Location on a very noisy street in the old town. Therefore not very quiet and at night as well you can hear the noise from the street. However the staff are super friendly, very helpful and a complaint concerning the same was taken care of immediately. The hotel is nearby the rambla and it's not far to to the sea. The sightseeing-tour is just a few strides away to reach. read more

For Barcelona nice hotel, simple but sufficed in any case, very friendly reception staff, helpful, great base, metro opposite, port and shop nearby, beautiful roof terrace, beware: many thieves at places and metro the in seconds are, everything on the body!

The rooms were very small, a room had only one window to the inner courtyard, there was no Daylight.
Breakfast is definitely not worth 4 stars, rather 2.

Nice hotel in a good location. About five minutes walk to the harbor, The Ramblas and the place Catalunya about ten minutes. A bit noisy at night on the streets around the hotel, as it was always celebrated everywhere. The Windows keep most of it. But breakfast was not the German four star and the room was uncomfortable in the basement. However, it should be satisfied, especially when it involves ham, scrambled eggs, toast, cakes and fruit may ☺ The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. Conclusion: for a Barcelona-city trip completely okay! read more

The hotel is located on a busy main road, but is well insulated, so the road noise doesn't bother you. It has a wonderful roof terrace (with Jacuzzi), which offers a wonderful panoramic view over Barcelona. It is very centrally located, las Ramblas and port are within a few minutes walking distance. read more

Upon arrival at the check-in or in the hotel lobby my backpack stolen. On a request to call the police, refused the staff at the front desk, although cameras were installed on which to see everything should be. All in all very sketchy, the willingness to help was. Nice city hotel in central location. U-Bahn Station right outside the door. City center and harbor within walking distance. Soundproof Windows thank the room was absolutely quiet, only light shocks to the metro was at times to feel. Very friendly and fast service at the front desk. Be notified in advance of the room were promptly taken into account. Hotel very clean. Double room of adequate size, but only 140 centimeter wide bed. Safety deposit box available, large flat-screen tv. Large and clean bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet and wide. The location makes up for the condition of the hotel. At first glance it looked very nice, but if you took a closer watch for Spanish standards no four stars. Rather 3... Well located between La Ribera, and Barri gotic quarter right on the metro stop Jaume I-in walking distance to many sights shortest and restaurants. Lovely roof terrace with a great view. The rooms were a bit small, the bathroom was okay, but could use renovation. Check-in and check-out was very friendly and efficient. read more

The hotel is at first glance, as described in its own presentation. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. When I entered my room, but the disillusionment. Great hotel in the middle of the city. U-Bahn Station right outside the door. Sights within walking distance. Hop-on, hop-off bus station also only 100m away. Lovely roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and Jacuzzi.
Breakfast buffet with a very large and a good selection of breads, fruit, different cold cuts and cheese platters, sandwich maker, eggs, juices, sparkling wine, coffeemakers with various sorts of to choose from. Great way to start the day!
Room (single standard) was very, very small and were really only from the bed. No desk, no chair, no armchair. Therefor the eight floor ... with a great view. Bathroom was big enough, even with natural light.
As a base for a city break or also ideal exhibition center and absolutely recommendable! read more

We stayed for a short city break and were very pleased. The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor and has no windows. The breakfast was okay. is however no 9.9 euro or 15 €value. Would stay at the nearby cafe for breakfast. Otherwise everything was okay. read more

The Approximate 90 always are on 8 floors. The view on the roof is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and on arrival you even get a glass of champagne. The hotel is very clean as well. read more

For a city break in Barcelona probably one of the best hotels. The location is ideal. Within a few minutes walk at the beach and in the centre. Right nearby is one of the stops of the hop on hop off buses, at least at the beginning of a good means of transport.HCLFHLAlso just around the corner is a metro station.HCLFHLHCLFHLGreat thing about this hotel is the hotel bar on the roof. You can sit on sofas and the sun set over the city with a good cock part of image. There is also a fitness room and ... a Jacuzzi on the roof.HCLFHLHCLFHLIn my view, there is nothing at all to complain about. Through and through a great hotelHCLFHLHCLFHLSmall tip: the sunrises are very, very chilled, Barcelona is located at the sea towards the east, so the sun setting over the ocean. Who early rises or long aufbleibt a wonderful sunrise at the beach. From the hotel one is fast and can still sleep if necessary.HCLFHLAnd still another tip is: the Marina with the port promenade is also very close on foot. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road. We had a room facing the side street. The window only open in the bathroom and the is due to the loudness of the main road not recommended. The room itself was a little shabby, but it was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly and tried and there was always someone who spoke German the nearby even, if not but would definitely very good English. The breakfast was not included in the price, but as a special offer for early risers for 9.95 euro per person (otherwise 15. ...95 euros) to have. For the price was everything you need (including Cava). The roof terrace is quite small, but the hotel offers you really must-see view. The hotel is for the price in any case recommendable for a city break, as 'Habitats 'all the city within walking distance are reachable. read more

Can only agree with the previous reviews. The H10 Montcada is absolutely perfect for a city break. Had a room on the 8th floor, waiter us with the fantastic very well-kept terrace with jacuzzi. Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Super buffet. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Just vis a vis was a metro station. We didn't need him as the hotel is within walking distance to everything. Harbor, beach, old town and the Rambla per 10 -15 minutes away on foot. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients. As a travel agent. read more

For those on a city break a excellent Hotel, as the location is close to perfection. Just 40 meters from a metro stadiums. Even the walk to the beach was only about 15 minutes the Rambla is reachable in a few minutes. Countless bars and restaurants nearby.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired.
