large sized rooms plenty room round the beds. my room had aircon but im noy sure if all the rooms have so best ask. in the room was a mini bar fridge with plenty goodies in it. showerroom was clean and always had hot water with great water pressure.

the hotel has two restauants. the one on the first floor is for guests only. the other is also open to the public. there is a good mixture of food available.and the tables and dining area was always clean.

this is a family owned and run hotel.maybe the only one in sunny beach,and thats what makes the difference,were they take great pride in giving there guests good service.all the staff are very freindly and are always happy to help you. the rooms were cleaned dailyand my room was a good size with good view overlooking the pool.

pool is a good size and was very safe and clean.with plenty sunbeds available. and there is a poolbar

this is a nice size of a hotel its not to big and its not to small. i think there is about 150 rooms set in two main buildings.one has six floors the other has two.the hotels sits inside a lovely well kept garden.at the front is a nice safe family pool with poolbar,lots of free sun loungers and large lawn area for sunbathing.round the other end theres a nice garden restaurant with bar-bq area,there is also a kids play area. hotel meals are served on the first floor,were you have a big choice of east and western types of food.both for breakfast and dinner.

the hotel is set back about 300m from the beach,easy 5min walk.and is also close to to center of sunnybeach,so you dont have far to walk anyware.theres plenty bars,discos,restaurants and casino's but i must say its still nice and quite at night time. there is a handy bustop and taxi rank 50 m from the front of the hotel. bus costs about 2lv to nessiebar.taxi about 15lv but always ask the price of the taxi first.or you could hire pushbikes at the hotel reception.

We had no air conditioning which wasn't so bad as our room had no sunny side ... As said, the room were cleaned daily, hotel is located in a quiet area, you can sleep with the balcony door open ...

The food was ok, not more or less. It is the same every day. All you have to do is very soft pasta with sauce+ potatoes prepared at least daily menus. Otherwise always any special "Vegetable bake"(courgettes, beans etc. ) Salad in the form of cucumbers, tomatoes, Krautsalaten etc.

The staff was partly friendly, at least the younger members of staff are very friendly ... The older were were rather annoyed and for not to.

We were mostly by the pool, since I was no way reconcile themselves with the algae in the sea. There was always a free beach chair and contrary to the beach were free of charge. The beach is only with a deck chair forward beach chairs (7 leva/3.5 € per day) and pool attendants are also very accurately and quickly: -) Otherwise there was some leisure facilities including jet skiing on the beach ...

The hotel is a medium sized hotel which for Germans and be frequented mostly East Europeans. The maid service every day, but not change the towels every day, so not after the first use on the floor throw: -)

walk to the beach about 10 -15 minutes, as you walk into are a number of small shops, as well as restaurants and bars. If you want to go on holiday in discos, I would recommend you to stay somewhere else because the "party" you would walk around 15 minutes ... Otherwise nearby many nice bars in which constantly happy hour.

Our room was good size for two people, but probably tables for 4 double bed room as we have a single bed and a pull out armchair. In the fridge is space for drinks and ice cubes, thanks freezer. The bathroom was in order with the size, there was no shower cubicle so was then the whole bathroom would get wet. TV was very small and had only ZDF as German program. We've then usually Polish VIVA let it run. Our balcony was rather large, probably because our room for more than 2 people. Had a window Schnakengitter but sadly we didn't have any air conditioning. Tried to change rooms because the first night was unbearably hot, we got a fan because there was no room with air-conditioning was available.

The breakfast we tried it once but didnt like it.

The staff was polite but not very friendly. It depended on who reception. It was open 24 hours, and in addition was always a night watchman below. We found that very positive as you really felt safe. The hotel director who spoke good German and was very friendly. We were able to check out everything possible questions and she gave us great tips for pharmacy or large supermarket. Got fresh towels every 2 days, the room was mopped daily, trash emptied and the beds were made. The cleanliness was in order.

The pool was good from the size and also from the depth. If we went to the pool at 12 we received 2 beach chairs with umbrella. Later was mostly all occupied. But for the number of beach chairs you can say nothing. were much more at the pool and on the beach. Walk on the beach (about 10 minutes) are partly right Algendecken. We then had to walk a long way until we found a position where you have only to the water front with a towel were able to lie and little seaweed were available. Otherwise you had to pay in the front area always beach chairs. 7 Leva (=€3.50 ) per pool chair or umbrella.

The size of the hotel is ideal. About 150 rooms. divided in 2 buildings. were on the 2nd floor. Floor of the older building. The room was at the edge of the hotel with a large balcony. Just don't booked bed and breakfast. We also in the travel agency recommended for Bulgaria. We also tried only the first morning. Has both taste and with our Schlafzeiten not little mismatched. The supper was from other guests and poorly. The average age was totally mixed. Many families with many children. From the nationalities mainly British, a few Germans.

The supermarkets had mostly open round-the-clock and the prices for drinks or other minor problems were really in order. Also, the hotel is located on a street with restaurants, which offers good food at very reasonable prices. Our favorite was the 'Marbella'. In the back entrance of the hotel and then immediately turn left up the road. Also small shops with shoes or Those who have forgotten were not far away. The right center and the discos were unfortunately 15-20 min walk away.

Size was okay. Pool is small but still the most positive things have been suitable for us-you got no problem getting a chair, water quality actually left when fully booked it a little to be desired, beach overcrowded 2 beach chairs + umbrella 11 Euro per day, water quality different times for children had a lot of seaweed nice waves-but also in the water a bit tight a few meters to something edible - which better quality in outside of the hotel, internet access in the lobby-I think free(with laptops) good entertainment and shopping possibilities

Mature Hotel,140 room, had booked half board, many British, German, Poland, Romania, Hungary-a with child travellers affiliated German extended with half board for 25 Euro your double room, general in Sunny Beach much youth which fly to party, for us too crowded.

In 3. -4. range from the beach was about 500-600 m in walking distance, close to beautiful historic center Nessebar (about 5 km), with the bus at the cheapest for 1 leva (0.50 Euro), restaurants, shopping, bars, supermarket in the immediate vicinity, burger king, McDonalds, Subway is about 1 km away Aqua park close to by taxi or free landing stage distance
