    Beautiful, modern, clean, with a bath

    It was in the whole hotel very clean. The breakfast was ok, particularly the teas were very good. However the dinner (we booked half board) left nothing to the imagination. Dumplings tasted like gum, everything only on czech written, you knew not at all, what you eat. On the 2. day there was not even a dessert.

    Room cleaning was perfect, the staff could well german, friendliness was rather moderate, the staff does what it needs to do, but also not more. The on the homepage advertised pool was not available. Only a room for manoeuvre without supervision

    The entertainment for kids was not available, what is a real shame, we were looking forward to it. Pool was for toddlers way too cold, too few beach chairs...

A nice short break - staff are very friendly and taste top (German and English)-food excellent - breakfast plentiful - unfortunately extra charge for bathrobe ( the A 4 star deluxe inklduiert be ) - pool very big and absolutely schwimmtauglich at about 28 degrees read more

We booked the hotel because of a growing area in Retzbach visit Austria. In this area the hotel is relatively modest selection, we opted for the 'Czech Republic'. Retzbach is only a few kilometres from the border crossing station and the Czech Republic better price performance ratio for the night! If you like it, you can just his truck in the hotel's own Casino curl. Very positive to mention are the very well-kept, new ones Rooms, the indoor pool, and the good breakfast buffet. The dinner we would also again at any time in the hotel. read more

The hotel is already a very nice, well kept in the entrance area impression, which also always repeated throughout the hotel. Sometimes there were small flaws, a bit with the typical picture Hazy because they do not necessary (see below), but all in all we liked it a lot. The hotel is very Austrian guests which is by Austrian radio and TV channels (also in the restaurant), throughout and almost all German speaking staff shows signs. read more

    The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Especially the bathroom I liked it a lot. It was a bit lacking at the little things like a padlock ...also at the door, however the chain was missing. The room was still very positive.

    The breakfast was very good and the selection also quite large. One evening and 2 different menus chosen, which were very good.

    When we arrived at the front desk took a bit, but the staff was very nice. That was same level for the staff in the restaurant, which was always very pleasant.

    There is a nice large swimming pool, a sauna and a small steam medium-sized. The steam room has annoyed me that there was no hose to hosed down inside. Basically the area was nice, but little things would all be verbesserungswürdig...so showers in the sauna area is on both the knob over broke when you be served and the nice relax area has only 2 (!) arm chairs. We also Ayurvedic massage probiert...war quite pleasant.

    Right it is attached to a casino (passage in the Innenbereich...man need not to leave the house so) and within walking distance are also the two malls Excalibur City and Freeport. Otherwise, except some nightspots in Chvalovice, in the surrounding area not really what Popular attractions. We were in znaim short, but we didn't particularly impressed.
