    There are several room categories, which differ in terms of size, facilities and location distinguish. The standard room (fairmont room) are about 40 square meter large and modernly furnished. Although the hotel first 10-years-old is, were all rooms in the last 2 years. It was very much marble and high-quality wood processing. The bathroom is %blank% with a bath, as well as with a shower equipped and very spacious. Here you feel from the very first moment on probably. The extensive facilities leaves nothing missing: air conditioning, alarm clock radio with cd player, flat-screen tv (german channels : ARD, ZDF, RTL, RTL II, dw), safe, kettle, minibar...

    The hotel has ten restaurants, cafes and bars. Here you find the small café 'pronto' on a sushi-bar to the 'exchange grill' for gourmets. As in most of the bigger hotels in the emirates you here also adjusted to the tourist, and serves alcohol. The wine list in the restaurants and the cocktail card the bar are extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Were are but also the prices in the upscale segment.

    The service is almost perfect. With english you got along everywhere very well, but in some areas one finds also german-speaking coworkers. Despite the size of the hotel is the service very personally. So, for most occasions at the latest on the 2. day greeted by name. The rooms are as well as the public spaces very clean and tidy.

    There is on the 9. floor two pools (one in the morning sun, one in the afternoon sun), a fitness center and a large spa with an extensive treatment program. Here you can perfect relax and spoil yourself.

    The hotel lies at sheikh zayed road, the main road of between Dubai and Abu Dhabi about 10 kilometers away from the airport. On the doorstep is the 'world trade center' station of the new metro. For circa 5 Dirham (a bit more than 1 Euro) one comes with the metro about minutes from the airport to the hotel. With the taxi it costs circa 10 Euro and lasts-depending upon traffic 15-30 minutes. The hotel has about 400 rooms, all in the last 2 years have been renovated. There are in the hotel some restaurants and cafes to choose from. Opposite the trade fair complex, there are other restaurants.

great design hotel direct sheikh Zayed road. Of the great friendly staff and very helpful ( overall in front of the entrance of the hotel). Large clean rooms. Depending upon in which floor/page you are, it has a fabulous view- overall in the case night. Only our bathroom had minor flaws and unfortunately the shower is not elaborate -in other words, you can sit at the showers the whole bathroom under water. Furthermore for large people unfortunately not so good. Great room feeling in the restaurant, where a varied breakfast presented is. Cool bar, but not really cheap. The motto ... here is' seen and be seen '. Despite direct there was no building noise. Light noise by a lot busy Sheik Zayed road. Direct opposite there is a metro station. From there you can reach all important sights. The tickets are very cheap. Taxis are however also numerous available and very reasonably priced. The airport is only about 15 minutes distant. read more

Although rather ordinary compared to all the extravagant hotels in Dubai, the Fairmont was still a very good choice. It's located next to the metro station for those who don't wanna go by taxi everywhere (although it's very cheap) so one has good connections. It's far from the beach though, so if you are in Dubai for that purpose you should look for another hotel. Otherwise everything about this hotel is great.very clean, excellent service, stilishly decorated rooms, exquisite cuisine.and the pool area is very cool.you look over the sheik zayed road and all the skyscrapers along ... it.All in all I would recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are on a business trip. read more

Since 2006 we were already four times at the Fairmont. Relaxing as always loved it and a bath vacation. Unfortunately we must report negative for the first time. Kontinuirlich the achievements since 2006. In 2007 no beach access, no shuttle and no offer. This year there were five relaxing days planned. There was a kids club from a business Hotel. The nice pool was the horror. Up to eight screaming kids, often without parents and a guide will not present any relaxation in the Spa suddenly destroyed. The complaint after three days in a row with hourly noise was heard ... and more that was it. No apology, no view, since the remaining two days the same result. A renovation was mentioned, nothing to see. As a keen fan Fairmont Dubai now are we really disappointed. Since 2007, we always vacation with the jumeirah Emirates Towers (5 days/5 days). This year's comparison straw that broke the camel's back. Jumeirah has really worked and a range of services offered at the Fairmont appears to have sleepy. Access to the beach, Shutlle buses and a decent picture. The Fairmont could not convince, although it is fantastic, if you from the doorman as 'old well-known ' will be greeted on arrival, the service is great. Facilities and especially the service should be improved, otherwise the Fairmont on the route under Dubai's top hotels. read more

Beautiful stay, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent! Unfortunately were (probably due to low season) not all restaurants open. The staff at the sports bar was very friendly and attentive, but a bit slow. read more

The Fairmont Hotel is one of the first of the major hotels on the Sheikh Zayad road. The hotel is remarkable and measured to the external promising.HCLFHLHCLFHLDuring the summer and Ramadan in Dubai affordable five stars hotel, there are some excellent bargains. The Fairmont Hotel is one of the cheaper Hotels five stars.HCLFHLHCLFHLOur room was on the 27. Floor/corner room 2717 with an impressive view of the city. The whole has gotten old and renovation needy much. The carpet was full of stains. The room was relatively small, as was the bathroom. The tv was not an LCD ..., an old radio alarm clock on the desk and there was no plug for the coffee maker, all the inconsistencies with this class of hotel match. Internet access costs AEd 100 €20/24 hour.-about.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe breakfast was no experience, but average. Cost about €25/person.HCLFHLHCLFHLAs shown on the pictures, no umbrellas were available by the pool. Since nobody was present, one could get at the entrance in the shade.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe access to the metro Dubai was not yet finished end September and in front of the hotel was still a construction site. Accommodating was the offer of a 'late check-out'. On our next stay in Dubai we will surely visit another five stars superior Hotel. read more

We were very satisfied lots of construction but little noise but I would only recommend as business the beach was much too far away view was awesome. If I'm there, I know exactly where I check-in. read more
