Solide hotel ( not super modern), with very friendly ( German speaking) staff and pleasant, by lots of regular guests, almost easy going atmosphere. Great delicious food. Who finds here nothing, suffers from disorders ;-). Hotel beach narrow and only by the beach route from the hotel separately. Average age of the guests 50 +, so nothing for young people. Because of the location ( somewhat outside) we a week bicycle respectively Rented scooter and the island explored - very recommendable. In short: hotel super, relaxing vacation for harmony and peace searching - less for individualists. read more

We spend here despite a 'small accident's' (fall with the scooter) a beautiful week of vacation. One notices already with the staff, that work pleasure. Friendly employees included the owner from A to Z, the A's every desire and how in our case any Help offered. If you in one week 2 kilogram zulegt, you need about the food not much more to write. from a crisis in Greece there is nothing to feel. On the contrary, a great service in all areas with always nice, accommodating staff. Particular emphasis should be on the kitchen, all Pastries are manufacturing! Where do you find such a thing still? The selection of dishes and the quality are a additional star. Perfectly run hotel, therefore but also stiff atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly but not really warm (in end of the season already many tired therefore partly rather already afflicted pflichtlächeln ). Very good food but nothing really fresh ( Grilled), would be with this size of the hotel but still have been possible (circa 200 guests?), if something fresh( Gyros) at 2. Essensitzung already everything away. More German as Greek cuisine. Minutengenaues plate of food ( breakfast and evening) 15 minutes before Essenszeitende. The hotel is very recommendable for pure hotelurlauber with full catering and everything in the house want ..., for us and ' genuine griechenlandfans' not ideal, because we gladly daily a quaint real tavern with warm atmosphere, to us pleasant Times visit and no fixed meal times with fixed pre-cooked dishes. Here was difficult, because place Tigaki about 2 kilometers away (1 route) and way without lighting ( daily taxi is also not). Apart from Tigaki a for vacationers built place and no grown original place. Real taverns here you will difficult to find, however rather Snackstuben and restaurants in a large number of the word' tavern' wear. There is so in the hotel only the possibility itself after eating itself in the hotel bar to amuse. Pool area very nice, but we never used it. The hotel is despite my small criticism very recommendable, although the reviews are too high, and mostly by the regular guests (vacationers mainly from Germany which partial 1 month and some even 2 times year go and since 10, 15 years or more), this issue appears to be the better hotel reviews letter to the German boss ingratiate. Other again in their life maybe 3,4 hotels visited and each have about 15 years, from which you can also no objective fair review demand, because you won't know. We are always another hotel and area, in different countries, even if it us pleased to new to see. For young people it is probably too boring (no possibilities to do water sports, Discos, etc. In the neighborhood ), therefore most hotel guests between 45 to 70 years and fill up here with good reason in good hands. read more

You don't need books, because the hotel has a massive bücherwand and these loans whenever you want. The same goes for magazine!     There was a restaurant where in 2 shifts could be! In the morning you however also the possibility outside on the large terrace to have breakfast! ( would be for evenings an idea)! It was missing to simply already for breakfast nothing! You could always between greek sausage and cheese - or German choose! In addition there were different juices, different yoghurt, Quark, produced marmelade, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, gek. Eggs, fried. Bacon, gherkins, tomatoes, different cereals, always fresh fruit salad and the greatest; so many different types of freshly baked rolls and bread! So there was next to the delicious greek sesame- spitzbrötchen also fresh German pretzel bread. Simply great! Evenings: starters buffet with dishes typical of the country like for instance roasted aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes, cannapes, olives in all variants, Or again German appetizers as lachshappen, ville tonnato, roastbeef cold. So you can not at all everything to enumerate. It was always of a chef a additional quality prepared with the greatest delicacies. Again and again every evening alternately, a German, a local dish.     The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Since I was taking my niece and her 13 months old sonnies travelled, came immediately a waiter/ in with a high chairs to, as soon as we in the dining room after a table toured! The staff spoke very good German. It worked also surprising number German in this hotel, which for us found very pleasant was! There the front desk always at least someone from germany or austrian was occupied, this was very helpful. The crib was for example while we at the front desk stood brought into the room. We had at the beginning a complaint, because I think no electricity in my room and immediately the technician and after 15 minutes the 'damage' fixed! The rooms were also like everything in this hotel very clean, large and were cleaned daily! Tastefully decorated! No kalkweißen walls, but harmoniously - like in the pictures - with earth toned. Nice pictures, beautiful lamps on the walls, Just to be comfortable! One notices simply in every corner and end the hotelbeitzerin a German is! Towels you could for 5,00 Euro per week at the front desk rental and daily change

    The hotel is very central. It only 2 kilometer in Tigaki and 12 kilometer in the wonderful old city Kos! Shops are in the hotel directly, by the kiosk the hotel is attached. As well as in the nearby environment several shops one easy to reach on foot can. By bus ( which departs from just in front of the hotel!) you are about minutes In Kos (city). On the way to Kos one comes even on a Lidl-market past, for all the cheap drinks or similar shopping want ideally. We have for one day a Fiat Panda on the travel guide in the hotel rented and got a car in top condition with only 36 tsd. Kilometer mileage! In terms of size very pleasant. No. 'betonbuncker'!. Very relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere. In all areas very bright and friendly. Extremely clean. Beautiful and large lawn with really enough sunbeds in the pool area. You really have to no chairs 'reserve '. But this apparently is one of the largest urlaubsunsitten not only german tourists to be! It is unnecessary and disturbing. You get at any time of the day still free chairs!     From our room ( # 221) we were almost completely loved it. It was large, bright, very clean, nicely furnished and freshly painted! In the beds we slept like god in France. Also the bathroom was large enough and also clean. No mold, or other deposits (also under the sink not!) No dirty grout, clean corners (the 'hidden'!). In short-we were from the condition and the cleanliness was content to enthusiastically! Both rooms, as well as balcony were always brilliantly cleaned! Well, where much light is, is however also sometimes a bit shade. We would have been nice, if the tv slightly larger would have been (which was unfortunately only about half as big as the screen of our computer at home and the reception was already rather suboptimal). Also, that the tearoffs the balconies clearly were too low, we found not so great. So sat the neighbours left and right a almost on the lap and i could sit in the easily see, if you left and right on the balcony sat. A bit more privacy by a higher separation we would have been very pleasant. But, if the also fine been, would be everything perfect and we could correct after fronts (positive, of course) to find. Conclusion: we in this hotel so comfortable, as already since almost 20 years no longer on vacation and would be very happy, if we in the next years guests there should be!

Hotel: The hotel is a rather smaller complex and very easy going kept. Service: The service is great, friendly and very attentive. Location: The hotel lies at the end of from Tigaki, between the sandy beach and hotel lies a relatively busy street and at the beach beach chairs was, through the past racing cars, too loud. For us it was a great stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. Excursions there was also enough and at the pool it was very pleasant. The food was every day varied and something there for everyone. Freitags there was a disco evening and Sunday night was Greek evening, very nice offer. We already have some Greek Islands visited ( amongst others Santorin, Kreta, Rhodos, Lesbos, Zakynthos), but Kos respectively the Kos Palace is the existing highlight. At the size of the rooms, to the kitchen ( the chef was top) and the staff there is nothing to complain about. Even the boss-floor of the hotel was always present. A flaw there was however: the beach is unfortunately very narrow and could have been better maintained. It is the pool at the hotel lying, large and very clean, also the surrounding Gartenanalge made a very well-kept impression. read more

Very nice family business all very friendly, very ideal for German speaking guests, all spoke German. The only downside the outside of the next cities is. To Tigaki it is on foot with at least 45 minutes on foot, but the possibility with the bus to drive but only hourly. The hotel is especially for persons at the age of around 45 to 70 years., because it really is a very quiet facilitities are. The food was very good, but it was unfortunately never grilled but always something very traditional. My husband and I ( 48+ 54) could get a ... good rest. We can only recommend it read more

We were to second time in Kos Palace and we really liked it once again. Only the water aerobics I was totally disappointed. Last year it so have fun and the young woman had the water aerobics with a lot of joy and fun run. Unfortunately was this young woman this year not for everyone. The new lady stood rather unmotivated on the edge of in the shade and in the peremptory tone their instructions. Recurrent exercises, totally boring and fun. Unfortunately, I have to aquagymnastik looking forward to it. read more

    The food was very good and with a lot of love and care prepared. It was really always something there for every taste and there were daily something else. The chef prepares every evening personally freshly something special for. There the dinner in two meetings was divided, one must never had to wait in line and there is always enough to eat. Lunch in the snack bar a good and inexpensive lunch get.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. It speaks nearly all very well German and English. The rooms were also always very clean. There is a bicycle-, motarrad and car rental directly at the hotel. A wheel for one day costs 5 Euro. Further there is every day ( besides sunday) a water aerobics. At the friday and sunday there is a disco evening and a greek evening. The latter was great and entertaining.

    As mentioned there are by the pool a water aerobics. The loungers and the sun shades are by the pool without fee and there is always enough loungers and places in the shade. At the beach cost two loungers and a umbrella 6 Euro. But since one only a couple of steps to the beach one quiet by the pool or in the lawn under a palm tree beach chairs.

    The beach is only through a little driven street from the hotel separately. Of the pool you go only a couple of steps to the beach. At the beach and at the pool there are showers. To the city center from Tigaki it is about 25 minutes. The bus to Kos (city) stops directly in front of the hotel and runs every hour. Cost only 2 Euro.
