We chose a theater weekend in this hotel probelms. The location is perfect, only 100 meters the raimund theater. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. For breakfast it is somewhat turbulent, but the selection and quality are ok. The rooms are for a city break large enough and equipped with all necessary. To point out is the almost unbeatable value for money in this location. This hotel is definitely recommendable. read more

For a short break very suitable. Choice at the breakfast good but for €11, -per person, you expect this. The supply of drinks and food, should however worked better. They obviously expected, that you tray after eating itself clears and abservierwagen stowed away. Garage parking 12,50 Euro/ night! For a hotel's own space to put things, piece of wood the amount but high. The whole hotel is good, but very superficially cleaned. Places, the not in the blickbereich are, are being neglected. The staff, especially at the front desk, could friendly his.
Despite all, is this hotel for a ... city break recommendable. Very centrally located and reasonably priced reasonable. read more

After the zimmerrenovierung a very good Ibis Hotel with everything, which one for a city break needs. Friendly and efficient staff.

Top -location for visit to the Raimund-theater, about 100 meters away
Best Verkehrsanbinndung by proximity to Westbahnhof ( cIRCA 300 meters)
Breakfast = mass processing, breakfast room not renovated (only buffet area new) and accordingly older and unkempt, bar, little charm by older decor
Room newly renovated and functional, beds were during our stay the entire hotel renewed. Shower with mold infested, with the first walk unfortunately hair amongst others of the predecessor found. No small towels, only large. Room to the street unfortunately quite noisy.
In short: good hotel for a Wien-city trip, normal price level for Wien read more

The hotel is for a vienna trip very suitable. In 5-minute walk from the Westbahnhof at the hotel and also in the subway-station, as well as tram. With the subway one arrives in a few minutes to the Stephansdom and with the tram also to Schönbrunn.
The hotel has 13 floors, we were on the 4th floor building, under us ran a street. Window you could flip, but was not necessary, since room air conditioned were.
Breakfast really good, varied choice and always enough offer.
Staff all very friendly.
Suitcase can be turned off, if you don't immediately leave respectively ... the room not finished yet is.

Communication between front desk and restaurant took some getting used to.
Constant Gutscheinchaos between restaurant and front desk.
Reservation was a bit unusual, constant ask the coupons, the 1 day to be taken.
And at the day of departure wanted one the half board abkasieren, despite previous payment over booked. read more

The hotel recommended only for short stays. Everything clean and tidy. Very good breakfast buffet. federkermatratzen only 1st or 2nd floor, otherwise latex mattresses, not everyone's thing. Kitchen of the restaurant with little choice and no excellence. Only shower, no bath tubs. As at the back book, otherwise a bit noisy. Central connections ( train station, tram in front of the hotel). Staff helpful and nice. read more

Centrally located hotel, clean, to faieren price. The staff are competent and tried hard and friendly. The breakfast buffet is perfect and very tasty. The rooms are rather small. We had a non-smoking room and we were very satisfied. We would gladly come again to this hotel because it spite of the central area is quiet. read more

The hotel is directly at the Vienna West station, therefore very easy to reach. Underground station and tram stop in immediate proximity. To the center it is with the subway only a few Stionen. The hotel is suitable for one city vacation, also some people on business trip are because of the seminary rooms in the hotel accommodated. read more

The location of the hotel is great and the Raimund theater, was the reason for booking. My girlfriend and I had a quiet twin room. The room was very noisy and we had a king size bed with only a blanket. In the closet was a bedspread, the musty dust was and smelled. The breakfast was reminiscent of (self-service) and metro we truly no revelation. We won't book this hotel again. read more

the hotel lies very centrally located, with easy access to public transportation, and very good shopping possibilities in the immediate nearby. The Ibis hotel Maria help in Vienna is well located nearby of the West. The sights the city can be reached by public transportation or a little longer tour on foot. The room and the bathroom were clean and in working order. The staff were friendly and nice. This hotel I could not be better. read more

We stayed one night at the Ibis Maria help. It was absolutely okay. Our room was not so great but perfectly adequate. The bathroom/toilet was quite small but had everything you need. Beds were also okay. There was no balcony, safe as far as I know at the front desk. On the wall were unpleasant large stains. I have no idea what it is. Underground parking was there, breakfast was okay, coffee was from the machine ☹ It have the last time I personally took a few years ago in the hotel was better in memory. But in short the ... location is great for a shopping spree on Mariahilfer Street, westbahnhof-only five minutes walk, metro is close by and there is a tram stop at the front of the hotel road. Price/performance ratio was okay, was already twice in the hotel and I am a few years ago, had a much better. read more

Nice, centrally located hotel of the chain of Ibis. Unfortunately I had to deduct points, especially for two areas. 1) rooms: air conditioning and it could not be lowered the room temperature, which brought hot nights, when the outside temperature of about 37 degrees during the day.
2) the restaurant: non-smoking area has the charm of a station leftovers. Permanent 'traffic' which for the most part is not necessary. Smokers have the cozy sized area (also the way). A rise in prices (like everywhere) 0.5 l beer 3.80 euro. read more
