From the outside the hotel appears to be though not as nice as in the picture, however also definitely not bad. On the contrary the name and vielleichta also a stückweit from the outside is when you enter the entrance already not a castle near future they should close the hotel. I personally was - in spite of the papierschildes (in such a promise of hotel simply is not appropriate)-somewhat annoyed, because the front desk only in a back room. The hotel is with marble covered, tacky decor. However, everything very stark. You could much from the hotel make, however ... it seems to me as if there no idea. Neither food nor hotels. It simply cannot be possible, that in a (alleged ) star hotel instead of room numbers small worn plastikschildchen bilander türeck stuck, on which the room number to find. For the price one can in the middle of Berlin in much better hotels stay. I was still after reading the reviews (on the basis of which i the hotel never would have booked) still positively surprised, because it is not nearly a 4 star hotel, rather 3. three star superior i would much, but 4 are definitely not. But you could with a bit of effort and little investment the hotel clearly enhance (presupposed one understands which about hotellerie). A plus is the free wi-fi which unfortunately in many hotels still don't get. I have used it not, but at least advertised. It's clean, except for forgotten corners and bodies (like for instance lamp). On the forgotten places was a clear layer of dust. It is clean (not perfect, but still not disgusting) but very run down. read more

Our room was huge, a few guests were in the hotel, which is why we perhaps also a larger room. The condition: it was superficially clean, in the bath bfand however plenty of lime and again and again areas where a thick layer of dust was. In the bathroom a lot of marble and a comfortable bathtub. Was disturbing especially, that there are no towel or toilet paper holder was. The right time. So there is even every bahnhofsklo. How can you what forget? The furniture in our room were partly very scratched and the upholstery on the chairs were torn. (why leaves one broken chairs in a room are?) There is a mini bar, telephone and a tv. All older models but ok. The bed is relatively easily (even if the mattress a little too soft is). But it squeaks! This can already agnz beautifully nerves. The room was but very bare. A tiny picture neberm bed, otherwise blank walls. To summarize white, beige, pink.

For dinner i can't say a lot, since we only the draculadinner and booked breakfast. The breakfast was ok. Liverwurst dried out, but it was delicious croissants ; a selection of rolls was also available. Not 4 star, but the breakfast goes as three star superior by. If it weren't for the disgusting juice would be. Especially the multivitamin is not to drink. It handelts i any cheapest orange drinks, with a juice not much in common and probably never seen a fruit,. Yogurt in plastic cups from the supermarket, is not as what you in a star hotel expected. However, it was clean. There was a selection of bread, two different ' juices ' a selection of cereal, red shortness, pineapple and kiwi, a selection of tea and croissants. In the breakfast room, it is definitely the most in the entire hotel.

The telephone was friendly lose but 2 times our booking. We were as a part of the draculadinners and had booked with night. Thereupon we got the maps and a letter, if we wanted, we could also for 100€ the night overnight stay with breakfast to book. Then we called and were told, that we a room want. Then we got but no coupon it (as requested). On demand told, that we already again were forgotten. When we got there we had luckily do not forget, however, the lady at the reception not very competent. Whilst dealing with guests must learn still some. Later we noticed was, that you scheinabr endeavored and nice, but a crude art itself, the us first thought was, that you unfriendly is. Information and so on you got but only on demand. The runs in hotels of the same price-and grups generally different. The cleanliness in the hotel and the room was ok, except for those who have forgotten were (there gathered then a right of dust) and lime in the bathroom. The balcony (the one with the weather didn't use it, therefore also not so bad, however, should be different ) was very dingy and looked really gross. As if since months no longer cleaned. The waiters m restaurant is pretty slow, but friendly. They understand simply not of their craft. They run 5 times at a table, on which a huge stain, caused by red shortness, is. The hotel is quite far from Berlin way (metro drive about 35 minutes to the Alexanderplatz) and walk from about 15 minutes to the metro station. In the immediate vicinity i could only homes discover. For a city break in Berlin pretty bad location and for the money you get much better directly in Berlin. You can sleep as wonderful despite slightly squeeky beds (still such a point in a star hotel not spreads arf), because it very quiet location is. But more also not.
