but not later as early September, because then end of the season. At the beach they would still be controlled better if you are entitled to chairs and an umbrella has, that is very annoying stressful. read more
