Condition hotel
- hotel structurally quite old, entrance worn, many damage in the house. But i regard this as tolerable, am not so sensitive. On the age condition has already been written, the i'll spare me here.
Services according to the catalog (Neckermann) were not complied with
- for example, our champagne will be charged, daily program as described in the catalog gave it also not. But that was not important to us, therefore i not closer mood.
Processing of complaints and service orientation concern:
- generally the space available in the hotel very limited and in the dining room. ... When we were then told that we from 30 december two new guests to our table should get (booked through new year's eve with event booked) was the not so right, so we asked for a table for two. An almost unsolvable problem for the lady of the restaurant and also the front desk, because it was all full. The friendliness dwindled with the lady, we were even told us that more guests in the house than tables available are so guests even in front of the dining room food. Since we had still lucky. So i worked me the hierarchies high. Much trouble and time later we got a table for two. In the rear hits a corner, between a tiled stove and a wood wall. From the new year's eve prgoram or band or even other guests was nothing to see. (by the way our table neighbors from the breakfast were with your table right at the back with us also unhappy. Got however very simple a table directly in front of the dance floor. Of equal treatment of the guests cannot be spoken)
The paradox was that a table, with a view of the program and the band the entire evening was empty. We found this to be harassment and had at that point in time but already resigned and no more desire to the trouble, so we nothing more said.
Then went at 23 o'clock on another event in Bad Füssing.
The guest i know different
Rooms:
- way too small, me in the bathroom several times the bid
- closet doors was not completely due to bedside table
- window leaky. Old wooden windows the very strong sweat
- carpet in the room
- hair dryer in the bathroom impertinence (for women)
- room not blacked out, so you with the sun on. On new year's eve or on vacation definitely not so pleasant.
Otherwise:
- elevator way too small, nothing for people with claustrophobia
And, of course, is wi-fi in a 4 star hotel in the room standard and inklussivleistung. It is not about the money but that is inconvenient and irritating if you for everything in addition have to pay and even a device with telecom needs. Cuisine:
- the food was usually lukewarm, i know from 4 star hotels that plates warmed up are so the food warm, or served. This is done in the mürz not. So is the food lukewarm
I was really stayed in some 4 star hotels also of older year of construction in Germany. I travel never below 4 stars (the hotel was so for me a brand new experience). I can already say-optimistic view three stars – perhaps the stars are also because of the application were awarded, the seems plentiful.

As a wellness hotel unsuitable! Our expectations there were not met: a saunakammerl without sprinkling possible? Everything was very cramped and complicated, structural changes urgently necessary. The thermal area is ok. The nearby sauna courtyard with a thermal bath then we visited.
Furnishing of the rooms, cleanliness in all areas and the friendliness the service personnel are the four-star standard accordingly. The breakfast and cake buffet are a true joy! Also the choice of meals is very pleasing. In the quality of the dishes itself from us could no uniform approach be seen: on the one hand, very nice and ... it was nicely arranged, also tasty - sometimes however very fat prepared (much cream) and the sauces were also finished products used. It is a small informally run hotel, what many places clearly it is no mass tourism, here the guest is still king and gladly seen.
We were very warmly welcomed, the services such as breakfast and the other offers were very varied and good. The average age is in accordance with the orientation of the Bad Füssing quite high, but not disturbing. We have stayed younger couple or families with children as guests experienced.
The management is betrebt, again and again things to renew or improve. This is in my opinion the major challenge for the next years, in the ... correct place the necessary to invest. read more

The hotel has already on entering the hotel a good impression on me. The staff at reception, especially Mr Lackl, was competent and ready to help. The leadership after the trip there we found helpful.
The hotel altogether strahtl peace and relaxation from. From the food we were totally thrilled. Okay., it must a few renovation works to be made, but they are already in the planning. It is only one small downside. The walk from the thermal baths of back lawn is not attached, so that the sand dirty feet and the floor from the dirty power, which was ... a bit unpleasant. read more

The large plus point this hotel the staff is: friendly and competent. Also the quality of the kitchen is good. The structural condition however is urgently and fundamentally (!) in need of renovation. With individual repairs not enough should. Alone the condition the Thermalhallenbades is very superficial Opinions by the hotel management: many tile joints ( the one with the swim directly in front of US) are badly broken, moldy. The chairs have peeled lacquer on the chairs legs would work wonders, recognizable for years and so on; defective lamps were a week not replaced. In comparison to other corresponding ... hotels the neighborhood (we know) is the unacceptable. That the hotel management hard, with the guests in the conversation to come, you can't say. The hotel is in my opinion not in all areas the level of a four star hotel. Carpets, lift amongst others meter need urgently a complete overhaul. Unfortunately the hotel is also not very single friendly. Individuals often in the dining room in the 'off the beaten track' phony, this was my and the experience other women.
The chef is rather reserved and not very open-minded to the wishes of the guests. The employees however friendly and helpful.
Positive point is the wellness and meditation program in the 2nd floor.

We felt very much at ease and were well looked after. From the Johannis-thermal bath however we were disappointed, very crowded. As we were in the hotel's wellness area better cared for. The free time- and excursions in the area were indicated Leihfahrad good. read more

The hotel radiates peace and relaxation from. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food simply hmm. We were now already second time and definitely come again.

We at short notice through Aldi travel and a week spent in the hotel.
For the price- Leisungshotel the hotel was highly recommendable. The audience was mixed, not only Retirees, but also younger people and a family with baby.
Room was all right, clean and peaceful. On the spa facilities can unfortunately we can't say, because we didn't use.
We have a few to the relaxationCourses attended, we found these great. One had only on time in the meditation room (3rd floor) are, as the room quite fast was full.
The biggest compliment to the kitchen, both the delicious breakfast ... buffet ( especially the Nussbrot with whole hazelnuts), as well as the dinner were always very delicious.
It was the attention to detail, as the plates were presented. A real feast for the eyes. And not only ' everyday food, but also sometimes exotic, heavenly!
We also were from the speedy waiters in the restaurant impressed, especially the waiter Christian was very friendly and accommodating but not pushy.
All together we have the vacation enjoyed and would come again.
As an excursion destination we can the city of Linz is highly recommended, this drive paid off, and Salzburg am Domplatz the guitarist, it was a wonderful Concert ☺ read more
