We were already 4 times in this complex. We like it very good. Especially the location, the size the sun terrace and the proximity to the beach. The food was delicious and the variety of dishes enough for us. We would come back any time in the Sol Sun Beach have a vacation. read more

The hotel is located extremely central directly on the promenade and is reflected in the response of the evening bars to hear. For me not disturbing but who the evening peace loves, gets this not on the seaside.
The hotel is already aged and is in need of renovation. It was spanish clean and there were no bugs. The furnishings leaves much to be desired. A bit more (no table and no chairs in the living room, only a couch) would have been for much more comfort sure.
The other facilities, in the bar there was 2 events, is run ... in a very open manner, not very inviting.
The other encouraged were accordingly. The roof terrace, with a pool and bar, was very spacious and clean.
I had a studio with a terrace on the seaside. Generous in size and the facilities were clean. read more

First we had an apartment on the promenade with grid but could after 3 days exchange with sea and pool view top floor.
The large awakening was at our last day at 05:15 o'clock was wake-up service, my grip to backpack (cash, EC, id, credit) went into the empty we we were stolen. The day before the tresorschüssel submitted, we suspect that the thief somewhere the information had. Please take your valuables on the final day right to bed, else can you go like us! read more

For the 3. time in Fanabe, however this hotel was simply only extremely bad. This refers to state of the hotel, on the staff's hospitality undvorallen on the food. No variation and tasted not recommendable. read more

The location of the hotel is indescribable. We were able to our balcony direct on the sea look. The only negative was the lack of a air conditioning. The nights were thus hardly bearable. read more

The Hotel Sol Sun Beach is located directly by the sea. It has a sun terrace, where one directly on the sea can see. This is very nice.
Evenings the animation at the pool disturbed, if you wanted to sleep. One was in night as well from the trash collection woken up.
In the kitchen in the room there were mini -ants, less beautifully, but you get used to it with the mini animals to life and are looking for other closets, food store. read more

Nice, ageing complex, the nevertheless charm has, if you have the flaws knows. (Reference to winding rooms, the location, etc.). What's really great is the proximity to the beach and the pool. Less great in the area is, that you always' raised ' will things to do, to buy etc. Very commercial and tourism, the idyll Tenerife at this place more, however it is a good starting point!

The room and the furnishing are outdated. If you're in a renovated rooms cost ten Euros per day, tv cost ten Euros per day. Entertainment miserable. Kitchen is OK but one-sided. Two weeks almost every evening the same food. Rooms are very loud, since a part of the window through a hole plate has been closed. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. In the hotel at least five to six times we saw cockroaches. three star hotel in no case. Geldmacher and miser.

No matter what room type you, you will now go to the spar-studios. Then you have to complain and we might be able to move. This, we weren't the only ones Sunday the cleanliness of the studios is: does not: dirty tiles (hair from the previous guest and other), the mattresses were dirty (blood stains on it), the rooms had round corners, by the cleaning were not square (there collected the rest of the dirt), pet farm in the form of ants and cockroaches (I know, we were in the south, but even there it means), to finish off with ... a warning: if you need anything, then all at a price you can rent (kettle, tv, safe, etc. parasol) and the change is only an additional fee of 10.00 euros per day. read more

This hotel is in a very good condition, but make sure you don't get a room on the ground floor book. As in a prison, bars on the terrace, and right on the Promenade, everyone looks on the breakfast.

Overall the hotel is a good choice for families. But after the book directly from hotel the basic parameters of the apartments to confirm. Reason:
> We booked " (1 bedroom) apartment 1 " and:
> A large room with a kitchenette and a through a wall separate 180 centimeter " bedroom ". Consistency was, that our 18-month old Junior as well as the parents disturbed nights have suffered.
> We have sea view. At lunch it was even in October on the balcony and in the apartment much warm.

All in all a good hotel, absolutely to disadvice from the studios in a block, because they are like in prison behind bars in the basement lives. The 10 €per night for extra amounts to a better room, which should be used.
The choice of food was almost the same every day and not particularly well stocked. All in all, we would recommend only breakfast and evening except house eat. read more

The sun beach is actually a beautiful apartment in a great location. The pool area was very beautifully designed and made a clean impression. Unfortunately, the hotel has a problem with the cleanliness. Example: on the steps to our apartment was for seven days a large clumps. There are also many roaches in this area, the time in the room to work. Cleaning ladies were apparently only supernumeraries. Positive is the location and the view to evaluate. Quiet location, but good transport links, about 50m to the beach. In about 800m was a real dream. read more

You have to be aware, that it is a 3 star hotel in spain!
The hotel itself is nice and the size was pleasant. A great advantage, if you don't like hotel complexes. You have to make sure which room you get. Definitely not a 'low-cost' room book. These are in a block on the waiters and directly to the promenade. read more

We were 7 days in this hotel. We have been here before booking after reading the reviews and opinions informed. We were therefore of the opinion, that the rooms in the specific 'low cost' rooms are. Since we were charged more for our family, we hoped for a room in the shot over. But unfortunately, that did not Sunday we were shipped into the waiters. The room had a kitchenette, a pull out couch for the kids and a separate bedroom. The terrace was very large. But the view was unfortunately not very great. Very nice beach nearby the hotel area, especially for people to be recommended, the giant hotels not like that, however you should at the check-in make sure, that you didn't have a room in a block adopted, otherwise you land in, thus directly at the front desk reject, it worked. read more

At check-in we were in block C said, this is probably the worst rooms in this area. The view is a mega Hotel bunkers and the ventilation Parkings 24 hour is in operation. We were given a room with a sea view, (as well as booked) but we had ten euro per night extra. Tip: avoid this hotel, the noise was not bearable still came additionally, if you would like to hear a broken water pump nonstop? Only after energetic protest was stopped, but the water in the pool was only limited has been circulated. The Internet offers were poor ..., badly thread stürtze the server. cost 1.50 euros for 15 minutes but the demands at the information was only shrugged their shoulders. EMAS Probl.
