This hotel is probably not the dream, as it is very old. Already the check in was very long and one came a little abandoned before. We had a suite where we are at the end the hotel safeguarded, wasn't a problem however, as everything is fast attainable. Our outdoor shower we could didn't use, since they probably for a very long time not been cleaned. One must live out of a suitcase, since there were no cushions or cabinets are available. If one in the evening at the beach went along, you could see how the local men and ... children at the beach and their droppings inside bothered, also some dogs us and put some sausages in the sand. A few meters farther was still the trash at the beach, after the smell also some leftovers side dishes. The all about 30 meters away from the hotel, therefore koh yuck yuck i will not be. read more

The island koh phi phi is a the best places i have ever visited. Beach and water is wonderful. The flung islands as well. The hotel is also recommendable, is not in the immediate vicinity the bars, so you can sleep easily at night. Staff were friendly, rooms okay. Value for money okay read more

The hotel is only by boat and also without jetty distance, and it was a nice surprise and variety. Despite a huge suitcase, backpack and suit has the reception the boat worked great.
The hotel is great but unfortunately from the party beach to far away. We have but a absolutely have to go for the whole night chartered, so that worked well. read more

After the trip there with a long tail boat one can only say it is beautiful, but restaurants one hardly finds, there are the JASMINE at the beach what Gypsies were catered or Chili and pepper at the end the hotel complex on a hill highly recommendable. Ideal for honeymoons... I think read more

For a stopover to a night on KOH Phi Phi we chose the holiday Inn resort, amongst others because of of good reviews on trip Advisor.
The first problem force on arrival on. The hotel sends a list with 3 compartment excessive prices to, as the real prices the ferries to tongsai pier. (~500 THB from Krabi, ~700 THB from Phuket). A speedboat transfer offered for 14000 THB (~ 350 euros), however is not mentioned, that up to 6 Passengers inclusive luggage, so several guests if arrival.
If you until the tongsai pier travels, from there a longtailed boat to ... Lam Tong beach for ~1000 THB (25 euros) per boat. The hotel organized this probably also, but on demand on, get better on site is supposed to negotiate. 1000 THB/boat there were only longer Discussion, very annoying and unprofessional, especially since almost all other Resort by representatives at the pier on the guests wait.
The Ankunftserfahrung has further deteriorated as the after arrival totally unclear what in the hotel where is. Only on demand the way to the lobby/ check in shown, employed understand often not what you want or have hardly want.
During the check in us by IHG Platinum status upgraded to a beachfront bungalow given. After the initial Joy I must however unfortunately say, that the bungalows in a miserable state are. Parquet scratched, bed and sofa at the edges smeared and dirty, duvet with stains, air conditioning hangs from the ceiling and is too loud to sleep, bathroom door with stains, shower mat with stains, washbasin persevering, shower ancient, window not close, so we only once about 40-50 mosquitoes shift had to before we go to sleep.
On request at the front desk we needed 3 attempts around the problem understood. Then we were told, that the hotel overbooked and you a year ago renovated have. Lousy Approach.
Breakfast is a little dingy, selection is OK, however nothing special.
Possibilities for dinner it is in the hotel restaurant, a bit expensive, but in the adjacent Resorts and restaurants you are very well taken care of. We were in the restaurant the Phi Phi natural resort, with Feuerjongleuren and fair prices.
The Resort on the whole is big, pools nothing special, there are 6 room categories, the 3 higher categories with the intention of 'coral' are located at the southern end of the resort, until for breakfast one is 5 to 10 minutes traveling.
We used the sunset longtailed boat from the activity desk. Here I must say, that the tour quickly was booked. Snorkeling when bamboo and mosquito Iceland, then sunset inclusive Getränkeverpflegung in longtailed boat on the sea.
Phi Phi Don and the other islands are a paradise on Earth. The beach is really chic, the sea turquoise, fantastic. Why holiday Inn resort is so lousy and so completely excessive prices calls for (180 euros for the smallest category.) raises a very bad light on the IHG -chain and I can absolutely not recommend in this hotel to stay. As already mentioned here, I consider a day trip to the islands for a meaningful, whereby the constant Speedboatverkehr the reefs permanently not well to do. Each must decide, however I hope, that this will become clear, that this this hotel this dreamlike location absolutely will not meet. read more

The hotel complex is very good along of the extensive beach section. We had a bungalow in the 2. row (superior) booked, which i also all empfehlenn would. The garden bungalows were partly already very eit back respectively fom the restaurants away, that means here are some longer walks to all activities (food, pool, landing place of the long tail boats, etc. ) To take in purchase. The bungalows themselves are rather simple, but very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is ok., the food in the hotel also. Nevertheless - outside is it better and nevertheless cheaper \u263a
The ... guests arrived very mixed from all corners of the world, no an accumulation of special nationality. read more

Hotel directly on beautiful beach. Two beautiful pools. Leisure facilities good. The furnishing of the room was rather modest. Room service was insufficient (inspite of several please, the bed linen to change, it was not made). Family hotel, so many children. Beach towels and snorkel are free to borrow. the food is very good, but in the proportion rather overpriced ( next to the hotel but other ways of catering, the considerably cheaper are). Also other services were rather expensive (Thaimassages and so on ). Therefore it was worth taking, in the area after other possibilities to find. The hotel ... offered transfer to the mainland was extremely tedious. The rooms/ bungalows are rather rustic and partly something left behind, by luxury there isn't really something to see. Recommendable nonetheless is the hotel especially for families. For couples you will find on Phi Phi determines something better. read more

no choice idea where the four stars again. The complex is nevertheless already somewhat getting old (bathroom was for this standard in a bad state). Friendliness is something other, I was in Asia not yet seen. It would rather than, two to three star facility rate. We recommend this hotel not further. Beautiful beach, but very remote. The water is wonderfully clear, the sand as fine as powder. fantastic.
Would prefer but a accommodation further south, where you also in the city comes.

Very well-kept and quiet resort on a beautiful, white sandy beach with turquoise sea. Very clear and warm water, by crabs and fish can also see. The food is always fresh prepared and has a very good quality. Entertainment and shops can be found here, but the relaxation even better cost. The prices were rather something highly, but beach compensated for everything this... Definitely the sunset bar and the Mayan beach. read more

Hotel is very well maintained, room or bungalow spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet is great, it is everything, what the heart desires. The beach is great, some of the bungalows are something away due to the rather large area, it is therefore also two pools. To the beach it is still only the erawan hotel and the Zeavola, compared the holiday Inn is the best, it is reasonably priced between the two and has everything. Overpriced are the prices in the hotel shop, so the better Ghipsys cheaper shopping. We had a couple of great days and will definitely ... be back! read more

Very beautiful hotel area, everything was very clean. The food could not comment on the breakfast until we, as we always ate outside have.
Breakfast was excellent. The sports on the beach I can not evaluate. Diving is based in the hotel not to be recommended.

Employees were very hard. Important is but a bungalow on the sea to take! The back bungalows have a bad neighborhood.

Of the four hotels the holiday Inn has the best beach. No boats are there and also at low tide, you can go into the water. Especially the trees providing shade right on the beach, you can do.
Right next to the hotel are two restaurants, where you can get great food and can sit directly on the sea. In the JASMINE it is tasty Caperinja'. read more
