I would particularly like to highlight the professionelltität by mrs stein in the bar. It is competent, Always has a friendly word for the guests, without ever being intrusive. Surprised me, that i in any case the friendly men from the shuttle service ask could, me To my appointments as the hairdresser's at the rugard or invitations in the place to go. read more

We had the new year's eve arrangement in the Grandhotel Binz and were absolutely satisfied. The food was first class. The staff very friendly and helpful. Especially good we enjoyed the christmas decorations of the hotel pleased. Also to new year's eve everything was with great dedication solemnly decorated. What we didn't like, was the evening entertainment in the bar. The particular musicians without large enthusiasm their program underplayed. So it was new year's eve, since the spark not skip. Perhaps next year somewhat critical in the selection of the musicians are? read more

    The rooms leave in relation to facilities and cleanliness nothing to be desired. Only with very exact inspection can be recognized, that the floor tiles and wandfugen in the shower already better days experienced. A shower curtain you'd expect in this category perhaps definitely not, it seems but from structural reasons inevitable.

    The breakfast buffet offers more than enough. In this star category you could in relation to choice and quality possibly expect a bit more. The evening dinner was during our stay (christmas 2012) in the form of buffets offered. The selection of dishes was good, the quality left, probably because of the buffet form, some left nothing to be desired. The otherwise cozy atmosphere of the restaurant suffered slightly below the fairly narrow chairs, but with good utilization of the hotel in context can stand.

We were already in the years 2001 in this hotel, what at this time under the flag of the kempinski group operated and newly built was. In 2003 was the building at the group of dr. hutter, the on the island two more hotels-sold. Now dr. hutter the say and it became the Grand Hotel Binz. Unfortunately, until today no rehabilitation the room took place, as i on old photos from the year 2001 saw. The carpets in the room are really over 11 years no longer renewed and see accordingly. Also the old, very noisy elevator, we could we ... remember well. Oh well, so these are definitely no 5 stars any more! read more

Very good hotel! One has from the start felt comfortable! Only minor negative were the cocktails in the bar. They were not bad, but with a 5-star hotel i expect a little better. read more

Check in / out still very friendly and skilled. Breakfast ( to the room) world class. Unfortunately no smoking room more. Beware of rooms, the near the elevator -noise. Unfortunately liked the arrogant night porter from midnight not yet one more time ice cube organize. For a five star hotel rather unworthy. There is enough alternative in Binz. read more

    For a 5 star hotel i think the spa area way too small... Liege is on beach chair pushed and the pool is also not too big. I had the worst back massage of my life. The masseur didn't pay attention to, whether i pain or not. He simply has continued. It was terrible... If i wellnessurlaub would, then definitely not more in Grand Hotel binds!

We were very satisfied, with almost all. The service staff at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant are top notch. The service in the wellness area had rather to do - some heranwachsendenthemen. I had to wait, until a asian from the ' asiatempel ' the young staff be pointed out, that there are still a customer waiting. Far I would have during the first visit in the sauna-A kurzeinweisung desired, because we have only the out notice, that there is a right sauna there, in addition to the two warmduschersaunen. We were on the 4. time in this hotel guests. Unfortunately we were the last visit disappointed. For breakfast was an extreme Personalnot to notice. Used tables were not or only late cleared. At the buffet were only after a request clean plates readjusted. Required cutlery and cups were on the tables collected together. For the waiters in the room the curtain partly from the rail torn. Until the departure no repair. The pool should urgently once again to be cleaned. In the corners are sand deposits available. The beach season is already many days past. That was a great weekends, we knew the Island of Rügen not and had this weekend as a present received. We were in any case loved it, from the first to the last moment, everything fit. The reception was very friendly, cooperative and at all times for questions to the place. The room was great with view of Baltic Sea. The restaurant and also the service there has from breakfast till for dinner left nothing to the imagination. In the candelight dinner we were on two hour long and very attentively and also the à-la-carte eat everything was great great. ... And the tasty cocktails at silvias bar evenings the beautiful day rounded off. The town of Binz is very pleasant for strolling and shop. read more

A very nice hotel, interesting new building, ideal in the architecture einpaßt. Big shortcoming: durchvorhang and carpet in the room leave if three stars -more not. Unfortunately, with a new building still such a thing can happen! The shower really tiny-and would have better planning here can achieve much more. However on complaint immediately: shower drain completely clogged, mounting the brausestange fell broken. Only the slanted soap dish in the shower was not addressed. However we moved the room on saturday, the complaint could only on monday carried out are. Also here: the mandatory long black hair the cleaning lady ... was missing in the bathroom not. Very interesting: the smokers Pavillon with an incorrect fire. Apart from that we were very satisfied. The atmosphere was because of the low occupancy in the autumn very relaxed. read more
