The hotel has although it is very many rooms, the a lot of visitors fall however not particularly on, as the complex is very extensive. The hotel guests distribute themselves very good.
General respects the staff very on the cleanliness in the hotel.
At the all inclusive-offer can anything criticize. From a rich breakfast, over varied lunch, snacks ( fruit, cakes and hearty in the afternoon) to dinner we were very well looked after.
Like in Marmaris generally, are also in this hotel too many Russian, dutch and british guests, which for us however no interference factor represents. read more

The hotel is in the first impression in the lobby and the dining room ornate mostly in gold decorated. In the 2. look at however tacky and poorly finished. The looks is the taste of the mostly Russian-speaking visitor meeting.
The swimming pool and very narrow beach section had altogether far from enough sun screens. The screens at the beach stayed for two loungers too small and, as from a Bastgeflecht were, to translucent.
The waiting staff needs a Praxisunterweisung in things Hygiene, we watched for example that waiter the at the bar prepared drinks with the fingers to the ... inside of the glasses touched, around this in the tray to places, since there are so several glasses was faster. At the setting of the restaurant tables it was decided by the new cutlery the crumbs from the previous guest brushed.
The bathroom in our room was very small. The toilet and the shower were never cleaned. Hair from the previous guests were in the shower. At the water tap of the washbasin was a black slimy Deposition.
Again and again we have hair in the bedroom found.
The food was especially in the main courses so monotonous, that we in the second week mehremals in the nearby restaurants ate.

I vacationed here all week. This unforgettable, believe me. A variety of food and drinks, friendly staff, clean hotel, close access to the beach - in my opinion, this is all that is needed for a perfect holiday. This property has it all.
And personally I really liked the entertainment. Animators are very funny and great guys, never lazy, always arranged a luxurious leisure and entertainment. Mito, MOS, VOLCANO, HECKAN! THANK YOU, GUYS! read more

A. In the hotel there was no German Ansprechpartner2 we gewartet3 two days on the pillow cases and comforters. the rooms were dirty when we arrived and also during the stay the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, especially the Badezimmer4. toilet paper for the room we had to 'steal' five in the restaurant. Front desk was very unfriendly otherwise the complex was very nice, the food varied and delicious. The beach was kept clean and was not even five minutes away. Everything was perfect, except for little things: little to play for small children (2-4j), only a small pit tucked away at the back, no childrens pool. And WI-FI only in lobby, anywhere else, should be developed!
Beach towel service was missing: there are beach towels, but they need to be in the room, because the maids together with towels and towels are changed, it hard, if you want to go and swim Nan the maid only after lunch the room tidying up. There needs to be a central beach towel service like in other hotels, where you get a map ... and can get back new towels. read more

Many Russians and English all inclusive only until 24 o'clock however ignored from 23:30 o'clock the whole staff the wishes at the bar. The drinks are not good quality, served with a smile. Sandwich bar doesn't even have a menu and in English on it nobody knew what is raised. Complaints were ignored or shoulder shrug answered.
the whole staff except for the bell boys are very arrogant and rude.
although all inclusive hotel are many went to MC sad. I think that says a lot about the food from. (and I ESS really and a lot and I ... am not very picky)
rooms are newly remodeled but very small heat during the day animal and air will be possible only if we weren't in the room. As the pool and the PASA beach a very loud entertainment program.

We were mother and (45) daughter (19) and the eighth time in Turkey and eventualy discovered this vacation the area and the hotel clearly the best!
one has everything gotten which one could eat and every time food and drink! Luxury pure relaxation!
the communication with the staff was rather bad, because no one could German and no English!
this is due to the fact that little German tourist this hotel, which was a bit of a sad was.
we can recommend this hotel in any case recommend.
it is very interesting as it was built, very stylish decor with ... a lot style and taste!
what also very good was, that the hotel at any time of the security at the beach and main entrance was guarded invasion and therefore no foreign.

The complex fits most is not to the prospectus. An oversized, old which getting old and for two years close wordenes Hotel. The rooms were an impossible condition. We had children under two years and was acceptable, the pool was simply fabulous. The team in the front desk a dreadful case of rudeness and Unprofessionelligkeit and no sensitivity of willingness to help. Too many Russians, lower Niveus was their behavior, no manners, were the long queue. The staff in the restaurant could not fast enough for supplies. The sea was rough gravel, we were only twice in ten days. No ... recommendation from us!

The hotel was not a four stars Hotel. Although we had a
Budget room but the condition of the room was poor. Everything shabby and
very unclean. The condition of the bathroom was very bad, in the Stockflechen
Shower and musty stench.
The atmosphere in the dining room reminded of a station hall. It was like a
mass processing. At the There was no large selection.
In the hotel there were about 80% Russians about, with particular'gastronomic culture'.
Staff at the front desk had no German knowledge.

I can follow up with my "Previous speach" for the most part: The living situation in the main building was good. The location is first class. I was already in Turkey 6 times, and still never ate as bad as in the Hotel Lidya. Everyday there was the same, lovelessly arranged. The atmosphere compared to a cafeteria in a dining-hall. It was dirty. The personel were effortful in the dining-hall, however they could not change the grievances. Same applies for for the travel service. My conclusion: Never again go in there!! read more

In internet described as 4 stars but only 3 stars are appropriate to the hotel, supposedly the 4th star was shortly before gone off. Also you get to fight over 3 stars!!!
85 % of the guests were Russian with redneck like manners, you were even threatened when standing for the food, but which the hotel management didnt take that serious.
The rooms were not larger than 9 sq m for 2 persons, no sitting possibility and barely any storage room for the clothes, you were just forced to leave partially through the luggage. The cleaniness was very bad in ... the bathroom where you could turn only when the door was closed. Toilet latch was constantly lax and everything damp on the floor in the corners. read more
