Hotel lies unfortunately somewhat isolated, but we knew that in principle before. Staff were helpful, spoke several languages.

International audience with lots of children and smokers
The smokers were allowed, of course, only outside smoke, but were everywhere represented and annoying, for former smokers \u263a smoking ashtray
I write just my experiences lunch & location, rest you can well in other reviews read.
In the restaurant for lunch always angebraten and fuming gekokelt, without an exhaust fan.
The smoke was in the entire restaurant and i always got coughing fits. Unfortunately.
It was really gross. Outside were rare tables free and usually it was anyway too cold, although the swimming pool, in the lunch restaurant was, very good ... located.
(and always done, garden work, renovations, it is well maintained)
The culinary diversity was not available.
Drink machine area very cheap, simple orange juice out of the bag, bad coffee, not enjoyable really and if you flat water to have wanted,
Was always rest juice with in the cups.
At lunch it was a release, noisy and smoky.
Used tables were always clean made, new ceiling mood and the cutlery with a loud hullabaloo in the somewhat stressy slammed. The two waiter were really overburdened, the entire restaurant clean to keep. So busy and the stress and accordingly loud.
Often there was also inedible fish or meat. Verkokelt, bones, it smelled often very strong. Good fish smells not so stark.
Salad saved me always-the was always the same-so i can leave, with carrots or beetroot with sapling through the lunch to come. Usually there was still 2 mixed salads from the leftovers from the previous day (for example bean salad with sardines in oil or salad from potatoes with eistücken and thick mayo)

For 4 stars you should consider oneself, what one does.
The rest of the hotel was very ok. Very suitable for children and accordingly lots of small children and children there, also because of the season (christmas).
For christmas and new year's the very much trouble.
Nevertheless for this price & performance -proportion very difficult, the than adequate to feel, even when the hotel from the excessive price least has.
However in other countries is 4 stars already very much of high quality and no kantinenabfertigung. read more

The hotel according to the price performance ratio; but it is rather far from the beautiful beach! Unfortunately the hotel bus only 3 times per day and if the weather will change-you have on foot home run, or wait... (in Costa Calma there are only very few public bars)
The bar, lounge and disco were quite boring and they offered no entertainment for young people. :/
The breakfast and dinner were very good and you had a lot of choices; if the lunch was the chefs not so imaginative.

Somewhat sceptical because of some of the not so good hotel reviews we were pleasantly surprised. The value for money was to us completely okay. Especially worth mentioning was the cleanliness and friendliness in the hotel. Facilities, drinks and food was good average for a supplier with all included.
During our long-term vacation annoyed the larger distance to the beach. Direct to the water circa 1.5 kilometer, to Sotavento beach about 3.5 kilometer. there was at scheduled times 3 times per day a bus connection from the hotel to the beach. read more

We are with our son (11 years) there well arrived after about 1 hour transfer from the airport! The staff was very friendly! I had read here, that a hairdryer be should, but was not the case! A short comment at the front desk and already was a hair dryer in the bathroom. Safe costs 2.50 per day and you could get towels against a deposit of 6,- Euro!
No free wireless internet access! Available but for a fee.
3 times per day free transfer from the hotel to the beach. To my travel time no reservation of ... the chairs necessary!
In the house there is, if you see, ausbesserungswürdige posts, of which one however not disturb them! The food you for one week from, skin but none of the stools!
For horses lovers:
My wife rode for 40 years and we try again and again on vacation horseback riding! Like even this time.
Horse riding on the west coast in La pared. A let down as always if you on vacation really want to go horse riding!
Too expensive, exclusively step and which each rider dreams (gallop at the beach) was not, because the access to the beach from a storm before some time destroyed! A beautiful sightseeing tour, however nothing for people the horse riding!

The four stars were probably won in the lottery. The hotel lies slightly off the beaten track and to the beach

The hotel is located in a quiet area and isolated. The evening events were rather which for children. The whole environment is dreary and it lacks the evening atmosphere. Many smaller restaurateurs have sealed off. The dining room promised more ... than it in reality was. There was no day in which one not before the plates had on leftovers of food. The on the internet to-sighted fitness area was almost did not usable. With a/copier hanging broken parts down. The weights hanging on a fatter cord! Bikes, treadmill and the remaining komponeneten, because never maintained-didn't work more. Shameful this as a fitness area and thereby also still advertise. We had a lucky hotel booked, and yes, it was the' Drago - park'
It is a large complex, which is getting quite old. It was partly renovated. Our room was new bathrooms, the furnishing is also new. The tv small, but that is why you yes no vacation. The air conditioning worked, although it was throttled, but it has already cooled.
The food was good, there was very often fish, what for me great was, only my husband was not impressed. There was meat, but not the wide choice what he otherwise were used to.
The pool is also ... large and clean. Due to the heat, the tiles in the pool area raised, m but also therefore, because the for the tiles no trennungsfugen make. And the heat extends the fließe and so on literally this is a daueraustelle. It was in the whole complex very much very clean. However because the hotel is already older ', these traces not kill.
The staff were in every area, wether in the lobby, or pool area, as well as room or restaurant very polite and anxious that you feel comfortable.
The average age rather 40 +, but this is also because of the travel time.
In the first week were more German speaking tourist there. In the second week came lots of russians ( were all very pleasant, we have some already other experiences made) and spanish in the complex. read more

Was a great vacation for a young couple. You get for the money nowhere again. Really clean. Very good selection of food. Excellent all inclusive service. Environment is matter of taste since around half of the hotel desert is. We found the super. Road to other side the island 40 minutes on foot through the desert. On foot to the beach 15 minutes bus runs 3 Times there and back. Are definitely coming again! read more

Price and performance is ok not match. The waiters were overburdened ( understaffed). The daily Cutlery was in a desolate state. The selection of dishes didn't correspond to a four-star hotel. The audience was during our travels, rather young, with high Eastern European share; which often cause any disturbance! The size of the room was OK, the bathroom must be reconditioned. The pool area was very pleasant. On foot to the beautiful beach about 30 minutes. Hotebus free; runs 3 times to the beach. read more

An outdated hotel with many faults. Definitely not a four-star hotel. No fridge in the room, no hair dryer in the bathroom, all around worn down hotel. Wether room, bathroom, pool area, restaurant, everything should urgently be renovated. Otherwise we had the feeling, that the staff very stressed was. They had no time for a short conversation, tables by the pool were never cleaned, room were not cleaned daily and so on if the weather not so great was, oh well. read more
