Altogether a very well run house with warm staff. Unfortunately after the badezimmerreinigung cleaning utensils (rag) forgotten in the bathroom (we didn't complained, since it is on the day before departure was) and unfortunately was in the breakfast room the floor full of leftovers. The ambience of the hotel bar is very uncomfortable, and it absolutely is really subjective.
Nevertheless the hotel can because of of location, friendliness of the staff, as well as of the all in all price-performance -proportion absolutely be recommended.
Small tip on the edge: if you are in the pleasure comes, the club etoile to ... use, then you should on the day of departure as late as possible the room card when you leave. We have early checked out, the luggage storage and have a walk on the Ku-Damm made. On our way back to the hotel we wanted to the time until the departure (14 hours) in the club etoile spend (included free food); but it was because of the lack of 'room key' and the fact, that we already checked out unfortunately no longer possible. So remained only the expensive tea on the uncomfortable bar. read more

Have a couple of days in the club etoile on the 11. floor god help. For a city trip to Berlin really very recommendable. Centrally located, in the immediate area to Ku'damm and is ideally connected to the public transport.
The view of the upper floors of the city is terrific.

The hotel room is very large, very modern decor and the bathroom is a dream.
Big double bed and flat screen TV.
Very comfortable restaurant.
The spa area with a sauna and steam bath and gym is also very clean.

It was a very nice hotel, directly on the Ku'damm. Since I in business was there, I had only breakfast, this was however very diverse and with a lot of choice. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The general state of the hotel was also good. Looks very well maintained. read more

Now I was after an exciting stay at the May again with my husband there. It was my birthday and I wanted him with ' dance of the vampires' and this nice hotel surprise. It was again especially nice and thanks we would say for the' sweet surprise' in the form of a small chocolate cake on our room. The staff are simply not to beat at friendliness and the breakfast buffet searches seinesgleiches. We would gladly come again! read more

After staying in previous years the five stars houses (palace and Radisson Blu) booked, we have this year the Concorde chosen. That was a absolute winner. In comparison to all other hotels, in which we so far in Berlin descended, stings the Concorde in the positive Senses out. Both the friendliness and willingness to help the woman employees and Coworker, as well as the size of the room, facilities and cleanliness the room are excellent. We felt in any case felt very welcome. Also especially the child friendliness in relation to our one year old daughter is particularly praiseworthy. Straight ... as a part of of the morning breakfast offer, which is next to the Palace Hotel among the best of the city belongs, has always excellent also for the well-being of our child cared. The hotel is absolutely recommendable. Against an acceptable Aufopreis of 70 Euro per night we have our booked room to a junior suite 'upgraded' -this premises were outstanding. The perfect location almost directly on Ku'damm, subway and S-Bahn around the corner and consistently attentive staff make this place several times a year to the first choice for Berlinaufenthalten.
The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. WiFi is inclusive, the baths are spacious.
The breakfast ( buffet) was rich and was constantly refilled/orderly. read more

We are as a group from 7 different women arrived, have however all the same score: we have the hotel from the variety the hotels perfectly selected: ideal central location for all projects: sightseeing, shop, restaurants, nightlife. The rooms / bathroom are very generous, the breakfast buffet leaves not a single Desired, the staff are unobtrusive as brownies and fills immediatelly. The staff at reception you can also than helpful, attentive, friendly and accommodating rate. The only Downer is the' spa facilities' in the exclusivity of the house almost appearing strange works. For the size of the place unrealistic small ..., the saunas way too hot, only for a maximum of 4 persons, amongst others only 4 relaxing loungers aligned. Unpleasant falls here also, that the area completely somehow neglected works, but as mentioned, a sauna is in a big city not necessarily important, but nevertheless relaxing and ideal to recover. read more

My husband and I stayed in the executive suite on the 11th floor slept, inclusive great view in each conceivable direction. The suites are extremely spacious and you feel from the first moment very comfortable! Wi-Fi is inclusive. The room service is excellent and goes to certain special requests (even in the middle at night) a-) top! With presentation arrives one also in the club Etoile lounge. There is always couple delicious snacks, juices and drinks ready! There you can also until 11 o'clock a perfect breakfast take. I can the Concorde recommend. Already for the second time stayed in. During the check in even a shirt found, I end of January there had forgotten. Great for the hotel, embarrassing for me. Especially I would like to highlight the bathroom and the shower. Also people 200 centimeters body length can maintain under the large shower is possible.
