Had a premium - room for 3 adults over FTI and was once again from FTI disappointed... The room was not really larger than the standard room, for 3 adults definitely too small, there is no extra bed for adults! After a conversation with the manager there was a upgrade to a suite, this is what I call customer focus! read more

Super days in Dubai in a hotel, which leaves nothing to be desired, great service from the housekeeping to the bell boy, great room that looks great, beautiful pool to refresh, had only booked breakfast, great breakfast buffet, great restaurants in the hotel for dinner, were in Benihana (Japanese-show cooking of the finest quality) and in the blue elephant (Thai) and were completely contented - 40 €per person with all drinks! Hammer! Shop in Dubai Mall great! Definitely visit should be on the fountain in the burj Khalifa is really top! Visited the lounge atmosphere in burj Khalifa in the ... 123 floor - highly recommendable - one erpart the Liftkosten, and can drinks convert, a cocktail about 15 €and beer about 10 €but the atmosphere great! The must allow! Otherwise walk through the only Armanihotel the world! In the non-smoking area the lounge also has a great view of the fountains from above!
The fountain we from 18 o'clock every half hour started! In the dark does it even more! Tip: in Dubai Mall in Schnellimbissrestaurant Fridays on the terrace one has a Wahnsinnblick to the fountain! Otherwise you should one of the water parks in Dubai visit, we stayed at the wild Wadi, we liked! Entry about 40 €per person read more

better than expected was the hotel. Is located in vicinity of the airport, but in the 2 weeks we only heard 4 planes.
clean and well-kept hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
room is large enough, could be a little more but not a problem. We had a Premium room ground floor with immediate access to the pool. Nothing was missing (TV, wiki, fridge, telephone,), clean and everything worked. Wiki possible however too expensive 25 AEd/hour, unless you are in the club rotana.
only negative is the light cigarettes in the room. They are all non-smoker rooms, however over ... the years the odor but stored.
by the pool receives one towels without further. A nice pool bar and locker rooms with sauna and hot tub there. The pool is clean, but needs soon a small Update to one or the other tiles receive.
super restaurants are in the hotel. Even excellent the best restaurants the category Japanese, Thai and grill. Can only be recommended, because local ('better Leute') food also here. read more

It was a very nice hotel. They all small things and each detail super harmonized together. It is very centrally located in Dubai, the hotel is great for city center and the airport. There were all very nice and friendly. And the food was amazing. read more

Really nothing special. Ok for one night but no more as 130 Euro besides that too expensive. Hotel reviews shows partly strongly exaggerated. Beware of nichtsaussagenden texts and 5.5 and 6 reviews. Seems the hotel need to have. ; adjusted! read more

We had a premium suite on a complimentary upgrade. The room was very spacious and clean. The whole hotel was very well maintained and quiet. The staff were attentive and friendly, it has all in all nothing missing. The only thing problem was, that we the breakfast on the room had ordered each morning. We had breakfast inclusive and expecting that, the fact that us a room service fee will be charged as usual with the check out we were however then everyone breakfast individually fully charged and no contact person to clarify was reachable. So we have the entire ... breakfasts twice and paid the coffee was furthermore still very poor. Lukewarm coffee, only sweet pastry eTC. What disliked: you can evenings nowhere outside sit and eat, except by the pool, but punctual at 22 o'clock closes. read more

As our flight was very early from Dubai started, we spent the last night of our trip at this hotel.
Lobby is impressive, but the room, very small, the carpet was worn and old.
Windows could not be opened, and the room was very dark,
However, it was a coffee maker, could use the we unfortunately not more!
The hotel was with breakfast, but the buffet was not used by us as well, then we ordered us a small breakfast room on s, instead of the buffet, with the statement of the reception, that the service. The small breakfast was ... plentiful and good, but it was a problem at check-out, we should pay the extra.
One has the feeling, that some hotels in Dubai us always again in addition to money heaven.

For a short stay an ideal hotel, mIT flair for decor and nevertheless comfortable; very clean ( then some European hotel lesson from! ). Lies near the airport, offers shuttle bus in the next mall (Deira city center) and from there you can into town/ food/ sights. The pool area is nice, convenient to a few rounds to turn. The essaal is nicely furnished, clean, variety at the buffet, however tasted not always really very good, partly also not very fresh (tough) and the in the early morning- room for improvement! But you can nevertheless very tasty breakfast! We would ... come again! read more

We believe it is difficult to get a better hotel outside Dubai's to find. It was simply class, we were very pleased and can only recommend it. It is no normal vacation hotel, more of a business hotel, but also there you should get a time. No crowds at the pool and buffet, no crowds of tourists available. Was really a gem. read more

Nice Statdthotel very close to the airport (<five minute. Taxi) location.
The hotel staff polarized, partly incredibly attentive service (above all in the fitness center and restaurants), then extremely poor and unfriendly service from reception and concierge despite tip. Over all an experience to see still here to dine and spend the night, especially to be highlighted is the piano bar, as well as the breakfast buffet with a selection and ending my favorite: the blue elephant restaurant in the hotel, it are five different restaurants and partly even theme buffets weekly between 40 to 70 euros per person including ... drinks.
Highlight for me were also the aquatic activities with the head coach of Al bustan rotana, Ronald Guiao, it is three light courts.
To the beach it is about 20 minute, the hotel offers a private transfer, entrance to the beach 20/p. p costs.
Otherwise it gives free transfers to the example Deira shopping center. read more

The hotel was located in the immediate vicinity of the airport. It was very beautiful. However if one entered the lobby, then one was impressed by a beautiful fountain. In the evening there was a pianist, who played live music there. The hotel gave much attention to cleanliness and friendliness.

The Al bustan rotana is a airport-hotel/business hotel-no vacation hotel. It belongs to the leading hotels of the world. The lobby is very spacious and open plan, a variety of restaurants are located in the house. A tip part: several times the week is it a Thai buffet in the blue elephant-very tasty with a huge selection. Drinks including.
The pool is simply decorated, with pool and fitness club in the building next door.
Tennis courts are also rented.
The room are very comfortable, the bathroom in the years come but something still absolutely okay.
